This guide covers the achievements on Steam. The achievements are listed in alphabetical order and the difficulty based on earning them.

Difficulties:
Very Easy-Can be done with just a few clicks.
Easy-Normally obtained through playing the game.
Medium-Some challenge is necessary or takes a while to earn aka grinding.
Hard-Takes some challenge, thought, and training.
Very Hard- God speed you magnificent bastard.
Arch Duke

Difficulty: Easy
Achievement Description: Capture 5 Kingdoms
How to get: Have access to 5 kingdoms. Kingdoms are unlocked by using gold you earned.
Brawler

Difficulty: Easy-Medium
Achievement Description: Successfully invade an enemy in PvP
How to get: Win a PVP battle. Recommended to do as early as possible in the game since battles will be easy. This takes a bit of thinking and challenging on your part since the cards the opponent has may vary. Luckily, it's an automated battle. Once you open up PVP, you have a choice between three players to attack. Pick the one that is below or a little above your card score. The achievement will unlock once you win the battle.
Centurion

Difficulty: Medium(Grind)
Achievement Description: Reach level 100
How to get: Reach level 100. You gain a level after a set number of battles. Take advantage of guild events and armor bonuses in order to speed up the process. Explore, Challenge, and Quest modes at Normal difficulty are ideal ways to level. Even if the meter is not working on the achievement page, it will still unlock once you reach that level.
Challenger

Difficulty: Easy
Achievement Description: Defeat any Challenge and gain 1 star
How to get: As you complete quests, you will unlock challenges related to the stages you've previously played. Simply play the stage and win, and the achievement will unlock.
Champion

Difficulty: Medium
Achievement Description: Master any Challenge by gaining 5 stars
How to get: Reach any challenge stage to 5 stars. The easiest way to get it would be from the Broken Spire kingdom and doing the Ogre Tribe challenge. After completing the four star challenge, the achievement will unlock.
Champion of PvP

Difficulty: Hard-Very Hard
Achievement Description: Reach rank 1 as an invader in PvP
How to get: The description of the achievement is wrong, since it wants you to reach tier 1, not rank 1 on leaderboards. The difficulty varies depending on the score of your cards you've assigned to your defense and the three people to choose from in your battle. In order to reach tier 1, you must gain a total of 1,900 tier points (aka the skull with the red and blue background). Luckily, the win/loss ratio of the points are more/less, so you can't lose the same amount you won. The achievement will unlock once you reach that amount. After a week, however, the tier points will reset and you will go back to tier 15.
Counselor

Difficulty: Easy(after Mythical Creature achievement)
Achievement Description: Train any troop to level 20
How to get: Once you have your Mythic Troop, level it to level 20 using souls or Orbs of Growth. You can only level up a troop to level 20 if they are a Mythic rank.
Dark Ritual

Difficulty: Hard (MEGA GRIND)
Achievement Description: Unlock the Troop "Xathenos"
How to get: In order to get this achievement, you must first unlock the "Soulforge" by completing the Blighted Lands kingdom quest. After that, you will need to craft three items: "Eye of Xanthenos", "Soul of Xanthenos", and "Heart of Xanthenos." Each item costs a whopping 100,000 hero souls. AFTER that, you need to have 4,000 diamonds and 50,000 hero souls. Rest of the jewels required are easily obtainable.

You will need a total of 350,000 hero souls, 4,000 diamonds, 450 gems, 900 Amethysts, 9 Celestial Traitstones, 300 Rubies, 300 Topazes, and 300 Sapphires to unlock this achievement. The items used to unlock Xanthenos will not be used, so you will still have them in your inventory after unlocking him.

The best advice I can offer to get hero souls fast is this:
-Use gems to buy hero souls
-Keep a hero soul troop in your team (i.e. Dragon Soul, Pharos, Banshee, etc)
-Play as the Necromancer class (talent tree skill to gain a soul every turn and trait to gain a soul on 4 or 5 gem matches)
-Wear the Celestial Armor for souls bonus.
-Be in a guild and complete hero soul tasks.
-Look out for events to complete (i.e. weekly events, raids, bounties, invasion.)

