L.A. Meltdown - Episode 1
Hollywood Holocaust - Level 1
1.In the street, jump up onto the crate, jump onto the sloped ledge, and then jump onto the higher ledge that crosses the road (underneath the "Innocent?" sign).
2.From the sloped ledge in Secret 1, jump into the building through the second or third window from the right. You'll arrive in an L-shaped room, with a small bed with a box of RPG ammo on it. That RPG ammo is the second secret.
3.Inside Secret 2, use the "Biker Bimbos" movie poster at the far end of the room to reveal some Steroids.
4.In the lobby, use the cash register to open a hidden room high up in one of the walls of the lobby (to the right as you're standing behind the snack bar looking out). Stand underneath the hole and use the wall. A hidden platform will raise you up to the room, in which you'll find some Armor.
5.In the projection room, use the brick wall next to the fire extinguisher near the stairs. (You can also get there through the vent leading from the bathroom.)
6.In the projection room, jump up onto the projector to open a hidden area of that room.
7.Open the curtains of the cinema screen (the switch is in the projection room), and blow up the crack in the screen to reveal a hidden area behind the screen.
8.In the street, one of the windows next to the cinema sign leads to a hidden room. Either jump (from the tree) or fly into it.

Red Light District - Level 2
1. Go to the front counter in the store and go to the top shelf with the atomic health, then, Use the corner to reveal an area with a holoduke.
2.Follow the shelves along the wall to your left. Press open on the one third from the left. It will swing open, revealing Pipe Bombs and armor.
3.At the collapsed building, go to where the yellow accese card and medkit are, blow up the manhole, and have a atomic health, pipebombs, jetpack and more. after you got the jetpack, fly out of the manhole. or you can go to the bathroom in the yellow accese card building, stand near the toilet near the mirror, use the wall and get inside the secret.
4. In the red light club, go to the couch, run to the womens on the right and get the chaingun and it's ammo.
5.I don't know why it is a secret, but go to the vent that is over the table :/.
6. In the backstage, you will see Night-Vision Goggles on a platform. Get to the platform either by flying with the jetpack or jumping into the platform.
7.Go to center stage, jump onto the high platform, and turn around to jump to the ledge. Go around the corner and press open on the light spot on the left wall, to find a Portable Medkit.

Congratulations on finding the secrets, the level will end by Aliens and Pigcops capturing you and saying "WE GONNA FRY YOUR ASS!". Looks like it's all about Death Row now..

Death Row - Level 3
You will start without items, so these secrets may help.
1.In the small room to the right of the electric chair, press the left-hand switch (as seen while looking out of the small window at the chair). The chair and surrounding floor will drop down, revealing a hidden area.
2.In the chapel, stand at the rear of the room, in the middle. Facing the altar, look up and shoot the red button. An elevator will take you to the rafters and a hidden area.
3.In the chapel, use the stone with the alien face on it at the front. The chapel will turn red. Shatter the left-hand stained glass pane and follow the tunnel round to a hidden area. Where you can find a Chaingun and meet DoomGuy. "Hmm.. thats one doomed space-marine." (NOTE: Achievement: Doomed Marine: Find the Doomguy in the Level "Death Row")
4.In the large cell, duck in front of the mattress and use it. It will slide aside to reveal a tunnel to a hidden area.
5.In the canyon, jump up the slanted platforms directly in front of the entrance. Jump up some more slanted platforms in the centre of the walkway to enter a masked room connecting the two sides of the walkway.
6.From the walkway in Secret 5, go to the end where the Red Access Card is, and blow up the crack in the wall there to reveal a hidden area.
7.On the upper walkway in the hub, use the rectangle on the wall to reveal a map of the facility. Doing so also reveals two small passageways to the sides.
8.Same as Secret 7.
9.At the door leading to the canyon, jump up to the slanted platform on the right. Use the wall to reveal a hidden area.
10.Inside the submarine, examine the wall behind the create to find a door. Use it to reveal a hidden area.

Toxic Dump - Level 4
1. Stand on top of the submarine to open a hidden door. Jump back into the
water and reenter the sub. Swim all the way to the top to get a portable med
kit, an atomic health atom, and some armor.
2. Go to the ledge where you found the blue keycard and RPG. Look at the gun
turret that is shooting at you from the right. Blast the turret, jump inside,
open the left wall, and grab the RPG rounds.
3. After getting the blue keycard and the RPG don your scuba gear and head back
into the water. Go inside the underwater cavern, grab the portable med kit, and
then blast the crack in the wall. Grab the atomic health atom and continue on
to get some pipe bombs. Come to the surface and you are now in a secret alcove.
4. Go through the blue key door and along the right side of the wall, near the
first bend, there is a door. Open it and follow it back outside to get the
chain gun.
5. In the crane room take the conveyor belt until you see some toxic waste to
your right (you should be going up a ramp at this point). Crawl in it and open
the wall parallel to the conveyor belt to get some chain gun rounds.
6. From Secret 5--Continue on the conveyor belt and when you get to the top of
the incline shoot out the big window. Hit the blue switch to open two pods. Go
into the left pod and jump straight up. You'll land on a ledge that has two
atomic health atoms on it.
7. In the flood area jump on the tall slanted platform and look to your right.
Jump into the dark cave and snag some RPG rounds, the portable med kit, and the
shotgun.
8. In the flood area, before you get to the "02" computer there is a crack in
the wall. Blast it.
9. From Secret 8--In the back of this cave there is another crack.
Blast it open to get an atomic health atom.
10. From secret 9--In the back of this cave there is yet another crack.
Blast it to open to gain access back to the beginning of the level.
11. From secret 8--Go past secret eight and you'll come to a control room. Open
the secret crawl space between the security monitor and the orange cylinder (and
to the right of the switch that raises and lowers the water level) to reveal
some shotgun shells and scuba gear.
12. After going through the double doors and then through the rotating gears,
there is water pouring into a tunnel. On the right side of this tunnel, there is
a crack in the wall. Blow it up, and go through the teleporter. Grab the RPG
rockets and two pistol clips.
13. At the beginning of the "toxic river" there is an air duct. Shoot out the
fan and inside are two atomic health atoms.
SECRET LEVEL:
14. Hug the left wall during the rapids area of the sewer. You should catch on a
small outcropping in the wall right before the end of the river. Blow the wall
open to reveal some chain gun ammo. Here you can also find the exit to the secret level Launch Facility.
L.A Meltdown - Episode 1 Part 2
Launch Facility - Level 6 - SECRET
1. After you get the blue keycard go back to the slime pond room. Go for a nice swim and after making your way through a short passageway you'll be in a small-enclosed area with some shotgun ammo and two atomic health atoms. Make sure to click the slightly brighter wall in here for some chaingun ammo.
2. In the room with an atomic health atom sitting on a platform, right above the RPG there, is a fan in the ceiling. Bash the fan in and jetpack up to snag some pipe bombs.
3. In the small computer room with all the pig cops and the red keycard, a section of wall opposite the switch opens the missile launch room doors and reveals some armor.
4. After you've destroyed the missile and taken cover underground you will find a main computer console. In the room with the switch that opens the passageway and leads to the exit, jump up onto the console and push the screen. It opens and reveals three atomic health atoms.[1]

