How to play: Bomb King

Introduction

This is my first guide, so please rate it if you can ! In the future, I will try to make guides better !

In this guide, I will give you some tips how to play Bomb King (BK). He is hard to play, but very effective if you know to play him good. Bomb King have very good abilities for damage class, but it also depends on what map are you playing him. I will show you his abilities, tips & tricks, loadouts and in-game items ! I hope you enjoy it. Anyway, lets start !

Abilities

Bomb King have 5 abilities, like the other champions. Lets check them !

• Sticky bomb
  
  
  Bomb King's primary weapon. It's firing on left click of the mouse and it's stickybomb. There are 6 stickybombs and every each deals 10 damage (when hit the enemy) and 900 damage when detonated. On every 6 stickybombs, you need to detonate, and if you do not detonate the stickies, after firing they will detonate. Usefull things to do with the stickies is to put behind the door or put them on the ground and detonate them. It's should do more damage, how close is the enemy.
  
  
• Detonate
  
  
  This is the other half of the Bomb King's primary weapon. It's firing on the right click of the mouse. When you stick the stickies to the enemy, you need to detonate them to do damage. There is bonus damage, when you put more stickies, it deals more damage and gives you bonus damage (30 %) after each stickybomb sticked to the enemy. After 3,2 seconds stickies fell from the enemy if not being detonated. This doesn't mean that you need to stick stickies to the enemy to do damage. You just need to detonate them close to the enemy, in the closest radious. How close can be, more damage will you do !
  
  
• Grumpy Bomb
  
  
  It's a big bomb that throws on Q. It detonates after it hit an object or player. It takes 4 seconds to detonate, but it have a big radious, like 15 units. And if the enemy is in that radious, in 15 units of the Grumpy Bomb, he gets stunned for 2 seconds and get damaged for 800. This is good because is doing double damage to shields and can take away very fast tank's shields. It takes cooldown of 12 seconds.
  
  
• Poppy Bomb
  
  
  This is small bomb, called Poppy Bomb but it's very effective. It detonates on F. This depends on 2 things: On what map are you playing and Your loadout. This bomb knockback enemy for a good distance and knockback you too. It can be used for a good escape or just cleaning the point. It's very important to know how to use it. Cooldown takes 7 seconds.
  
  
• King Bomb
  
  
  This is Bomb King's Ultimate. Bomb King turn in a bomb that can be controlled with the mouse and after 5 seconds explode and deals 2500 damage + stun enemy near it. It ignores shields. This mean that shields can't help you escape this King Bomb. Good thing to do with this is first to throw grumpy bomb and stun enemises and then ultimate, so they can't run away.

Tips & tricks

As I said, BK is very good damage if you know how to play him. He can play in some ways like: Sniper, Flanker etc. As a sniper, he just stand at his place, throw bombs at the point and try to kill the tanks, and the flanks who will flank him. As a flank, he will go behind and try to kill the snipers, then the tank. Good tips to know are just spam Q (Grumpy Bomb) at the point and throw F (Poppy Bomb) to clean up the point of the tanks, like in Overtime. First, as BK, try to kill the support if you play as sniper. then just spam Q and F and it will help your team a lot. Use your Grumpy Bomb for breaking tank's shields or to stun someone and easy kill him. And use your Poppy Bomb in 2 ways: For escape and to clean the point and help your team to capture. If you suck at aiming, for BK you just need to aim the enemy at close radious (try to be the closest, or even hit him) and detonate the bomb. This should be good way to deal damage. But the biggest problem is that he his health is low (2500) and with this, you need to take care of yourself. Don't go too much for kills because you can be easy killed from some champions in 2 or 3 hits. Also, with the Poppy Bomb, you can knockback enemy into the hazard zone on few maps (Fish Market, Timber Mill, Frog Isle, Ice mines). Loadout

Well, I don't have a good loadout for BK, but you can leave your loadouts in comments ! Also remember, maximize Jolt in loadouts if you are playing on Fish Market or some maps that you can fall easy from the map and die. I got some loadouts and depends on what map are you playing. Items

First of all, buy agression ! Now, for Bomb King you can choose really good items and that depends on what type of team they have.

• Wrecker
  
  
  
  You can buy wrecker and level up it to 2 or even 3 if they got too many tanks. But don't buy wrecker if it's just Makoa, or Ruckus in their team.
  
  
• Deft Hands
  
  
  
  Reloading faster is way better to escape a bad situations. So if they don't have any tanks, you can buy Deft Hands.
  
  
• Haven / Blast Shield
  
  
  
  We all hate when enemy is doing high damage to us. To lower that damage, just buy Haven (For direct damages) or Blast Shield (For blast damage). Level it up as much as you can !
  
  
• Life Rip
  
  
  
  If you don't wanna run out of the combat and just stand and fighting, well this item is for you ! Just try to level it up for 2 or maybe 3.
  
  
• Kill to Heal
  
  
  
  You think that you are carrying your team or you are the best in your team ? Try this one. It's good to level up it to 3 so you don't need to worry if 2 enemises attack you.
  
  
• Chronos
  
  
  
  Cooldowns are very anoying. So if this anoy you, just buy Chronos. It will help you for spamming with your grumpy bomb. I don't prefer to level this up !
  
  
• Morale Boost
  
  
  
  This item is good if you play vs tanks. Level it up as much as you can afford !

JOLT 4.... all you need to know

also when either their payload reaches the point on the map where they are right near the edge, it is easy kills for days, or when yours reachers that point on their side of the map, you can knock any frontliners who are charging the payload straight into the endless abyss.

when you see a less mobile damage class or flanker (like viktor or skye), then when they try to attack you from the sides, one press of the F buttoon and they gone son.

Yea but it's hard to knockback enemy on frog isle if he is on point and you want to knockback him into hazard area.

The only thing I would add to this, is get lvl 4 jolt in your loadout, almost every map has a place for knockback kills.