Note: If the achievement doesn't unlock after obtaining him, go to troops. The achievement should unlock after a few seconds.
Defender

Difficulty: Medium-Hard
Achievement Description: Win a defense battle in PvP
How to get: The description is wrong. Basically, you need to get a "Revenge" kill to unlock the achievement. The difficulty varies depending on the score of your cards you've assigned to your defense and the three people to choose from in your battle. Chances are, you may come across someone who attacked you on that list. In order to refresh the list, you either have to battle someone on the list or spend 1 gem to refresh(not recommended). There will be red text saying "Revenge" with an icon by it. Defeat that person and the achievement will unlock.
Die Another Day

Difficulty: Medium
Achievement Description: Complete a Delve with No Casualties
How to get: After completing an Underworld faction(kingdom) main quest, delve will be unlocked. Select the lowest difficulty possible. The only challenge you will have is you can only pick troops with certain mana types. Luckily, you can pick any weapon you like, regardless of mana. Calculate your mana teams and pick the ones that can enchant theirselves or create a lot of mana of that same type. Using this strategy will make this an easy achievement to get. Complete all battles without losing to unlock this achievement.
Double Digits

Difficulty: Easy
Achievement Description: Reach level 10
How to get: Reach level 10. You gain a level after a set number of battles. Take advantage of guild events and armor bonuses in order to speed up the process. Explore, Challenge, and Quest modes at Normal difficulty are ideal ways to level. Even if the meter is not working on the achievement page, it will still unlock once you reach that level.
Exalted

Difficulty: Hard(Daily Grind and Weekly Event Grind)
Achievement Description: Reach the Highest Renown Possible in a Single Faction
How to get: The achievement description is wrong. All you need to do is collect a combined total of 2,500 renown in all Underworld Factions. This can be very difficult to do depending on how high of a delve you can complete in each faction. Majority of the renown you'll earn is from the levels of your treasure hoard and the highest completed delve level in the faction. Take advantage of weekly faction events to get extra chaos portal shards to get more treasure items to level up your hoard.

Here's my team pick as Dragonguard for most of the factions:

Crypt Keepers
All-Seeing-Eye and
Sea of Sorrows
Black Manacles
Shadow Dragon
Dragon Soul
Asha
Black Manacles
Glitterclaw
Krystenax
Celestasia
Fashionista

Difficulty: Very Easy
Achievement Description: Change your hero's costume
How to get: Click on the hero button outside the kingdoms then go to appearance. Modify the character to your liking. After applying the changes, the achievement will unlock.
A Friend Indeed

Difficulty: Medium (Grind)
Achievement Description: Feed a Pet to Level 20
How to get: Level a pet to Level 20. You will need 31x of one type of pet in order to get them to a Mythic rank. In order to get pets, you will have to complete pet events, which happen every couple of hours or so. You can link your account to your smartphone to take advantage of alerts without leaving the game running on your PC. Also, be sure to take advantage of the shop if you have plenty of gems. You will approximately need up to 3,000 gems if you want to quickly get your pet to Mythic level. If you're running low on Pet Food, use the Soulforge to craft pet food. You can craft diamonds to get hero souls to help craft Pet Food.

Note: The progress may not save on Steam, but the achievement will still be unlocked once you level your pet to Level 20. If you leveled your pet to 20 outside of Steam, view that certain pet on Steam to see if the achievement will unlock.
A Friend in Need

Difficulty: Hard-Very Hard
Achievement Description: Finish a Pet Rescue Event
How to get: Pet Rescue is an event game you can play about once a week. You have to go through 8 stages in order to rescue and complete the event. The higher the stage, the more difficult the enemies become. If your team score is around 8500, then you should be able to complete it. Otherwise, get stronger troops and teams to complete the event. You don't need to win all stages in a row.
Game Breaker

Difficulty: Varies
Achievement Description: Unlock the Troop "Mongo"
How to get: Obtain the troop named "Mongo." Mongo is an epic(purple) troop that can be obtained in Glory Chests or greater. Sometimes, the game has events or store specials on certain troops or Glory Keys, so be on the lookout.
General

Difficulty: Medium
Achievement Description: Unlock 50 different Troops
How to get: Have 50 unique troops/cards. You can get troops by completing quests, opening chests, redeeming with glory points, and redeeming with guild seals. It gets difficult later on since you may get a couple of troops twice. Opening regular chests may not help a lot later, so be sure to complete the Zhul'Kari quest line to unlock Tyri and have her tag along to get Treasure Maps to help you get the red chests.
Gladiator

