-Rats (Day 1 = 1 key; Day 2 = 1 key; Day 3 = Case)
-Big Oil (Day 1 = 2 key; Day 2 = Case)
-Framing Frame (Day 1 = 1 key; Day 2 = 1 key; Day 3 = Case)
-Firestarter (Day 1 = 1 key; Day 2 = 1 key; Day 3 = Case)

Not likely anyone's going to need it this late in the game but in Framing Frame day 1 the key can also spawn on a table in the security room.

key was in neither of the spots you listed on framing frame day 1

day 3 of framing frame can have the case on the coffee table in one of the two lounging areas in the main living room on the first floor

On big oil there's another location for the box which isn't on the guide, second floor white chair on the foot rest of it
