Description
Small mod that will fix the problem with Blizzard spell and scrolls dealing almost no damage to foes.

übermensch: Yes, not only Blizzard but also all Cloak and Summon spells can not be cast while you are being ethereal. It seems that being ethereal disallows you to spawn any object.

you know casting spells are cool as hail but theres that bluryness to alota spells like time freeze with several shouts theres that issue of blindness that the elder scroll spoke of so not only do the spells need to be ampt up but refocused for good vision i also think the shouts should be progressive to getting stronger by number of uses like anything where practice makes perfect hints (meditating=practice=more effective) so right on the better spell effects

übermensch: can you explain the spell-absorb bug? I did not make any changes to anything but the spell and its magic efect.

Will you please explain what exactly this mod does? Does it actually fix the weird glitch how your MR affects the Blizzard dmg, or does it just increase the dmg of the Blizzard spell?
