Hot Sauce

Description
Hot sauce is an passive item that turns isaacs tears into a stream of fire. It halves your damage and it's short range but it shoots fast and has a chance to set enemies on fire.

This item is still WIP so it will still be balanced better and more synergies will be added.

Synergies:
- 20/20, Inner eye, Mutant spider
- Loki's horns
- Mom's eye
- Mom's knife (sets the knife on fire so it deals fire damage)

Spawns in treassure room

Hey, just FYI, this mod completely breaks Mei ( http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=842051906 )
By completely breaks, I mean that her ring of tears becomes a flaccid and frankly useless continuous spawning of tears that don't go anywhere.
Not entirely sure how it breaks her, but this is the only mod that causes that result.

Your coding makes it conflict with the Alphabirth packages. If you could look into that.