The Abyss - Level 5
1.Right before you get to a flamepit about 1/3 of the way into the level, if you turn around backwards, you will see some Pipebombs sitting in a darkened corner. To the left of the pipebombs is a section of wall that protrudes out. If you "use" this wall, it will open up a door and some steroids will be in there. Go collect the steroids for the first secret of the level.
2.Right after the first secret is a fairly easy second secret. You go through the fire in the pit which is also a teleporter (You'll still take a bit of damage as you go through). You will be teleported to a secret room, where your appearance will give you the second secret for this level.
3.The third secret is inside the room you are left in for Secret #2. If you look around the room, you will see an elevated ledge with an RPG on it. Go grab the RPG to collect the secret.
4.The fourth secret takes some work to get to. After you make it out of the puzzle room where you're shrunk, and you start to make your way through the lava canyon, you need to wait. Normally you'd go straight through the lava canyon, but on the right, you will see a "lava waterfall" with a series of ledges that go up. The start of this path is shown here. You need to do a lot of hopping in this sequence.you need to continue to follow this path started with the hopping. There is no way to get lost, it only goes one way (unless you fall down into the lava and get swept back to the start). When you get to the top of the path, you will see where the lava waterfall starts. To your right is a crack in the wall. Blow it out with a pipebomb or a rocket, and it will open up another path you need to follow. Once you follow it, you will eventually be led back to an area near the start of the level. At this point you probably will want to go back on the path you took to get this secret, otherwise you'll have to go through the rest of the level to get back to where this secret started.
5.If you take the path back from where you were at the end of secret four, you will want to stop at the place where the lava river starts. On the other side of the river is a small platform with a hand on it. Go there and "use" the hand. Doing that will open a wall to the left of the hand. Jump in there and follow a lava river upstream (which can hurt if you don't have any boots). After a short path, you will come to a rock platform. Jump onto that, and follow it. It will lead downward into a cave where a babe is dancing all by herself. Why she would be dancing on her own inside a cave with nobody around? Who knows... (Notice the SUYT written on the walls)
6.The final secret of the level is near the large silver door towards the end of the level. If you don't go through it immediately, you can open up a secret door on the wall to the right. Open the door, and go in there. Following the path will lead you to an area outside the aliens' spaceship that will give you the sixth and final secret in this level. There is also an Atomic health in this room you can collect if you need it.
SECRET LEVEL:
7.If you know about the level Faces Of Death, you know it was in the past a DukeMatch only level and could only accesed by a noclip in the abyss. in World Tour, however..
In the circular area just before you go into to fight the Battlelord a section containing chaingun ammo will open up. Go into that section and press against the wall which will open up and reveal the secret exit to Faces Of Death. This exit is present in the earlier PC version too but unlike the World Tour version the wall does not open so the player cannot normally get to this level.

Faces Of Death - Level 7 - SECRET
1+2. Just fly with jetpack to the lava walls to get the secret.

Hope you have enough energy to get through the Abyss again, and you will finish the first episode with all the secrets.
Lunar Apocalypse - Episode 2
Spaceport - Level 1
1. Go down the hall in the beginning, turn to the left, and move towards the Earth Defense Emblem. You will hear a door open. Quickly turn around and jump into the newly opened alcove to a box of pipebombs.
2. In the beginning near the switch you press to deactivate the force field, press the column of monitors left of the shotgun to open up a room with a pistol clip and an Atomic Health atom.
3. In the room with the Scuba Gear, climb into the air duct and follow it up to a box of pipe bombs (this secret can be entered early if you jump through the "Authorized Personnel" sign near the force field door).
4. In the room with the elevator shaft; jetpack up the shaft to get the devastator and an atomic health atom.
5. Also in the room with the elevator shaft; jetpack up to an atomic health atom. Land on the ledge and you will hear a door open. Take the real elevator (not the elevator shaft) down to the previous floor. Get off and turn to your left. Go in the compartment to get some Chaingun Cannon ammo.
6. In the elevator shaft press the switch to open up a panel of switches. Go out the elevator shaft, up the ramp, and turn to your right. Turn all the switches off except the second one from the right. Go down the exit hallway and you will see a lighted area. This is actually an elevator. Take it down and you will get the shrinker, armor, and two Large Medkits.[1]

Incubator - Level 2
1. Opposite the yellow switch and just to the right of the shotgun shells is a door. Hop inside, grab the pipebombs, and press the back panel. Walk forward and you will be rewarded with a secret.
2. From Secret 1--Walk into the lighted floor area and grab the armor.
3. In the hallway connected to the yellow switch room; jump through the big "Earth Defense" symbol to get the Portable Medkit. (Actually the portable medkit is on the ledge leading to area behind the symbol. So technically it is possible to get the medkit but not the secret.)
4. In the room with the armory face the two computers with the pillar lights on both sides. Press the wall to the left to open an area with a Holoduke and the Freezethrower.
5. Continue past the room with the armory. As you enter the room with the two Atomic Health atoms rotating on pillars keep walking straight ahead and search the panels with the red and blue lights on them. The right one will open revealing some much needed Chaingun Cannon ammo. [1]

Warp Factor - Level 3
1. After you use the yellow key, follow the escalator up and into a large room. Find the compartment with the steroids in it. Look up and shoot the switch. Quickly run to the other side of the large room and you will see a box that has been lowered, step inside the newly revealed hallway. Step into the elevator and you will be taken to the Starship Enterprise. Explore the starship to find the RPG, atomic health, pipe bombs, and portable med kit.
2. Access the computer in Picard's ready room to reveal the "really" ready room.[1]
Also, notice that the whole map (TAB) is designed after the USS Enterprise! Funny easter egg.

Fusion Station - Level 4
1.In the first central area with the moving pistons, look for a small outward extrusion along a raised section near the exit. Open this to get the two Atomic Healths near the exit switch (and to open the room exit if you don't have ammo to shoot the switch from beneath the pistons).
2.From the above secret, take a left turn instead of a right turn, and jump or fly up to the ledge. You can get Pipebombs here.
3.From where you get the Chaingun Cannon (in the orange area underneath one of the moving pistons), open the door behind you and climb up.
4.In the second central room with the three turbines, head to the security screen to open a door on the opposite side of the room, to the right of the exit elevator. Quickly jump across the turbines and collect the Freezethrower.
5.After you exit the central area, cross the moveable bridge and enter the other room, take a left and open the wall at the end of the alcove to collect Body Armor.
6.In the next corridor, you will see explosions cracking the side of the wall. Climb them to the platform above and enter the grate.
7.From the above secret, continue through the vent until you see another woman pod. On the right is a cracked wall. Blast it open and collect the items there.

Occupied Territory - Level 5
1.When you open the first blast door, crouch down and enter the crawlspace to the right for an atomic health.
2.In the central area, there is a grate on the central separator. Kick it open for armor and an RPG.
3.In the central area, enter the point where the sentry drones arrive from to collect RPG ammo and an atomic health. This secret can be reached with the jetpack or steroids by running and jumping off the slanted window.
4.In the room where you get the blue keycard, the broken screens can either be opened or passed through. You can collect atomic health and two laser tripbombs.
SECRET LEVEL:
5.Near the end, there is a switch high up opposite the normal exit, shoot it and behind, there would be the exit to Spin Cycle.
Spin Cycle - Level 10 - SECRET
uum.. no secrets here.
Tiberius Station - Level 6
1.At the entrance, enter the supplies room. Open the back wall to reveal a Portable Medkit.
2.At the start of main corridor, look at the right wall for a small crack. Blast it open.
3.In the main corridor, there's slight alcove in east wall, next to the door revealing the devastator.
4.Under blue key room, walk into the wall opposite of the water fountain. You can get pipe bombs, and can shoot out of the windows - and not be seen by other players.
5.In the slime room, open the secret door in the right-hand alcove containing atomic health. This is initially blocked by a bridge segment.
6.In the slime room, open the secret door in the left-hand alcove containing RPG ammo. This is initially blocked by a bridge segment.
7.Slime room, look for crack on wall near main corridor to reveal backpack.
8.From exit room, enter vent on the left corner, and head to the first vent you see. This reveals an RPG between the main corridor and slime room, but you need a jetpack or second player to reach it before it closes.
While not counted as secrets, the following information is helpful:
In the blue key room, a switch opens a door to a blinking red room. Collect the devastator here, as well as an atomic health.
The armory contains a shrinker.
At the end of the main corridor, blast the explosive canisters to reveal an RPG launcher.
Lunar Reactor - Level 7
1.After heading outside, there is a secret door to your left, containing health and chaingun ammo.
2.In the place where you need to flip a switch to get through two crushing doors, instead, run to the alcove visible slightly to the right. Turn around, and open the corner wall to retrieve an atomic health.
3.Outside, there is a small cave. It is located directly below the gun turret. Although the jetpack is safer, it doesn't require it. You need a lot of health first. If you run (not jump) toward the rock face in front of you from the high ledge and hold forward, you can make it. It contains a shrinker, and the hanging corpse of Luke Skywalker(Awesome!). "Now, This is a force to be reckoned with." (NOTE: Achievement: Duke, Use The Force!: Find Luke Skywalker).
4.If you can climb on top of the collapsing vent past the yellow key, you may be able to jump into the cave to the left. You can get armor and atomic health there.
5.In the red key room, open one of the computer panels to retrieve a holoduke.
6.In the reactor core area, there is a raised platform on the right.
7.In the reactor core area, there is a raised platform on the left.

