Firestorm - Allahu Akbar

Description
Changes the full firestrom spell to Allahu Akbar

What it does:
-Changes magicka needed for spell to 0
-Sound effect
-DAMN LARGE explosive radius and damage (note goes not through walls)

What it need:
The spell

You can get the spell tomb trough this command in the console:
Player.AddItem 000A270C 1
