Mage Followers skilled in Light Armor

Description
Edits the Mystic class so it doesn't level its Illusion (NPCs don't use Illusion spells anyway), and instead levels its Destruction (and slighty its Light Armor).

Edits the Elemental Mage class so it levels slower its Restoration, but slighty levels its Light Armor.