Lunar Apocalypse - Episode 2 Part 2
Dark Side - Level 8
1.When first go into the room at the courtyard near the start of the level, you will see a wall straight ahead of you with a computer bank. Go there and open it. It will reveal two Atomic healths. Go in there to grab the healths and get the first secret.
When you go through the "Alpha Transport" door, you will see a switch and a crack in the wall right inside the door. Blow up the crack.The resultant room behind the crack will reveal an slimer egg and some health, as well as a Devastator. Go in there to collect these items and the second secret.
2.After you cross the room after the Alpha Transport train, you will have a choice of going left, right, or straight. The proper way out of the level is to the left, but if you go to the right, you will see a couple of water tanks with a shrinker weapon in one of them. To the right is a hidden wall. 3.Open up that wall and head in.Once inside, there is an elevator you use to take up. Once up there, you need to take out several l troopers and some slimer eggs. Passing through this hallway will give you the third secret of the level. You can also get into the water towers from up here, one of which contained the shrinker you saw earlier.You can actually get up here from the other side where the other two water towers are, as you will find out if you head out of the room that way.
4.When you first enter the Gamma Quadrant transport, you will see a computer screen next to the train call switch. The computer screen on the wall contains a secret compartment behind it.Go over and "use" the wall, it will open, revealing a shrinker, as well as two tripmines. Pick them up to collect the fourth secret.
5.When you pass across the second train in the Gamma Transport area, you will go down an elevator . At the bottom of the elevator is a door and a vent.Take the vent, and follow the path behind it. It will leave you near an area where you can choose to go left or right - both ways into slime. You will want to take the left path into the room with four babes.Go into this room, and look up on one of the walls, and you will see a crack.Blow up the crack, and crawl through the rubble, and you will come across three sets of pipebombs. Take them to get the fifth secret.
6.The sixth secret is in an odd place. The third and final train is the way to the final secret. When you are in the train, and start down the tracks to the other side, you need to do something you wouldn't normally do. Lean up against the entrance point of the train. Keep doing this, and you will pass a hole in the wall. Because you were leaning on the door, you will exit the train and end up in a room off the side of the train tracks. This will give you the sixth secret.Also in this room is a trooper and a couple of Atomic healths. Once you are done exploring this area, you will want to go back through the teleport at the far end of the room. It will drop you out a vent back to where the train was when you got on it. This is actually a secondary way into this area - you can jetpack up the vent if you happen to notice it. If you exit the room and go back out on the train tracks and stay there, you will eventually get electrocuted and die
SECRET LEVEL:
7.The seventh and final secret contains the way to the second secret level. The exit to the secret level itself is not the seventh secret, that is just in the same area as the secret. Look to the upper left hand side of the wall when you first arrive via the monolith and you should see a crack on the upper section of the wall blast it and jump up into and you'll be given the seventh secret and the exit that leads to Lunatic Fringe. You can either go to the secret level or jump down again to go to the normal exit.
Lunatic Fringe - Level 11 - SECRET
No secrets, Again..
Overlord - Level 9
1.In the first room that is not underwater, with some kind of alien generator and 4 switches that require a combination, swim on the water surface towards the wall where the switches are located. There will be two pillars and the monitors and switches between them. Just crawl into a wall on the exterior side of either pillar, just above the water surface, you will find yourself inside a small corridor with 2 ammos for freezer, an armor and an atomic health.
2.In the same room, insert the correct combination from the alien switches which is, counting from the left 1-0-1-1. The generator will lower on the center of the room, revealing a freezer weapon. Jump onto that generator - you will hear a door slam. Now jump towards the wall opposite of the monitors, where a vent is located. Turn around and you will notice the pillar behind you has opened when you touched the generator. Go inside and collect RPG. However, you have to be fast with this one as it will autoclose in a few seconds.
3.When you enter the room with the waterfalls, head right and into a corridor with a ramp. Look on your left hand side and up - you will notice a crack on the wall. Use some explosive weapon to blow it up. Now head forward and turn left - you will be easily able to enter the hole you created from here as the ramp has lead you up. Inside you will find 2 boxes of pipebombs.
4.This one might be risky to get. It is located in the room where the fight with Overlord takes place. First, you have to get inside the control room where the Overlord spawns at first. Then turn 180 degrees and run towards the opposite wall of the big room with green walls - a small place opened there. You have to visit it quite fast as the door are set to autoclose, but the steroids are not necessary. Inside you will find two boxes of rockets for RPG, ammo for devastator, portable medkit and an atomic health.

