how to fix CS:GO Failed to create a D3D device ERROR

don't worry just follow this topic :
- open "task manager" ensure that CS:GO is not running in the background
-open "program Compatibility Troubleshooter ", and click on "Find and fix problems with running older programs on this version of windows" , After the detection of the programs, if CS:GO is not listed in the list , then choose "Not listed" , click next .
-Now browse to the folder where you have installed the game , exmpl : C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive" , then choose "csgo.exe"
-click next and choose "Try recommended settings"
-click next , close "program Compatibility Troubleshooter "
-launch your game .