Difficulty: Medium-Hard
Achievement Description: Reach rank 10 as an invader in PvP
How to get: The description of the achievement is wrong, since it wants you to reach tier 10, not rank 10 on leaderboards. The difficulty varies depending on the score of your cards you've assigned to your defense and the three people to choose from in your battle. In order to reach tier 10, you must gain a total of 1,000 tier points (aka the skull with the red and blue background). Luckily, the win/loss ratio of the points are more/less, so you can't lose the same amount you won. The achievement will unlock once you reach that amount. After a week, however, the tier points will reset and you will go back to tier 15.
Godslayer

Difficulty: Medium-Hard
Achievement Description: Deal 505 Damage to the Boss in a single Raid Boss event
How to get: Raid is a monthly guild event where you go through a few stages to reach the Raid Boss in order to damage it. You have plenty of tries for the week depending on gem purchases or finding the Vault Raven in random Raid battles. During battles, you can only use troops from a certain kingdom, but you are able to always use your Hero character.

If your Hero level is above 300 and have at least a Level 19 Legendary (True damage is recommended), then this can be easily obtained within a few days. The damage carries over the next day, so you don't have to worry about dealing so much damage in one day. You can see the current damage dealt on the Raid page at the bottom.
Golden Jubilee

Difficulty: Medium
Achievement Description: Reach level 50
How to get: Reach level 50. You gain a level after a set number of battles. Take advantage of guild events and armor bonuses in order to speed up the process. Explore, Challenge, and Quest modes at Normal difficulty are ideal ways to level. Even if the meter is not working on the achievement page, it will still unlock once you reach that level.
Hordemaster

Difficulty: Medium-Hard
Achievement Description: Unlock 100 different Troops
How to get: Have 100 unique troops/cards.
I Have the Power

Difficulty: Hard(Grind)
Achievement Description: Reach Kingdom Power Level 5
How to get: Like the Power Up achievement, only you have to level up your kingdom 5 times. The good news is the requirements become a little less each time you level up. Focus on battle bonuses for Hero Souls and Gold to help out.
I'm Not Scared Of The Boogeyman

Difficulty: Medium (Weekly Grind)
Achievement Description: Complete all progress events in a single week
How To Get: Complete the progress event that is provided every Monday. To check the current event, click on the scroll on the right (events), and then the events tab. Scroll on the bottom until you see a picture marked with a rough green gem. Click on it. Fulfill the requests it asks for to the very end.

This may be lengthy, so it's recommended to start at the beginning of every Monday to give you plenty of time to complete it. If you have plenty of gold and looking to save a ton of time, you can keep scoutting and leaving the kingdom until you get the enemies you need.
Kind of a Big Deal

Difficulty: Medium-Hard
Achievement Description: Reach 1,000 Total Underworld Renown
How to get: Reach a combined amount of 1,000 Underworld Renown within the Underworld Factions(Kingdoms). You can gain renown by doing delves and leveling up your treasure hoard. Try to keep playing the lowest difficulty of delves possible if your team score isn't a high enough level. Once you reach a total amount of 1,000, the achievement will unlock automatically.
King of Kings

Difficulty: Easy-Medium
Achievement Description: Capture 15 Kingdoms
How to get: Have access to 15 kingdoms. Kingdoms are unlocked by using gold you earned.
Master of Strength

Difficulty: Medium(Grind)
Achievement Description: Reach level 500
How to get: Reach level 500. You gain a level after a set number of battles. Take advantage of guild events and armor bonuses in order to speed up the process. Explore, Challenge, and Quest modes at Normal difficulty are ideal ways to level. Even if the meter is not working on the achievement page, it will still unlock once you reach that level.
Mentor

Difficulty: Easy-Medium
Achievement Description: Train any troop to level 10
How to get: Train a single troop/card to level 10. Your hero card does not count. In order to train your troops, you need hero souls. Hero souls can be obtained from battles and disenchanting your cards. You can earn plenty of hero souls by having a treasure map and playing the treasure map game. The amount of hero souls required to level a troop/card to level 10 can vary, but in early stages of the game it should be no more than 3,000 hero souls.
Mythical Creature

Difficulty: Varies(Possible Grind)
Achievement Description: Ascend a troop to Mythic
How to get: There are many strategies to getting this achievement. One is from chests, which can be obtained from Glory chests and above. This relies on pure luck. Another is from regular chests, which is recommended to be in a guild to get a lot of regular keys from guild tasks, and use extra troops to ascend. Lastly, you can craft Mythic Troops in the Soulforge. You don't have to ascend a troop to get this acheivement-you just need to have a Mythic Troop in your collection.
Now This is a Knife