After defeating the overlord, abusing his corpse in a way we just not talk about(trust me) and finding out that it was all a prank to start the final invasion wave on earth, it is time to go to the 3rd and (original) final episode, Sharpnel City.
Sharpnel City - Episode 3
Raw Meat - Level 1
1.In the first corridor you go into look at the red geisha statue, then up to the top left of her on the wall... well, it's not a wall. Jump in there for the first secret.
2.In the first corridor, go to the poster of Exotica. If you, uuh.. use.. her lower part, and the poster will drop down for the shrinker..?
3.At the end of the corridoryou should see a board with a handprint on it. Open it and jump in to get armor and another secret.
5.In the last room of the corridor there is a portable medkit and a crack in the wall. Blow it up and go through the crack to get some health and shrinker ammo.
6.In the room with the sushi table (Next to the karaoke room) there is a bloody handprint on a wall. Press it, and a wall near you will open up with the freezethrower inside.
7.This one is right next to secret no. #6. If you look at the handprint then turn around 180 degrees and crouch, you will see a small cupboard. Go in for some night goggles, but this isn't the secret. Open the back wall for the secret and some more stuff.
Non-Secrets:
-When you first jump off the roof at the start of the evel and head up the ramp to the restaurant, DON'T go straight in. Jump over the small wall the enforcers appeared over and there is an atomic health, pipebombs and a crack in the wall. Get the stuff and blow up the crack.
-At the start, open the middle window to reveal the Devastator Weapon.
In the same corridor described in secret no. #1, go to the right of the statue where some pistol ammo is by a sign. Turn around and a wall should have opened the other side of the corridor.
-Go into the first room in the corridor and use the wall on the left, which opens up and there is a jetpack there.
-In the kitchen, you will see what looks like a wine cabinet. Open it for two lots of RPG ammo.
Bank Roll - Level 2
1.The first secret is related to the blue key. At the top of the building next to the bank, you have to flip a switch to reveal a blue key. This switch also opens a compartment behind a painting in the room. Go into the compartment behind where the painting was to collect the devastator and the first secret.
2.The second secret is the ATM machines in the corner of the exterior bank area. Both of them will open up and lead to a secret room. Go in either of the ATM machines to collect a ripper chaingun and the second secret(NOTE: It may spawn a Assult Commander.).
3.The third secret is immediately beyond the large locked blue door. There is a pig cop hiding in the darkness to one side of the entrance. Once he's gone, you will see there is a switch up near the ceiling. Once you shoot the switch, the phone that is behind you will move up, revealing a holoduke in a hidden area. Grab the Holoduke for the third secret.
4.The fourth secret in this level is in the office with a desk inside the bank. Behind the desk is a painting. Go up to it, and open it. This will reveal a couple of health packs as well as a jetpack. Go in there to get the items and the fourth secret.
5.The fifth secret is in the gear puzzle. When you are making your way through them, you will find yourself at some point in the Gamma room. If the Gamma room is facing the right way, you will see a large red crack in the wall. Blow up this crack, and it will reveal a large hidden area. Go through this area for the final secret in this level, as well as a big shortcut back to the bank vault door.
Flood Zone - Level 3
1.When you start the level and make your initial drop into the water, if you keep going downwards, you will see some seaweed against a wall. Behind the middle seaweed is a crack in the wall - it is harder to see than most. Send a rocket that way, and a new room will be revealed. You will see an area behind a fence with an additional scuba gear if you need it. This is not the secret, however, You need to go into the area behind the fence, and surface in the water there. An additional room will be in here with several Octabrains and slimers. There is a ledge on the far side of the room. You need to get up on the ledge. There is also a Devastator weapon on the ledge to get as well.
2.The second secret is immediately to the left of the blue key. When you grab the blue key, the wall to your left is an invisible one. Jump into it to get the second secret. There's nothing actually in here, it's just a ledge to shoot out at some Enforcers on a rooftop on the other side of the level.
3.The third secret is near the locked red key door. When you are up there, there is a small ledge off to the side that you can jump off and get to. Once you get on the ledge, take out the trooper that was here (if you didn't do so already). Grab the ripper chaingun, and then turn to your right. The rightmost window is a secret one. Open it. Go in the room to claim the secret as well as some chaingun ammo.
4.The fourth secret in this level is behind the locked yellow door. When you enter the locked yellow door, the way through the level's path is down. However, if you go up, you end up on the roof of the building. You will see a ledge up here with an Atomic health on it. Behind the Atomic health is a secret wall. Open that wall to reveal a tiny room with a jetpack in it. Go in there to get the jetpack to get the fourth secret.
5.The fifth secret is right past the locked red key door. You will see a sign on the crates that says "Hard Hat Area". This is actually a hidden switch. Go use it, and you will see an area open up on the side of the crates that was not there before. Going in there will reveal an Enforcer, and some health. Take out the enforcer, then go grab the health(Tells the future of Team Fortress 2?).
L.A. Rumble - Level 4
1.Right after you leave the sewer, blow up the hidden crack in the wall for a secret.
2.In the abortion clinic, press the lower left cupboard under the knife to reveal a secret containing an atomic health.
3.Behind the framed picture in the red keycard room is some Devastator ammo.
Movie Set - Level 5
1.Right after you start the level and clear the outside of the enemies, jump on the dark grey wall where the helicopter crashed, then into the small shelf under the "Lunar Apocalypse" poster. Walk on that shelf then into the 3D Realms sign on it - you will appear in a little hidden room behind it, there is an Atomic Health. Then walk up the ramp, there might be an Assault Trooper if you triggered his spawn before. Also when you walk on the upper floor of this room, an Assault Commander will respawn on the outside, aimed right at you. You can collect there a Freezethrower and 2 ammos for devastator.
2.Go inside the cashier booth of the subway and press the cashbox on you right. Then jump out of the booth and run into the dark part of the subway entrance - on of the snack machines have opened, revealing a small place with two atomic healths. You have to hurry though, as you have very limited amount of time before the vending machine rises back, covering the room again.
3.Inside the room with the artificial spacecraft, where the red Access Card is located, just jump into the wall in front of the spacecraft - you will find yourself inside a secret room that is part of the ventilation shaft. There is a shrinker and jetpack. You can also exit this room by flying up and opening a hidden passage into the rest of the ventilation shafts.
4.Inside the magazine room, after the blue access card door, just walk to the tallest stack of boxes and open them - the highest boxes will be accessible, however there will be 1-3 Sentry Drones inside. After dealing with them, jump inside and collect a Devastator weapon. For easier access you can also use the jetpack which can be found in the previous secret.
SECRET LEVEL:
Inside the room where the lunar landscape is set, walk towards what appears to be a model of a spaces huttle. Press the "USA" sign and the shuttle will open, revealing an ominous room. This is where the entrance to Tier Drops is located.

Sharpnel City - Episode 3 Part 2
Tier Drops - Level 10 - SECRET
This level is one giant square, and in each of the four corners of the hallway is a secret. Go to each of the four corners, and you will see a wall on each of the top platforms you can open. Press the wall and you will get a secret and ammunition. The secrets in this level are basically the same. Repeat this at each corner to get them all

Rabid Transit - Level 6
1.Open the Lunar Apocalypse poster for a chaingun cannon. Watch out for a drone ambush.
2.Jump on top of the leftmost red porn magazine vendor to open a secret holoduke cache.
3.Pay attention here. When the subway car first comes, let the first one pass, and the second one come to the station. Ride the last car once it comes so you won't risk getting killed when you jump off. After you see the lightened Devastator compartment, immediately jump off. Throw a pipebomb to the right of the compartment, and blow up the section of the wall for a secret. Do this quickly before you get plastered by the next subway train.
4..Past the blue keycard door, open the "No Loitering" sign to find some much needed RPG ammo.
5..After making it past the tough ambush by the battlelords, open the wall left of the drinking fountain to access a rather creepy secret.
6.In the bookshelf area near the end of the level, find the crack in the wall near the right bookshelf and blow it up for a shortcut back to a level and some items.
Not a secret: Operate the cash register to open a secret bookshelf area containing night vision goggles.

Fahrenheit - Level 7
1.If you go into the apartment you'll see a painting above the sofa and when you open it a turret will be behind it; yet again another nasty surprise from Levellord. When you take out the turret go into the area it was in to get the freezethrower. Note: That this secret will have two Turrets on harder skills and none at all on the easiest skill so you may or may not have to face a turret at all.
2.The second secret is also in the apartment and of note if you use nightvision against the darkened wall in the apartment you'll see the message "Blast the bottles" which gives you a hint about the secret. Anyway on the shelves there are bottles and glasses that you need to destroy to get to the second secret. Do this by any means you consider the best but explosives like pipebombs are the quickest and easiest. Once they're out of the way go through the back of the shelf and you'll get the second secret as well as a portable medikit.
3.Nothing too special about this secret as you have to get this one no matter what because this is where the Red Access Card is but nonetheless the most important secret in the level in terms of level progression; anyway this secret is behind a metal door in a small room in the radio station.
4.The last secret is in the broadcasting room; if you go through the red curtain you'll be given the fourth secret as well as some freezethrower ammo and an atomic health.
Hotel Hell - Level 8
1.When you get to the bar area, there is a wine cabinet in the middle of the room. It is a secret room. Open it to reveal a Holoduke. Take the Holoduke and the first secret of the level.
2.The Second Secret is in the same area as the first secret. It's just to the left of the door where the Holoduke is. Open the door to get a Portable Medikit and the second secret. You can venture up further if you like but there's real purpose in that unless you want to go into the fishtank you saw in the Bar Area.
3.The third secret is accessible through the waterfall in the water area close to the swimming pool which is on the same floor as the Bar Area. Anyway, jump through the waterfall and you will be transported to a secret room. At the far end of this room is a red handprint on the wall. Press it and a wall will open to your right revealing another room behind some fire. You now have to run through the fire to get in here. Going in here gives you the third and final secret in the level but at the end of the passage way is an Indiana Jones reference with Duke saying "We meet again Dr. Jones" with Indiana Jones' corpse nearby. There's also an atomic health on the pedestal. This is a homage to the opening scene in Raiders Of The Lost Ark. When you grab the Atomic Health, the room and the passageway will start to collapse which means you need to run out so you don't get squished. Of note: The Secret Exit for Freeway is in the area when you first come through the waterfall; it's hidden behind some bushes.

