Riverwood Picnic Area

Description
Just a little addition to Riverwood. Removes some of the junk by the big tree and adds a picnic table, well, some flowers, and a large stone (which NPCs can sit on, if they so choose). My first location modification! Yay!

Unfortuantely I can't figure out how to remove grass so there's some grass clipping into the rock. The well was also giving me some trouble, the stone around the base poked through the ground even though it wasnt visible in the CK. It should be gone now. If I figure out how to fix these things I will definitely update. Yay automatic updates yay!

Updated:
There is now a large, non-respawning chest situated behind the giant tree. It requires a key, but the key is hidden! You'll have to search around the picnic area to find it. :) The chest is SUPPOSED to be non-respawning, meaning you can use it wihtout worrying about it emptying. I am not 100% on whether or not it works as I haven't been playing the game, just playing with the Creation Kit. So use at your own risk until someone can confirm it works!

Great mod, but the well messes with a riverwood enhance mod, but still great little mod!

The chest is supposed to be non-respawning. Unfortunately I haven't played enough to test it as I'm busy screwing with the CK, so I do not absolutely know for sure that it's safe, but I see no reason why it shouldn't be. I've added this information to the description just in case.

can we store stuff in the chest safely?

Yeah, the well doesnt make much sense, but it filled in a "white spot" nicely. I put a water object in there too so it at least looks like maybe it's a basin instead of a well!

Lucky that well is there 'cos it seems like there isn't any water for miles! :p
