Springfield M1903

The first mass-produced version of the Springfield M1903 rifle, based off comtemporary Mauser designs such as the Gewehr M1898, and meant to replace the outdated and outperforming earlier rifles. Firing the .30-06 cartridge and using a modern stripper clip, the Springfield 1903 went on to become the service rifle for most units of the US Armed forces from it's inception in 1903 up to the Vietnam war, being complemented by the M1 Garand during WW2 and the Korean war, and ultimately replaced by the M14.
During WW1, an modified bolt chambered with .30-18 Auto rounds and capable of semi-automatic fire dubbed the Pedersen Device was introduced, alongside the Mk.I rifle to accept it, although the war ended before it could be used. Most units were destroyed after the war and only a few Pedersen Devices remain in existance.

Enfield M1917

A modification of the Enfield Pattern 1914 rifle for American forces, created at the US's entry to the war upon realization that adopting a new rifle would be simpler than retooling the factories to produce Springfield rifles. The Enfield rifle ended up being more common than Springfield rifles during WW1 and remained in service with some units throughout WW2. After the war, it remained as a ceremonial rifle and civilian weapon, with the Danish Sirius patrol still using the rifles to this day.

I have no idea what could be causing the physics issue. As for the context menu, I never used it with these models, so I can't tell you anything.
