THIS ADDON REQUIRES VJ BASE TO GET WORK

These SNPCs from veteran_gamer's mod, called SMOD: Outbreak.

Adds 3 SNPCs:

Metro Police
Combine Soldier
Combine Elite (TIP: He's has 300 HP, as like in mod)

Also adds 8 weapons.

since the metro police have a fast fire rate, they shred through rebels, more then the elite and soldier do, that would need to be fixed but this is an old mod so idk, besides that, very cool.
