Added a bunch of new spells to add a bit more variety to magic in the game.
They've all been reasonably balanced and unlike my previous spell mod this doesn't contain shout->cast converts.

The new spells are as follows;
-Conjure Skeleton : Conjuration 0
-Conjure Spider : Conjuration 0

-Swarm : Destruction 25
-Poison Swarm : Destruction 25
-Drain Life : Destruction 25
-Drain Magicka : Destruction 25
-Drain Stamina : Destruction 25
-Conjure Ice Wraith : Conjuration 25
-Inner Resistance : Alteration 25
-Ward of Reflect : Restoration 25
-Shrink : Alteration 25
-Corruption : Destruction 25
-Blazing Speed : Alteration 25

-Water Walking : Alteration 50
-Frozen Lance : Destruction 50
-Conjure Bear : Conjuration 50
-Paralyze Minor : Alteration 50
-Mighty Encumbrance : Alteration 50
-Mages Knowledge : Alteration 50
-Twisted Words : Illusion 50

-Conjure Skeletal Dragon : Conjuration 75

NOTE: If you encounter any bugs then please let me know :)

To access the spells, simply purchase the respective spell tomes from normal spell tome vendors. (As long as you are the correct level)

Otherwise, the tomes are in the QA room.