Freeway - Level 11 - SECRET
1.When you come out of the initial water area you were in at the start of the level; go right. You will come to the end of a road and the end of the wall on the left has a crack. Blast it which will allow you to jump on the wall or simply use the jetpack if you have it; there's also a portable medikit on top of this wall too. Go all the way down to the window furtherest down the wall. Open the window and in there you will see a bathroom; go in there to get the first secret as well as some ammo for the freezethrower. The switch in here turns on the lights.
2.Opposite the door that needs the blue access card is a window you can open; this will take you into an apartment; when you go in you will get the second secret. There's a shrinker in here too. Of note: There's also a stairwell here and the door at the top has a crack and if you blast it; it will take you directly to the first secret which could be handy if you haven't got the first secret yet. This is good for dukematches as players can use it to surprise their opponents.

3.In the area where you find the Blue Access Card you will see a vending machine and a drinks machine. The wall on the opposite side of the room has a bookshelf. Open the lower section of the bookshelf on the right hand side of it which will reveal a secret compartment with devestator ammo; go in there to get the ammo and the third secret.
4. The door directly behind the Blue Access Card that's most obscured by the collapsed ceiling has a crack on it. If you blast the crack it will reveal a small room with red lighting; a security monitor and chaingun ammo.
5) Behind the hydraulic press with the crushed terminator is a wall with two yellow and black striped panels. Jump through either of them and you'll end up in a secret room and you'll find some pipebombs. Going into this room will give you the fifth secret. "Terminated".
Stadium - Level 9
Due to the lack of places to explore, there would be no secret counted, but there is surely something useful:
Over the stadium, you will see a blimp with the writings: "DUF BEER". blow it up to get many loot of items.
Now you completed the original game, but see you at The Birth..
The Birth - Episode 4
It's Impossible - Level 1
1. When the level first starts, you can go through the IMF door, or you can go to the other side of the rock canyon. If you jump up on it, and make your way back above where you started, you will see a small, and rather narrow ledge. Follow the ledge around the canyon, and you will come to a cavern. Inside it is a Holoduke and some pipebombs, as well as one of the turrets that was shooting at you when you were at the start (Note: No Turrets are present out here on Piece Of Cake).
2. If you go up on the ledge in the start of the level, and walk around on top of where you started the level, you will see a red hand on the wall. Hit it. This will open up a door below you, and behind your initial starting spot in the level. Jump off the ledge, and head in there. Once inside, you will see a red room with an Atomic Health inside.
3. In the mess hall area, make your way into the back - you will see a silver door leading to the meat locker. Go in there, and take out an Octabrain in close quarters!. Once you've done that, hit the red hand on the wall. Doing that will open up another room with a forcefield and a computer. Using the computer will give you access to the next room, the one with a Shrink Ray and some armor, as well as the third secret. From here, you can either backtrack to get back to the kitchen, or you can jump into the water here, and swim back to the sink in the kitchen (this is the shorter path).
4. The fourth secret is in the barracks area of the level. There's a bunch of pig cops to take out first. Once you do that, make your way to the bed towards the back of the room that has steroids sitting on it. Stand on the bed, and "use" the wall. The bed will raise into the ceiling, taking you with it. It will reveal a path you can take to get to a door. Open it, and a room will be revealed with a Jetpack and some Devastator ammo.
5. The fifth secret is in the bathroom. Above the sink is a switch that looks like a hand dryer. Flip it, and a compartment will open up above the toilet. Jump up there and head in to get the fifth secret, and a medkit.
6. The sixth secret is the room where you get the red key. Next to the picture of President Washington, there is a computer. If you use the computer, it will open up a door on the other side of the room with a pig cop behind it. Take out the pig cop. Once the pig cop is taken out, go into the room he was in. There is an RPG in there, as well as the sixth secret. The game prints the word "Unlocked" instead of "A Secret Place!" when you go into this secret because it unlocks a secret door on the wall, which connects to the fourth secret area, that was previously locked if you went to secret four first. This is also an easy way to get the fourth secret without needing to fight your way through the barracks at all, and getting both secrets together.
7.After the second door, you will see a vent up near the ceiling. Kick or shoot the gate, and head in the vent. There is another gate at the far end, kick it or shoot it and then head out. There's some enemies in here waiting for you; take them out. You will see a switch here. Flip the switch, and it will allow you access to the mine car. Go into the mine car to get the seventh and final secret for this level. While it isn't part of the secret as such, you can also go through the door that says "Under Construction", and make your way past an Assault Commander and a few other enemies to get a Devastator. (Assault Commander is not present in Piece of Cake difficulty)
Duke Burger - Level 2
1.It is near the Drive-Thru window, The way to it is far easier with a jetpack. Looking at the shot below, you can fly into the wall (again, "X Marks the spot"). You can get up there without a jetpack if you happen to have not blown up the barrel in the street. Standing on that, use steroids, and then run at the spot, and you will get in that way too. Again, MUCH easier with a jetpack. Doing so will reveal a hidden room with several bits of ammo and health. Go in here for the first secret of the level. You can get out of the room the way you came in, but if you go through the small area on the other side of the room, you will come out behind the forcefield in the kitchen area. That will bypass the need for the blue key, and the entire shrinker move in the bathroom, although the doors to the restaurant will still be locked.
2.When you are in the back office room of Duke-Burger, you will see a switch on the desk that is here. Flip the switch, and it will temporarily open up a door at the top of the crates in this room.
Once you flip the switch, run out and jump up into the area now accessible at the top of the crates. You will collect a freezer weapon, and the second secret by going up here.
3.at the end of the underground conveyor system, in the vet room, There is a light switch right next to the drop off to the conveyor. If you flip that switch, the wall will rotate. There is a hidden room behind here you can get to. Be careful though, it's quite easy to get squished going back here. A room will be revealed with an RPG on a shelf. Go in here to collect the third secret. A word of warning, getting out of this level is even harder than getting in, actually.
4.If you go to the side of the kennel with the Scrappy Due puppy, you will need to blow off the doors to the kennels with a pipebomb (if you do it right, you will not blow up the puppy). You will need to make your way unto the upper left of the four specific cells. The back wall is a secret one. Open it up to reveal the fourth secret and some pipebombs.
Shop-N-Bag - Level 3
1.When you enter the shopping mall through the window, go left. You will see a fire extinguisher on a wall next to regal no. 1. Blow it up and go into the crack it created in the wall - you will find a devastator weapon and Portable Medkit. Also there is a switch opening a door from the corridor to one of the earlier rooms you could visit.
2.After going past the first two regals in the shop, there will be a tower of boxes between them, standing in three rows. You should notice that the central row of them is darker than the other ones, also there is an arrow pointing on it from the left-hand box on it. Open it and go inside, you will find an armor and ammo for Microwave Expander .
3.After passing the blue Access Card door and going through a small corridor, you will find yourself in another huge hall. At the opposite end of the room on your right there will be a lot of boxes with a crack on them. Blow it up and get inside, there is a Chaingun Cannon and also this secret provides easier access between the two main halls.
