Purgatory(new room type with new items)

Add the purgatory, a new room type that can replace sacrifice room with an item that have a signifiant drawback but a signifiant upside. One of those 5 new items will spawn in the room:

Fruit of knowledge:
-Give the map, compass and secret map
-Homing and spectral tear
-+1 damage
-Can no longer get soul or dark heart

Ascension:
-Remove all heart container and give you two time the ammount you had in soul heart
-Give flying

Fruit of life:
-+1 HP but -1 DMG
-Heal all your red heart at the beginning of each floor

Hypertime:
-Massive tear, speed and damage boost
-Every room is under the speed up effect(the one in the SPEEED challenge)

Charitable Soul:
-Remove every coin you have and any that you pick up
-Give half a soul heart for each 5 coins removed this way
