How to transfer Items between Characters

This guide will explain how to transfer Items between characters.

The universe

There is something very Important about the universe you need to know about.
Every planet in the Universe and every character you make is connected via said universe.
If you havent figured out yet you can simply travel to a planet and have you characters share a planet therefore allowing you to transfer Items between the 2 via the planet.

STEP 1

to do this you have to first choose a character you want to connect.

STEP 2

Access your Ships navigation system and look at the planet you have a major base on (Base not required just makes transfer easier) Take note of the co ordinates of the planet and the name.

STEP 3

Now switch to the other character you want to connect (you can connect more than 2 characters t a planet just as an FYI)

Open the Navigation system on their ship like before but now take the co ordinates and input them into the x and y slots in the bottom left corner then click enter. Once you have searched the co ordinates click on the galaxy with the corresponding name you got earlier then click the planet you want and then you're all set. simply place some crates down put some stuff in it and switch back to the other character to transfer it. this is the reason it is suggested to build a major base on the planet.

An issue with doing this is fuel to solve that simply type /admin in chat.
then travel to the planet. to un-admin type it again in the chat.

now you need just one jump fuel qty. It's stupid but with 85 or less fuel you can jump everywhere.

And well, to connect two characters, you need them both completed the quest for fixing their ship otherwise won't know coordinates :) Very useful possibility btw, especially if one character has quest item scanned to printer and another one doesn't

Nice catch. Now I need 7k units of fuel to reach my destination. Appearantly, my main character is on the other side of the universe. Lucky me. Maybe I can find a wormhole or an omipotent being to transport my ship there.

hahahaha your welcome! when you lose something in this game it's so hard to find it again. For instance you die in a cave and don't remember where the cave was or how far you were in it.

Well i need to thank you because while i was trying to go to my main base i accidentally finally found my first planet in which i lost almost forever ago.

yeah took a while to figure it out. I did it once on accident and then forgot how to do it. then I spent a few hours trying to remeber how I did it and I made this in the process.
