To fix this, you could use the console command "help greybeard" to search for the greybeard's robes. There are gonna be two different codes, so enter "player.additem <code> 1" for each of them, then go into your inventory and find the one that isn't enchanted. That's the original robe that's already in the game, but you can only acquire it using this console command, since greybeards don't die, and you probably wouldn't want to kill one of them even if they could. The robes added by this mod are disenchantable, so you can disenchant it to learn the shout cooldown effect, and then enchant the vanilla robes once you have it.
Only thing is, this doesn't work for me. For some reason, when I enter the player.additem command for greybeard robes, all I get is extra weight, no item... :P But I hope this helps you folks.