4.after the yellow access card door, When you open both the gate and the steel bars, go inside and turn right. On your right side there will be two ATM's. One of them is broken, but the other one can be opened.Be prepared as there is between 1-3 laser turrets inside ready to shoot you, depending on the difficulty setting. After dealing with them, jump inside and collect a devastator weapon.
5.In the magazine behind the red key door, you should notice some shelves filled with boxes on your right, behind expander ammo. The top shelf seems to be lacking one box on the right. Jump into that hole and open the box in front of you, with upward arrows on it. You will find yourself in a tunnel between the boxes, with Pipe Bombs, Freezethrower and Night Vision Goggles. Unfortunately, the opposite wall of that tunnel cannot be opened.
6.After going all the way through the aforementioned magazine, you will find a door with danger signs on its sides. When you stand in front of the door, there will be some boxes on your right. Approach them from the front-right corner of the room, there you will notice another arrow on the boxes, with Pipe Bombs, Freezethrower and Night Vision Goggles. Unfortunately, the opposite wall of that tunnel cannot be opened.
Secret 6 and 7 and the other at part 2.
The Birth - Episode 4 Part 2
6.After going all the way through the aforementioned magazine, you will find a door with danger signs on its sides. When you stand in front of the door, there will be some boxes on your right. Approach them from the front-right corner of the room, there you will notice another arrow on the boxes pointing towards the lighter wall of the box-tower. Open that wall and go inside the boxes, you will find ammo for the RPG and the Shotgun as well as Steroids.
7.When you open door mentioned in the previous secret, labeled with the danger sides, there will be a multiswitch and four trash compactor crushers. First you have to manipulate the multiswitch at the right moments to stop the crushers when they are risen - note that each one of them moves at different speed. When they are all blocked, you can pass through some slime straight to the nukebutton, but instead, when you enter that corridor, open the shaded wall on your left, between two bloodstains, where the second crusher was blocked. There will be a secret room with RPG ammo, portable medkit and as mentioned in the Easter Eggs section below, a mutilated corpse of Snake Plissken from "Escape from L.A." movie.
Babe Land - Level 4
1.Upon entering the shooting range after disabling the blue key forcefield, blow up the fire extinguisher on the opposite wall. Be prepared as 1-2 alien beasts will jump from the hole in the wall that the explosion created depending on the difficulty setting.After killing them, carefully go inside that hole, watching out for the fires. Unfortunately the only thing you will find there is shotgun ammo.
2.In the same room as previous secret place, there are five targets (besides the ducks). Shoot the 2nd and 4th ones, but make sure they are both down at the same time. After that it does not matter if they go back up as the wall will stay opened unless you shoot them again.
Those targets open a wall on your right. You might want to smash the teddybears for easier access to the room behind it. There will also be 1-2 pig cops, depending on the difficulty setting. After killing them, go inside. There will be some security monitors, an armor, night vision googles and interestingly, a red access card. It is necessary in order to progress with the level, making it the only secret place that is actually obligatory to visit during gameplay.
3.When you reach the slime river that has some wooden boats swimming along it, jump in one of these boats. After the first turn, there will be a small place on your right with a dungeon and some fire. There will be a pirate statue waving assault trooper's leg behind the bars and a dog sitting on the other side and ironically having the keys.
Blow up the cracked grey door behind the dog (probably along with the dog) and go inside a small corridor which is the place you were looking for. There will be RPG ammo inside.
4.This secret will require a jet pack - if you do not have one, you can find it towards the end of the level inside the pirate fortress, after you open the big spotlight from the service corridor, on the right of the 4-button combination. The secret located in the room with the ship model. You have to fly as high as the fake "sky" lets you towards the ship. Fly into the wall (faking a sunset landside) above the bow of the ship, right of the security camera. You might need to just fly along the wall trying to push into it to find the secret. The secret place itself is a ventilation shaft with atomic health.
Pigsty - Level 5
1.To access this secret place, you need a jet pack. If you do not have one from the previous levels, it can be obtained a little later in the level or straight from the beginning by blowing the sewer cover on the street in front of the police station and jumping into the hole. You will find yourself in a room with a couple of enemies and jet pack.When you have jet pack, start at the very beginning of the level. Turn yourself towards the building on the left with black windowpanes. You will notice a graffiti on the wall - you need to fly into the window right above it. Inside the room you will find RPG, devastator weapon, freezer, steroids and ammo for expander.
2.When you enter the police station, head to the right of the wrecked car. There you will notice a switch on a wooden wall. Flip it, then go across the room where a telephone was - now it lowered into the floor, unveiling a secret place with atomic health.
3.In the same room where the jet pack could be found, which can also be accessed from inside the police station by going left from the car wreck then left again and down a ramp, open the gray swing door. You will find yourself behind a one-way mirror in an interrogation room with some recording equipment.Notice the diagonal, darker wall in the room - it will open when you use the hidden switch on the recorder below two trip mines. Inside the small secret room you will find an atomic health.
4.Behind one of the doors unlocked by the blue keycard, where the red key switch is located there will be a desk of J. McClain. Next to it will be a tall bookshelf - simply open it, it will rotate around and lead you to a secret ramp. Go down along it and you will find another secret room - execution room where firing squad used to do its work. There will be an atomic health and 3 chaingun cannons.
5.Inside the room unlocked by the red keycard, simply open the huge map located behind the desk. There will be a small place with portable medkit and some bottles of champagne cooling in the ice.
SECRET LEVEL:
At the end of the level inside the court room, simply open the big George Washington picture located behind the judge's table. Jump inside to find the hidden exit to Area 51.
Area 51 - Level 11 - SECRET
1.When you drop down the air vent early on in the level, you are left in a control room with a chair that has some dots on it. There are two rooms that open up on the side of the room, one has a teleport, and one does not. Go over to the one that does not have the teleport, and turn on your jetpack, and fly straight up. You will eventually see a small alcove with an Atomic Health. Go in there to get the health to get the first secret.
2.When you are in the computer area under the main entrance room, you will see a strange symbol on the wall. If you jump up there, it will lower one of the computer banks in the next room, revealing a secret area that contains an Atomic Health. There is no sound to indicate the door has opened, you have to go look. Go in there to get both. Once you go in here, the door will close behind you.
3.In the same room where Secret #2 was, you will see a Holoduke on top of a computer bank. The wall behind the Holoduke is a secret one. Open it up to reveal some steroids. Go in there to get them, and you will get the third secret of this level.
4.The fourth secret is in the room with all the boxes. In one corner is a computer. If you "use" the computer tower (not the monitor) one of the boxes in the room will open, revealing some scuba gear and armor. Go in there to get the gear and the secret.
5.To the left of the computer from the last secret is a crack in the wall. Blow it up.
6.Once you are inside the room from secret no. #5, make your way to the back, you will see a red handprint on a very dark wall. Using this hand will open up a teleport right to the left.Going through the teleport will put you next to a bridge. you will see an RPG. Go get it for the sixth secret.
7.Shortly after the room of boxes, you will pass a short conveyor. Let yourself get picked up by the crane, and when it drops you off, you will be in a small computer room with a switch. Flip the switch.At the end of the corridor behind the red electrical charge shown here will be a teleport that has just opened up. Take it and you will be left in an EXTREMELY SMALL room, with nothing but a switch. Flip the switch, and a door will be opened to the inside of the UFO, with an Atomic Health.

