Dragon Priest Masks - Changeable armor type

Description
Allows to change any of the Dragon Priest masks (wooden mask not included) armor type into a different one (e.g. turning Krosis into clothing or heavy armor).

Weight and armor have been standardized to:
Clothing: 0 armor, 2 lbs;
Light armor: 21 armor, 5 lbs;
Heavy armor: 23 armor, 9 lbs.
Konahrik (9th mask) is an exception with 26 armor in light and heavy.

Transformation recipes can be found in the "Daedric" category.

To convert the masks you need in addition to the perk "Arcane Blacksmith" (or Enchanting 60 and above) and (obviously) a mask.
- Thanks to Captain Planets idea of switching the crafting process from the forge to a tanning rack there are no longer other crafting materials required.

Update 1: For converting is now in addition to the other materials either the perk "Arcane Blacksmith" or Enchanting 60 or higher required.

Update 2: For converting are now no longer crafting materials required and the change-process is now switched from forges to tanning racks * (Kudos to Captain Planet for coming up with the idea)
*(Perk/skill requirements still remain)

Works with Vanilla Skyrim aswell as with the Dawnguard and Dragonborn DLCs

@Ijjevans Yes, when you change them to clothing, the mage armour perk should work.

Does this make the mage armour perk work with the masks if i change them to clothing?

@Captain Planet
Your idea with using tanning racks works pretty good so I implemented it right away and mentioned you in the mod description

@Captain Planet
Very good idea, I never thought of that. I'll try it out immediately

You could put the recipes on the tanning rack, and remove the additional ingredients. You can't level smithing through tanning racks.

I thought about that too, but considering the fact that you will get a smithing skill increase whenever one switches types I decided to add costs.
Additionally I did not expect a player to switch the armor type of one mask very often.
But since I dont know your way of playing the game I think about different material costs for the transformation (because of the smithing-thingy there should be costs).
