Hall of Fame King Locations
By Majo Emma
This guide will reveal the locations of the illusive "Hall of Fame King S", "Hall of Fame G", and "Hall of Fame P" monsters.

This guide will be most useful for players during the Hyper Dimension G story and the start of the Heart Dimension H story.
This guide will also be useful for those looking to farm or gain knowledge of the HoF P in Senmuu Labyrinth.

I thought I should make this guide so that everyone can benefit from my discoveries as I looked online for the location and found nothing of use.

Info
The Hall of Fame King S (Silver) monster is a rare monster in Megadimension Neptunia VII and only spawns at a few set locations.
The Hall of Fame King G (Gold) monster is a super rare monster in Megadimension Neptunia VII and only spawns at one known location.
The Hall of Fame King P (Platinum) monster is a super rare monster in Megadimension Neptunia VII and only spawns in one location in Senmuu Labyrinth
All monsters of this type (HoF) are really rare but reward excellent EXP.

Stats of the Hall of Fame King S:

And when defeated he will give a large EXP gain

This is useful for levelling newer players around level 24 and is very effective up to level 34 where afterwards it becomes tedious in fighting him and you can already beat the final boss of each stage at level 34.
(Final boss of the individual Hyper Dimension G stories)

DO NOT try to take this monster on alone as his stats are much to high for lower levelled characters to get enough hits in before he runs away.

In some rare cases he will run away before you have even hit him if you get a back attack so always try to get a symbol attack on the spawn monster to gain the initiative.

Use SP Skills to kill the Hall of Fame King S, but try to use skills that have a good damage to hit ratio because odds are that only some of your hits will connect and others will miss.

The technique for finding him is something called "Rerolling" where you engage the spawn monster, but then if the lineup doesn't contain the Hall of Fame King then you escape and retry the encounter.
Thanks to Top Nep Uzubae for pointing out that the guide didn't include enough information on rerolling :)
Planeptune Location
Sakura Tree Row:
The "Hall of Fame King S" monster will spawn in the first area of this dungeon. (Sakura Tree Row Entrance)
This is the path you should take to reach the spawn area.

In this area there will spawn a pink dogoo. (Red Dogoo)

Use the Rerolling technique described in the Info section to get an encounter.
Lastation Location
Westwind Ravine:
The "Hall of Fame King S" monster will spawn in the second area of this dungeon. (Westwind Ravine - East)
This is the path you should take to reach the spawn area.

In this area there will spawn a blue dogoo. (Exhausted Slime)

Use the Rerolling technique described in the Info section to get an encounter.

PLEASE NOTE: The Lastation version is INCREDIBLY rare (from my playthrough) and will take many failed symbol attacks to find him. (nothing I can do about this though :p )
Lowee Location
Golden Summit Lowee:
The "Hall of Fame King S" monster will spawn in the second area of this dungeon. (Golden Summit Lowee - Area 2)
This is the path you should take to reach the spawn area.

In this area there will spawn a Bit robot

Use the Rerolling technique described in the Info section to get an encounter.
Leanbox Location
Games Vision:
The "Hall of Fame King S" monster will spawn in the fourth area of this dungeon. (Games Vision - Area 4)
This is the path you should take to reach the spawn area.

In this area there will spawn a cat (Lean Tuna?)

Use the Rerolling technique described in the Info section to get an encounter.
Hall of Fame King G
Depths of the Heart:
The spawn monster can be found here.

And on the map here.

When in battle it looks like this.

And on victory will reward the following.

Use the rerolling method you are almost sick of using by now (if you have been following the guide) to get an encounter with the Hall of Fame King G.

NOTE: This HoF can only be encountered on the True Ending route of the game and requires you to complete the final ascension event.

Thanks to Top Nep Uzubae for this information :)
Hall of Fame King P
The Hall of Fame King P monster is the hardest of them all to beat and can be only found in Senmuu Labyrinth.

Assuming you have Senmuu unlocked you will know how it is such a pain to find your way around there as there is no map. Luckily people have made maps on the wikia to help with this.

The Hall of Fame King P's precise location is in Senmuu Labyrinth, it's on the 2nd area, in the last room with monsters before reaching the 3rd area. In that room there's a Dream of Cast, an Omega Naga and a Pico Vader. The Dream of Cast is your spawn monster.

http://neptunia.wikia.com/wiki/Dungeon/Victory_II/Senmuu_Labyrinth?file=Senmuu-Labyrinth-VII-Area-2.png#Area%202 (this is the map on the Wikia).

(Note that I am assuming this location because I have received this information second-hand)

In this image the wikia legend applies that:
E is enemy.
B is boss.
x(number) is the number of enemies / bosses in that area.

Thanks to IER for providing this information.

Oh oops, sorry for the wait! I don't check Steam as frequently as I should and I forgot to subscribe to the thread. Here are some captures I just uploaded to imgur, I can take any number but gotta clarify I don't play at max graphic settings because my computer is not that good.

Plus, a video because I was like "hey look, it's one of the very few dungeons which I can record and play at the same time with over 30 fps! Nice! Then why don't I do it?":
I got it _as expected_ on my fist try. This devil appears in a 1/2.n rate to me anyway..., for some reason. I would swear the Silver one is more difficult to get to show up...

For anyone wondering Hall of Fame King P.'s precise location in Senmuu Labyrinth, it's on the 2nd area, in the last but one room with monsters before reaching the 3rd area. In such room there's a Dream of Cast, an Omega Naga and a Pico Vader. The Dream of Cast is your cue.
http://neptunia.wikia.com/wiki/Dungeon/Victory_II/Senmuu_Labyrinth?file=Senmuu-Labyrinth-VII-Area-2.png#Area%202 (this is the map on the Wikia). Didn't have trouble getting to fight against him 2 times almost in a row but I guess it was because Neptune and K-sha were in my front team or something... anyway, he only gives you almost a seventh of experience of what the Big Metal Dogoo drops.

{LINK REMOVED}

Alright, hopefully that link works properly. Made a zip with the screenshots. I did a little editing marking where things are like where the last event for the Ascension ending is.

I can edit the screenshot myself but yea that would be very helpful.
I'll make sure to add the True End requirements and the taunting.

The most frustrating thing about that Hall of Fame Gold in said dungeon is that he's literally inaccessable unless you True End. And the mob taunts you by being right next to the final Kurome event. 'Want 200k exp potentially? Nah, fam, you gotta save Uzubae'