The Birth - Episode 4 Part 3
The Invaild Secret:
Every FAQ for the last 12 years defines this as a secret, but during Xbox 360 testing, it was discovered that neither the 360 nor the PC original actually award you a secret. This secrets page was originally constructed with this as Secret #1, then we found out about the problem. In researching this, we had Allen Blum go back to the original Build materials in September of 2008, and we discovered that this room is not officially classified as a secret by the game! Given that this one was so "accepted" as a secret for the last 12 years, and that (almost) every FAQ out there has it wrong, and nobody apparently has checked into it. So are you ready to know the secret everyone was wrong about? Here it is: Near the blue Access Card door, there is a computer on a desk in the small alcove right next to the door. If you use this computer, it will open up a door on the far side of the room. Run over there and a timed door will have opened up. Go in there to get the medkit, and feel the warm glow of getting the real secret that everyone was wrong about for 12 years.
Going Postal - Level 6
1.At the beginning of the level, before you enter the post office, there is a fire truck parked on the street. Approach it from its left hand side and press use at the water pump. There is a hidden switch that opens one of the windows in the building right next to the truck. Go inside the room, watching out for the fires that are all around. You will find there protective boots and devastator weapon.
2.When you enter the change room inside the post office, there are four lockers. In one of them is blue keycard. The one left to it (second one from the left hand side when you stand in front of the lockers) has a different texture on the wall opposite to its door. Open that wall and prepare for a fight with 1-2 alien beasts that are inside the room. When you deal with them, go inside and collect chaingun cannon, ammo for shotgun, pistol along with some clips and a small medkit hidden inside a ventilation shaft. There is also a portable medkit hidden behind a grating - blow them up to access it. This room also has a security monitor. An extra secret consists in shooting the dog poster opposite the wall with the security monitor to reveal a closet containing RPG ammo and atomic health.
3.Inside the customer service room, there is a "wanted" poster picturing Unabomber. Open it and crawl inside the ventilation shaft. Remember that you can destroy the mailbags blocking your way. The only thing you will find inside this secret place is a box of pipebombs and also a protozoid slimmer towards the end of the shaft, if it has not crawled on you already earlier. However, the ventilation shaft will lead you towards a one-side invisible wall with a view over the main post office room, making it a good spot for camping in deathmatches.
4.Inside the first mail sorting room (after the blue keycard forcefield), there is a conveyor belt that goes up behind the laser turrets. You should notice the big pillar there, that has its center oddly shaded darker than the sides. Crouch in front of it and crawl into the darker part - you will find yourself inside a ventilation shaft. There is a shrinker weapon inside. Also, there are switches in multiplayer that allow easier passage throughout the level via this ventilation shaft.
XXX-Stacy - Level 7
1.At the end of the corridor inside the video studios, there is a room with C9's. Go towards the wooden crates inside this room. There is a "top secret" sign at the crate that is on top of the stack. Open the other reachable wall of that crate and crawl inside for a secret place and freezer weapon.
2.This secret place is easier with a jet pack. Unfortunately, it cannot be found anywhere in the level, so you should keep one from previous levels. Otherwise you can get to it by taking a running jump from the brick wall outside of the funny boner club. Steroids make this easier, but it can be done without them. The secret can be reached via two windows. One of them is located on the second floor, to the right and on the side of the window where you entrance the Funny Boner club at first. The other window is above the Funny Boner club logo on the right hand side. You don't have to open them, just fly into them. Be aware thought that the apartment is filled with explosives, so you might want to toss a pipe bomb inside before you enter to avoid any surprises. The secret place is located in the bedroom, where you can find RPG. In the other room there is a box of pipe bombs and also a devastator inside the trash can.
3.At one point of the level, you have to raise the water level in order to be able to jump on a platform. When you are on the other side of the wall, in the room with some machinery and alien green goo on the walls, lower the water level back. One of the machines will open, unveiling a small place with shrinker.
Critical Mess - Level 8
1.This secret can only be visited before one of the room blows up and collapses. After going up a spiral staircase and reaching door, explosions will begin. Open the door, but do not run towards the safe, white place behind the explosions. Instead, wait while the ceiling is collapsing at the door. When it will be very close from squishing you, you should notice that one of the walls opposite to the door where you are is opening. Quickly run into the room it unveils and be careful not to get squished. You will find yourself inside the room mentioned in the Easter Eggs section on this page. There is an atomic health hidden behind the machinery. Also there is a teleport that will get you out of the room and to the next part of the level, behind the collapsed room.
2.After you pass the room with water, some octabrains and two crushers where you need to avoid getting squished, you will be inside a small room with two first aid cupboards on the wall. One of them includes an atomic health and the other a large medkit. There is also a monitor. Press use/open at the front of it - a small hidden room will open on your right. There will be portable medkit.
3.Inside the room after blue keycard door, simply shoot the oozcans (the metal bottles with green substance that explode upon being shot). Part of the wall will blow up, revealing a small place with RPG.
4.This secret place is located in the same room as the previous one. You will however need a jetpack to reach it - unfortunately it cannot be found in this level, so you have to keep one from the previous levels. Just fly up to the ceiling then towards the wall opposite to the door - there will be a small cave with shrinker and rockets for devastator.
Derelict - Level 9
1.This secret can be visited before going aboard the ship. To find it, dive underwater and swim under the boat. You should notice a little hole in its hull, marked with yellow and black stripes. Swim to it and emerge from underwater there. You will have to face 1-2 alien beasts. Then simply walk in the small corridor and collect night vision googles, armor, chaingun cannon and steroids.
2.Inside the dining room/kitchen of the ship, walk towards the small part with oozcans. There you should notice some cupboards covered in blood and bodyparts. On one of those cupboards, with a head and a knife on it, there is a switch. Flip it and a small room with a portable medkit will open on your left.
4.Inside the barracks on the ship, there is a room with some assault troopers as well as a couch and burning TV. Simply jump on the TV and that is where the secret is located. Behind the TV there is chaingun cannon. Aside from that, a small place will open in the opposing corner of the room where a shotgun is located.

The Birth - Episode 4 Part 4
4.This secret is located in the captain's room, where the red keycaard is located. Just above the desktop where the keycard is, there is a clock. Press use/open in front of it and the bookcase behind you will go down as well as the wall behind the bookcase will open. There is a secret room with shrinker, 2 ammos for expander, 2 atomic healths and some of the captain's nastier toys.
5.Behind the yellow keycard forcefield, locate the room with 1-2 assault commanders and a giant stack of boxes. There should also be a crane operating them as well as conveyor belt. After dealing with the enemies, climb up the boxes. Another assault commander should emerge from between them - kill him and jump to the space behind boxes where he was waiting for you. Now turn towards the wooden boxes without metal frames on them - there seems to be one box missing under a bigger one. Walk in that place and collect the RPG and protective boots.
The Queen - Level 10
1-4.They are located in the corridors on the sides of the purple lava. There are 2 on the green side and 2 on the brown side - situated on the sides of the door where you enter the are with water. You need a jet pack to reach the balconies - one can be found underwater on the brown side, inside a small aquarium-like room with 2 switches. When you have the jetpack, simply fly onto each of the balconies to trigger the secrets. The ones on the brown side contain 2 packs of rockets for devastator and 2 boxes of ammo for shotgun and the ones on the green side contain 2 boxes of ammo for chaingun cannon and 2 boxes of rockets for RPG.
5-6.These are also located symmetrically on green and brown sides. They are behind the main gate leading to those 2 areas, but outside of the main structures. You can access them from behind - on the green side, opposite to the place with air tank and on the brown side opposite to the place with protective boots. They are accessed via the organic-looking, alien holes on the walls. Each of the secrets contains ammo for RPG, chaingun cannon, devastator and shotgun, box of pipebombs. The one on the green side also contains 2 small medkits. Aside from being secrets, they can be useful for fighting the mini battlelords inside the structures, as the other end of the pipes leads inside the structure from a good sniping point.
7.This secret can be reached during the boss fight with the Queen. You might have noticed there are a couple of holes in the ceiling of the underwater cave the fight takes place in - 3 of them to be exact. The secret is located in the hole directly in front of the entrance to the cave. Just swim there and emerge from water when you reach the hole, then climb onto small rock shelf with atomic health, portable medkit and an armor, which all may prove crucial during the fight. Also, all of those holes may be useful for avoiding the Queen's electricity attacks.

