Super Mario: Waluigi and Waluigi's Island

Waahaha! Adds Waluigi from Nintendo's Super Mario series as the leader of Waluigi's Island.

UA - Too Bad, Waluigi Time!: Build Wonders 50% faster if another civ is building the same wonder.
UU - Blue Shell: Replaces the Atomic Bomb. Comes with double range if built while at war with a player in 1st place. This applies to any victory, so the bonus comes into effect when at war with the player with the most original capitals, techs, tourism, city state allies, or the highest scores. The bonus still applies if they're tied for 1st.
UB - Piranha Plant Garden: Replaces the Garden. Does not require a river. +5 City strength. Opponents loose a bit of gold if they conquer a city with a Piranha Plant Garden. Does not provide a bonus to great people production.

Note: Waluigi's colors are practically identical to Rome's, so there's an SQL options file in the mod's root folder where you can enable alternate Rome colors if you wish.

Having trouble installing the mod?

1. Check your mods folder (documents/My Games/Sid Meier's Civilization V/MODS
2. Check if there's a .civ5mod file for this mod and if there's a folder for this mod.
3. If there's both, place the .civ5mod file in its respective folder.
4. If there's only the .civ5mod file, use 7zip to extract it to a folder.
5. If neither are there, then steam probably messed up. Use a steam mod downloader site to get the file.
