Yeah, but it start from north of Shire, and lead into southern town in Evendim (where hobbit lives) there some instance and once finish you will have to go Ost-Forod for a hobbit it small town up the hill it to the north east of Tinnundir. Then story will take you to Elrond in Rivendell, and he will tell you to go to Lost temple to check things out. And yeah the Lost temple in north Trollshaw.

Just cross the bridge up the cliff in trolls area, and go deep into ruins and there will be big gate down the left side which will start Lost Temple instance.
