How to bring up the console - Alpha 10 & 11

• STEP 1:

  While on main menu, go to settings and then key bindings. Scroll down to the bottom of the menu and you should see "Open Console". Input whatever you want the key to be for opening the console.
  
  

• STEP 2:

  When in-game, press the key you chose in step 2 to bring up the console
  
  

• Now you can enter your cheat codes in the console

How to bring up the console - ALPHA 9

• STEP 1:

  In your steam library, right click on Software Inc in the list. Then click "Properties"
  
  

• STEP 2:

  Click on "Set launch options...". In the space, write:
  -debugconsole
  Then click OK and close the properties window
  
  

• STEP 3:

  While in-game, press one of these keys to bring up the console:
  Home or ´ or Pos 1
  PRO TIP: If you can't find the correct key on your keyboard just press all keys randomly until you find it :)
  
  

• Now you can enter your cheat codes in the console

Code List

This list only contains the most useful codes. To find more codes, write HELP in the console and a list of all codes will appear

Please note: some of the codes below only work in certain versions of the game

HELP	A list of all codes is presented	Use this!
CLEAR	Clears the console. Does not undo previous codes
UNLOCK_FURNITURE	Unlocks all furniture
TAKE_ALL_LAND	Claims the entire plot
SPAWN_GUEST	Spawns a guest
MAX_EMPLOYEE_STATS	Maxes the stats of all selected employees
ADD_MONEY XXX	Adds the specified amount of money. Replace the XXX with a number	This adds money in the default game currency
CLEAR_DIRT	Clears dirt in all rooms
SKIP_DAYS XXX	Skips the specified amount of days. Replace the XXX with a number
SKIP_HOURS	Skips the specified amount of hours. Replace the XXX with a number
SKIP_TO XXX	Skips to the specified hour. Replace the XXX with a number between 0 and 23
SET_BUSINESS_REP	Set the business reputation to a specified level in percent (%)
AGE_EMPLOYEES	Ages all selected employees the specified amount of months

Useful Information

Don't want to write the whole code?

While entering a code, a dropdown of codes will appear, if you press TAB the code will be entered automatically, so you don't have to write the whole code.

For example if I start writing "add", a dropdown will appear, saying ADD_FANS and ADD_MONEY. Using the arrow keys I can switch between these and then press TAB and the code will be entered. Then I can proceed to write in the number I want.

Caps Lock?

The console is not caps-sensitive, meaning it doesn't actually matter if YOU use CAPS or NOT

Mod errors

While in-game, you can bring up the console to see any errors caused by mods. This can be a great help when troubleshooting your own mods or if you have trouble loading someone else's mod

if you want to add point in spec category say artist make set_employee_stat Artist 2D 1-3, adds set points in 2D Artist specifically. Does anyone know if you can change traits for beta version somehow?

I can not get the age employees to work at all

set_employee_stat (0-1)
will set employee total skill level within all categories not the spec points
eg. if you want someone to have 20% skill use: set_employee_stat .2

(3) adds an artist point
(4) adds a service point

max_employee_stats is "a bit" broken in 11.x.
Now you max randomly stats of the employee but according the max point he could receive.
You won't have a "fully max" employee now.
