Notice
As mentioned in the title, this "guide" will contain spoilers since it does include all DLC as of December 2016.

It does not include the preconstructed Decks or any cards that comes with the DLCs.
Battle Pack
Battle Pack is accessible via the Main Menu.

It is then split up between "Sealed Play" and "Draft Play".

Sealed Play

Draft Play

Winning with either the Sealed Play or Draft Play Deck rewards you with the "Battle Tested" Achievement.
Campaign
The Yu-Gi-Oh Campaign is split between 5 sections as depicted below.

They are all 1 verus 1 and when you start each segment, they will force you into a tutorial as to show you how a certain mechanic works.

So when you start the "Yu-Gi-Oh!" Campaign for the first time, it will teach you the basics such as summoning a Monster and using Spells & Traps.
  • The "Yu-Gi-Oh! GX" tutorial teaches Fusion Summoning.
  • The "Yu-Gi-Oh! 5Ds" tutorial teaches Synchro Summoning.
  • The "Yu-Gi-Oh! Zextal" tutorial teaches xyz Summoning.
  • The "Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V" tutorial teaches Pendulum Summoning.

With the exception of the first "duel"/tutorial segment, you have the choice of using a Story Deck or using a custom Deck that you have made to play through the Campaign(s).

After beating the duel with the person you played as on the left, you have the option of a "Reverse Duel" where you switch to the person on the right and duel with said person.

Note: You will need to do the Reverse Duels as well in order to 100% a Campaign. You do not need to buy any of the DLCs to 100% any of the Campaigns.

You will get the following Achievements if you only do the tutorials:
  1. "Sacrifice" - When you sacrifice one of your Monsters to summon a much more powerful one.
  2. "Coalesce" - When you fusion summon a Monster that is depicted with a purple card frame.
  3. "Ultimate Form" - When you shove 2 Monsters of equal level into each other to summon a xyz Monster that is depicted with a black card frame.
  4. "Tuned in" - When you shove 1 or more Monsters into a Tuner Monster to summon a Synchro Monster that is depicted with a white card frame.
  5. "Chronomancer" - When you Pendulum Summon a Monster....Depicted by having a Monster Description and a Monster Effect in the card text.
You can also get the Achievements listed above by gradually playing through the game.
"Yu-Gi-Oh!" Campaign list
Note: The Duels with golden background slides are DLC.

Completing this Campaign rewards you with the "King of the Games" Achievement.

This segment has a total of 32 duels only if you include the DLCs. Without the DLCs, there is only 23 duels.
"Yu-Gi-Oh! GX" Campaign list
Note: The Duels with golden background slides are DLC.

Completing this Campaign rewards you with the "Valedictorian" Achievement.

This segment has a total of 32 duels only if you include the DLCs. Without the DLCs, there is only 28 duels.
"Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's" Campaign list
Note: The Duels with golden background slides are DLC.

Completing this Campaign rewards you with the "Duel Runner" Achievement.

This segment has a total of 31 duels only if you include the DLCs. Without the DLCs, there is only 29 duels.
"Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal" Campaign list
Note: The Duels with golden background slides are DLC.

Completing this Campaign rewards you with the "High Five the Sky" Achievement.

This segment has a total of 26 duels only if you include the DLCs. Without the DLCs, there is only 23 duels.
"Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V" Campaign list
Note: The Duels with golden background slides are DLC.

"Completing" this Campaign does not reward you with an Achievement as of December 2016.

This segment has a total of 19 duels only if you include the DLCs. Without the DLCs, there is only 1 duel....
Duelist Challenges
After you beat a Campaign (including all of its Reverse Duels), you are eligible for challenging those duelists again, though with a more updated and much (arguably) harder Deck than they used during the Campaign.

Beating all the duelists in Duelist Challenges (excluding DLC duelists) rewards you with the "Master Duelist" Achievement.
"Yu-Gi-Oh!" Duelist Challenges

"Yu-Gi-Oh! GX" Duelist Challenges

"Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's" Duelist Challenges

"Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal" Duelist Challenges

"Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V" Duelist Challenges
Deck Avatar
As you beat duelists as you journey through the Campaign and/or Duelist Challenges, one of the rewards you get besides cards and DP currency, is a duelist avatar.

They are entirely cosmetic and "makes" your deck stand out more....When compared to all of the other players with the IN4-M8 Avatar playing with the basic structure decks that they start out with I suppose....

Note: Avatars you can get in-game are mixed in with the ones you can only get with DLC (As of December 2016).

Card Shop
As you gradually play through the game, you will unlock Booster Packs.

You will accommodate enough DP for said packs.

All of the Booster Packs will cost you 400 DP with the exception of "Grandpa Muto", whom goes for 200 DP each. A single pack will give you 8 cards out of it.

According to the wiki, there are "7,481 cards. Goes up to Shining Victories, Duelist Pack: Battle City, Dragons of Legend 2, Wing Raiders, Rise of the True Dragons and Starter Deck: Yuya."

For card searching/location, use these to assist you in your endeavor.

  2. http://thecardhub.net/

There is a card location guide on Steam, but it does not update regularly....

Warning: After you are done with opening Card Packs, it is advised that you go to Deck Edit and proceed to move a random card into any Deck, then moving it back out to save your progress. The game will not auto-save after you leave the Card Shop, especially if you exit the game after that. If you launch the game the next time around, you will notice that you will regain all of your lost DP and loose all of the (new) Cards from the Card Packing you have done from the other day.
Regarding Card Packs, DLC Cards and Card Trunk

Note: I will use the Grandpa Muto Card Pack as the primary example.

The top set of numbers is shown in the image above to be "263/265" under the portrait of Grandpa Muto. This is the number of different and unique cards that this Card Pack has to offer; "265" being the total amount of unique cards and the "263" being the amount I have obtained as of yet.

For example:
x2 Breakthrough Skill
x2 Left Arm of the Forbidden One
x1 Negate Attack
x3 Enemy Controller
x1 Ancient Jar
x2 The Warrior Returning Alive

All of the cards listed in the above example are all unique, solely based on their names.

The bottom set of numbers, shown in the image above to be "731/795" under the portrait of Grandpa Muto, would be the total amount of unique cards in the Card Pack, triplicated.

265 [Unique Cards] x 3 [Of each Unique Cards] = 795

Using the example above, you can see that I would need 1 more "Breakthrough Skill" in order to have a triplicate. As for "Negate Attack", I would need 2 more copies of the card, resulting in my further spending of DP on said Card Pack despite possibly having completed the above "265" number.

Reminder: As you open Card Packs and notice that you are getting more then 3 copies of a single card, those extra copies will not be in your Card Trunk and will simply vanish. The most copies of a single card you can have in your Card Trunk is 3.

There are cards locked behind $5 DLC. Cards such as "Granmarg the Rock Monarch" and "Granmarg the Mega Monarch" are only obtainable from their respectable DLCs. In this case, both Monarchs are only obtainable from the "Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V Yuto v. Sylvio" DLC.

Once you have purchased a $5 DLC, such as "Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V Yuto v. Sylvio", you do not have to duel the duelists listed on the DLC. All you have to do is just go to your Card Trunk and they will be waiting for you to use them. And unlike the in-game Card Packs, all DLCs will provide you with 3 of each card that are within that DLC(s) that you have brought.

Thank you for clicking on this!
Obviously, I did not include Multiplayer and focused mostly on the Single Player aspect of the game. Still, I hope you like staring at the pictures~

Feel free to comment on what I might have missed.
