How To Model Swap in The Walking Dead a New Frontier

Getting ready to Model Swap:
Step 1) Download ttarch (www).mediafire.(com)/file/vblnbbd04jjivjf/ttarchext_update.zip
*Remove () to go to the link download
Step 2) Winrar and put it in a folder
Step 3) Find WD3_pc_WalkingDead301_data.ttarch2 in "C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\The Walking Dead - A New Frontier (Season 3)\archives\WD3_pc_WalkingDead301_data.ttarch2"
Step 4) Put it in the folder you put ttarch in
Step 5) Open application cmd.
Step 6) Type "cd C:\Desktop\(Wherever you putWD3_pc_WalkingDead301_data.ttarch2 for me ModelSwap)\ttarch(or whatever you named the ttarch file)
Without my words: "cd C:\Desktop\ModelSwap\ttarch
Step 7) Type this in the cmd window "ttarchext.exe 61 (this is the file being extracted)"C:\Desktop\ModelSwap\WD3_pc_WalkingDead301_data.ttarch2" (mattering on where it is for you then without quotes) C:\Desktop\ModelSwap\Data (this is where you want the extracted files to be it may be different for you)
Without my explanations "ttarchext.exe 61 "C:\Desktop\ModelSwap\WD3_pc_WalkingDead301_data.ttarch2" C:\Desktop\ModelSwap\Data"

Now to model swap:
Step 1) Find the models you want to swap. For example you want Javier to look like Kenny
Step 2) If you want Javier to look like Kenny you find the sk61_kenny.prop and rename it sk61_javier.prop
Step 3) Put it in "C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\The Walking Dead - A New Frontier (Season 3)\archives"
Step 4) Start The Walking Dead - A New Frontier (Season 3). The props should be swapped

Yea, this place has been dead for a long time, but I'll still write about my problem.
Tried this swapping method on Kate (I really wanted to change her model to Eleanor's), and it seems to have worked, but the model only changed in the first three episodes. In the last two episodes Kate's model remained unchanged. After that I tried to fix the problem in different ways, but without success. Im at a loss rn

Hi, I just want to ask how do you Swap characters in diffrent episodes, Because I'm always in the same episode and I can only use Modelswaps in that episode, I am talking about the first episode.
