The Tower is about 600 Blocks high and houses 50 tentants.
There are Residents,
- a Supermarket with Bridge to Apex Tower
- a Nightclub and a Bar
- a Park,
- a Factory for Armour
- the Parlament Hall
- the U.S.C.M. HQ +Serverroom and Laboratory
