So after battling out the entire process of porting just this one dude I finally made it, without anyone else's help, just me.

He has >ALL< his items from GTA V with Normal Maps, Specular Maps, and with details.
(I might forgotten some actually, tell me if I did, I'll add them.)

Features:

Bodygroup-able.
Bonemerge-able
Finger-posable.
Face-posable. (via Advanced Bone Tool, goodluck, if someone is possibly interested in face-posing him, contact me)
ValveBiped. (Male [Rebel, Citizen], Player and Combine animations)
Weighted to his original GTA V bones.
Has all his original GTA V bones.
Has enhanced physics.
Full DirectX 8 support. (Except for c_arms, they cause crash)
Friendly and Hostile NPCs.
Colourable PlayerModel.
Custom hands. (c_arms)
4K Uncompressed eyes.
Probably something more I forgot.

He was never supposed to be a PlayerModel or an NPC, so he's very limited (if you have possible interest in enhancing his NPC or PlayerModel model contact me).
