He Is Level 45 Minimum - 110 Maximum

Glacier Can Be Found At The Bannered Mare In Whiterun.
He Is Equipped In All Ebony Armor And Carries A Daedric War Axe.



Destruction Spells He Knows

-Icy Spear
-Frostbite
-Ice Spike

Restoration Spells He Knows

-Heal Other
-Fast Healing
-Healing

Try a Battlemage with a war axe and master level destruction wearing heavy armor and a hood.
