Here is UWP Hook. It lets you launch the game through Steam, and it will show up as being played to your friends. There is no overlay, though.

I have to record the game with Nvidia's suite - using desktop capture - then take a snapshot from the video itself and upload that. Instructions for setting up the latter here:
