Nelriana's Weapon Update for Enchantmets and Base Damage

Description
Hello All,
This is my second mod.
Essentially what I did for this mod was change some “leveled” weapons that grow stronger the higher the level at which you acquire them. I also changed specific enchantments to eliminate the use of “charge” when the enchantments effect would be applied (Ex: hitting someone in the face).

What this mod does:
Changes how weapon enchants on certain weapons act. Namely the charge used per strike on each weapon. Also changed select weapons’ base damage and enchantment to highest possible level (eliminating the item changing based on level acquired).

Weapons Changed (Enchantment)
Note: If no parenthesis just made the weapon use 0 charge when it would apply its effect.

Bloodthorn
Bolar’s OathBlade
Bow of the Hunt
Chillrend (all levels of weapon do 30 points of frost damage)
Dawnbreaker
DragonBane (<40> points of extra damage to dragons, <10> points of shock damage to others.)
Mace of Molag Bal
Mehrunes Razor
Nightingale Sword (all levels of weapon do 25 absorb stamina and 25 absorb life)
Nightingale Bow (all levels of weapon do 30 frost and 15 shock)
Notched Pickaxe
Sanguine Rose
Skull of Corruption
Trollsbane
Windshear
Volendrung

Weapons Changed (Damage base for leveled weapons)

Chillrend (15 points of damage @ all levels)
DragonBane (14 Points of damage @ all levels)
Nightingale sword (14 points of damage @ all levels)
Nightingale Bow (19 points of damage @ all levels)
Tsun’s Battle Axe (27 points of damage @ all levels)

Added Weapon Materials (lets you upgrade them BETTER!)
Nightingale Bow and Sword are now Daedric
Mace of Molag Bal now Daedric
Mehrunes Razor now Daedric
Volendrung now Daedric

Added Weapons
Fork of a Thousand Truths. 12 damage (dagger) 1.3 attack speed, uses Iron for upgrading.
Knife of a Thousand Lies. 12 damage (dagger) 1.3 attack speed, uses Iron for upgrading.
Curved Sword. 16 damage (sword), 1.0 attack speed, uses Steel for upgrading.


Incompatibilities:
I don't know of any, but I assume anything that modifies any of these weapons, or their related enchantments would conflict.

8/10/12 V1.01 Released (Upgrading Weapons)


Future Updates
Adding more leveled weapons/unique enchantments to be at highest level (or no charge). Will also be changing how these weapons can be improved at the grindstone. (Mainly giving them a skill to be based off of).
May add "Unique" or "quirky" weapons I make.
Please feel free to let me know if you know of a weapon or enchantment which I missed. I shall look into it when I can.

Clothing/Armor enchantments will be the next update once I compile a list of such armor.

It is possible you have not taken used archery, or taken the perks to increase damage. If that is not the case, then some mod is possibly conflicting with the damage. I know my own Nightingale bow maxed out ataround 70~ damage before I switched over to crossbows from DG. (Vampire hunter archer.. couldn't pass up that dwarven bow)
