Drain Spells For Mortals And Rebalanced Vampiric Drain

Description
This mod adds 2 drain spells for you to buy.
Finally you can absorb people's health without having to become a vampire!
It also raises the Vampiric Drain spell's damage for balancing purposes.
You can get the weaker spell from Farengar or any Spell Tome Vendor
