You will need invincible mode ON if you want to go into striking pose.

Walking forward is done by alternating Left and Right. Hold Z and X to turn left and right.

Holding Left Shift will raise the first few segments in striking pose. To go back down, first tap Left Shift once and then hold Left Ctrl.
