Item Stat Overhaul: Armor and Weapons

Description
I did not like the default stats of many items, so I changed them. This is the first part of the mod, it changes the values of armor and weapons that are not artifacts. The main changes are 1. That weapons weigh a lot less because a mace should not weigh more than your entire set of armor 2. Heavy and light armor weigh closer to each other 3. Items craftable at similar times are similar in strength and later items are stronger 4. Items edited by this mod are mostly craftable.

Minor Changes Include:
Orchish weapons are more powerful and more valuable than dwarven.
Glass is renamed Malachite (mostly)
Elven Weapons are weaker but swing faster than Dwarven
Malachite weapons are as strong as Orcish but swing faster
All Ebony weapons are weaker than Daedric ones
Malachite and Dragonscale use Corundum as a secondary ingredient
Arrows are craftable
Staves are craftable
Ancient Nord armor is in between iron and steel strength
Daedric weighs more than other items but is stronger as well

I am currrently aware of:
Base enchanted malachite weapons and armor are still called glass.

hey, could you also adjust dragonbone armor to be stronger than daedric? it doesn't make sense that it needs a higher smithing level to make but ends up being so much weaker... And yes I mean dragonbone, not dragonscale
