In Transmitter Case 2, you will visit the Typhoon apartment complex several times. On one visit, you will gain access to the back of the parking lot, where the garbage bins are. This is where you'll want to start the trophy. I also suggest making a separate save here, as you only gain access to this particular part of the complex once.
You must fully walk around the parking lot. On a later visit, you will need to question all of the inhabitants of the complex, which is a great time to explore the rest of it, as it will give you access to previously blocked areas. Don't forget the balconies to the left of all the stairways!
You must also explore the entirety of Apartment 402. You will have two chances to explore 402.
[All Green/HIT BLOW Puzzle]
-0330 counts as autosolve, so don't rely on that.
-If you DON'T solve it in 5 attempts, you can back out of it normally. No need to exit to the menu & load your game.
[It must be important...]
-Some people say a minimum of 5 minutes before answering the call. I'd say 6~10 minutes. The achievement won't show up until you answer the phone. SAVE BEFOREHAND. If the achievement doesn't pop up just hardcore ALT F4 unless you're okay with sitting through all the dialogue & loading.
Thank you Adam & community for your inputs.