And that is it. But there is also Alien New Order.
Alien New Order - Episode 5
High Times - Level 1

1.Across from the blue keycard, there is a white wall that has a hidden lift. Take the lift up and step onto the roof.
2.In the Little Green Man Coffee Shop, get behind the counter and stand in front of the far right cash register. Hit the use key and a bookcase under the pool tables sign will slide up. Run over and enter the alcove behind the bookcase.
3.Still in the coffee shop, go up the stairs at the entrance of "Area 420." Instead of turning left and entering the room with the pool tables and foosball table, look up and shoot the grate in the wall.
Go through the ductwork and exit onto the roof.
4.After using the hookah and heading outside, the blue water will turn to green slime when you circle the center pillar. Go under the slime water and enter the center sector with the light.
Red Rockus - Level 2

1.Across from the grocery store, jump atop the brown car, head to the front and turn left. Drop down through the broken bars, break the grate, and enter the room.
2.Find the 24 hour flower shop (with white text "цветы" on a red background) at end of the street, far away from where you started behind a tree. Get onto the roof and destroy the cracked wall. Walk inside to get the secret and a Holoduke.
3.Inside the grocery store, across from the emergency exit double doors, destroy the shopping carts, glass, and bottles to be able to gain access to the secret room with an armor pickup.
4.In the room that has the wall that you destroy to enter the caves, walk over the only bed that doesn't have the green sheets. The nearby bookcase will lower, revealing a secret room with Scuba Gear.
5.Once in the caves, head underwater and look for a small cave that's just tall enough to fit through. Swim to the end, surface, and step onto the small section of land in front of you.

Bloody Hell - Level 3
1.After opening the door unlocked by using the red keycard, head left downstairs. At the base of the stairs, head straight and press the use key against the wall. A secret door will open, and you can walk inside.
2.Before heading up the red-carpeted stairs to the section with the blue carpet, navigate to the dead end through the bookcases. Press the use key against the wall across from the bookcase to open a secret door that leads to a small room with armor.
3.Once completing the previous secret, head forward and hit the use key again to open up the second door to reveal another secret area with an atomic health pickup inside.
4.From the blue carpeted section, find and enter the circular room with bookcases covering the walls. Look above the bookcases to find a small shootable dipswitch near the ceiling. Flip the switch and a bookcase will drop, revealing a secret room.
5.In the bathroom, destroy the wall and drop down into the water. Rather than swimming forward, resurface and walk onto the floor in the alcove that has RPG ammo.

Mirage Barrage - Level 4
1.Get to the top of the stairs near the great pyramid. Instead of heading up the ramp, take a left and walk across the desert sand. Take a left and head toward the building with a smaller pyramidal shaped roof. Jump onto the roof and head to the top to reach the secret, and get an atomic health pickup.
2.Drop down from this same building and walk up to dead Serious Sam. "Why so serious, Sam?" (NOTE: Achievement: Why So Serious!? Find Serious Sam).
3.As soon as you enter the pyramid, head up the stairs and look right at the pillars. Open the hieroglyphic picture to find a box of pipebombs.
4.In the fire room with the lava, destroy the crack in the wall and walk through.
5.In the water room, find the crack in the wall and walk through.
SECRET LEVEL:
6.At the end of the level, after destroying both reactors, head back to the switch that revealed these reactors. Turn to the wall opposite this switch, crouch, and walk forward to get the secret, and gain access to the secret level exit.

Prima Arena - Level 8 - SECRET
1.After starting the level, head out the door, take a left, and then another left into the ladies washroom. There is one locker that is wider than the other two. Open it, destroy what's inside and walk in.
2.Leave the ladies room and head down the corridor until you get to the destroyed floor. Go to the pillar on the left and look up toward the ceiling for a crack that you can destroy. Head down and you'll get the next secret.
3.There's a spot where the ground outside is broken. There's a platform with an atomic health pickup that's in this crack in the ground, near the destroyed wall. You can actually carefully circle around the perimiter of this crack in the floor and obtain the secret without dropping down and getting the health.
4.Fall down the crack and head out one of the two openings in the wall. Head left over to the dead end. Jump to the top of the broken pillar in the water, and a secret door will open up. Go inside.
5.Get into the room with the red keycard, and make sure the door is closed. Across from the keycard, crouch down and head through the tunnel.

Tour De Nukem - Level 5
1.At the very start of the level, turn around and head into the office. Destroy the chair to reveal a light switch which opens up a closet with a Holoduke inside. Enter this closet to get the first secret.
2.Directly across from where you start, windows will open up with Assault Troopers inside. Make your way up inside the left window.
3.In the Alley Cat Lounge, find the lone "Tonight Hot Hot Hot" poster (not the two surrounding the karaoke stage). Walk up to it and hit the use key to open it and go inside.
4.In the room with the yellow Access Card, destroy the crack in the wall behind the cola vending machine that's moved away from the wall.
5.In the room where you have to jump across destroyed rails, look for a very steep river of slime. Climb up it and enter the secret room.

Golden Carnage - Level 6
1.From the start of the level, turn around to face the structure behind you. There is a crack in the wall to destroy, and the first secret is inside this room.
2.Get inside the USS Frisco. Across from the dipswitch, find the hidden door beside the light near the floor and enter.
3.After flipping the switch inside the USS Frisco, go up the ramp you created onto the bridge. Head toward the starting area, and jump off the vehicle to reach the raised support section for the bridge tower. Head to the East side (closest to the submarines) of the bridge tower, and hit the use key against the red tower to access a secret room.
4.At the door labelled Authorized Personnel, turn left and hit the use key to open up a room with a Portable Medkit.
5.There's a cracked wall behind the vehicle near the Fort Point sign. Destroy it and jump inside.

Hollywood Inferno - Level 7
1.Trek up the path to where the fence ends and the rock formation is on either side of you. There is a cracked wall that you can destroy to reach this first secret.
2.Face the tunnel that's blocked off by rock. There's a crack in the wall that can be destroyed that leads to the second secret.
3.Inside the Employees Only section at the end of the tunnel, crouch down and flip the switch near the Shrinker. A hidden room right next to it will open up.

And there you go, all the game secrets!

Does anyone know where Duke Burger secret #1 is? This guide is VERY cryptic and unintelligible. I used the jetpack but there is nothing there.

Nice guide but needs update. For example missing secret area in Red Light dis. In the shop, open the combination locked door next to a cashier. Before the elevator, turn right, there is a dark coridor leading to a secret area.

In Raw Meat, you secret numbering is off;. You are missing secret #7, which is in the kitchen, behind the wine rack, which you have labeled as a non-secret.

To Op: In the level Launch Facility that isn't a missile....it is actually a shuttle(as it has pilot seats).

in the abyss it says it says 8 I know there is a secret teleport to the front of the ship but cant geet into it becuz there is a wall and only noclip helps me to get there but Im sure u can get into it without noclip.
