Simple Config File Mod [My first TKOM Mod]
WARNING: Due to the nature of these changes loading this mod into an existing save will NOT work - you must start a game with the mod loaded when you FIRST save in that file (ie start the campaign/mission over - and/or start over on your multiplayer scenerio)
Allows the following items to be used Inventory Slot slots:

[Normally Medium] Small
-Drill Handheld Tool
-Soil Handheld Tool
-Gas Handheld Tool


AND

[Normally Small] Micro
-Flares
-Suit Patch Kit
-Emergency Oxygen Tank
-Construction Tool
-Medical Scanner
-Various Europa Tools