Difficulty: Easy-Medium
Achievement Description: Use a Weapon's Spell with an Affix
How to get: In order to get an affix, you will have to upgrade one of your weapons (rare/green or greater). To do this, you will have to collect ingots in PVP. You can obtain them by completing PVP matches or gaining a tier(once per week). Upgrade your weapon until it obtains a special effect, like diseasing the first enemy, deal 5 damage to the last enemy, drain 3 mana from the first enemy, destroy a gem, etc. Use that weapon's skill at least once in battle, and the achievement will immediately unlock after casting.
Obtainer of Rare Antiquities

Difficulty: Varies
Achievement Description: Explore any kingdom
How to get: Simply explore any kingdom after completing its quest. You can change the difficulty when you explore, so depending on what you want, it can be very easy or very hard.
Olympus Has Fallen

Difficulty: Varies
Achievement Description: Defeat a paragon opponent in Guild Wars
How to get: The description of the achievement is a bit inaccurate. You do not need to defeat a paragon opponent in guild wars, but at least reach one and battle one. Even if you lose, the achievement will unlock. This achievement requires you to be in a guild war. During the war, go to guild, then click battle, then click the attack tab. You need to at least win 4 in a row to unlock the achievement.

The difficulty varies on this, depending on the cards of your team and the cards of the guilds you're battling. Sometimes you can be assigned to a guild full of newbies, or a guild full of veterans. Either way, it's random.
Onwards and Upwards

Difficulty: Medium(Grind)
Achievement Description: Reach level 250
How to get: Reach level 250. You gain a level after a set number of battles. Take advantage of guild events and armor bonuses in order to speed up the process. Explore, Challenge, and Quest modes at Normal difficulty are ideal ways to level. Even if the meter is not working on the achievement page, it will still unlock once you reach that level.
Prince Regent

Difficulty: Easy-Medium
Achievement Description: Capture 10 Kingdoms
How to get: Have access to 10 kingdoms. Kingdoms are unlocked by using gold you earned.
Power Up

Difficulty: Medium(Grind)
Achievement Description: Reach Kingdom Power Level 2
How to get: To gain a level for a kingdom, you have to level up and add traits to troops of the same kingdom. This requires Hero Souls and Traitstones. You will have to level up the kingdom twice this way. It's recommended to start where you have plenty of troops on a certain kingdom.
Professor Campbell Would Be Proud...

Difficulty: Easy
Achievement Description: Reach 250 wins for a hero class
How to get: Simply have a total of 250 wins for a single hero class. You can check your progress by clicking the Hero button, class, select class, customize, then select perks.
Rabble Rouser

Difficulty: Easy
Achievement Description: Unlock 10 different Troops
How to get: Have 10 unique troops/cards.
Raid Leader

Difficulty: Easy
Achievement Description: Unlock 25 different Troops
How to get: Have 25 unique troops/cards.
Reaver

Difficulty: Hard
Achievement Description: Reach rank 5 as an invader in PvP
How to get: The description of the achievement is wrong, since it wants you to reach tier 5, not rank 5 on leaderboards. The difficulty varies depending on the score of your cards you've assigned to your defense and the three people to choose from in your battle. In order to reach tier 5, you must gain a total of 1,500 tier points (aka the skull with the red and blue background). Luckily, the win/loss ratio of the points are more/less, so you can't lose the same amount you won. The achievement will unlock once you reach that amount. After a week, however, the tier points will reset and you will go back to tier 15.
Robber Baron

Difficulty: Easy
Achievement Description: Capture 2 Kingdoms
How to get: Have access to 2 kingdoms. Kingdoms are unlocked by using gold you earned.
Scrooge McMoa

Difficulty: Medium
Achievement Description: Raise an Underworld Treasure Hoard to Level 50
How to get: Raise your treasure hoard in an underworld faction(kingdom) to Level 50. You will need treasure cards, which are obtainable by opening Chaos Portals. The greater the rarity of the treasure card, the more levels your hoard will obtain. Keep doing delves and faction events(don't forget to claim extra rewards!) to get chaos portal shards, and it should be done easily within a week or two. Treasure cards carry over to different factions(kingdoms), so you don't need to open Chaos Portals in just one area.
Sentinel Prime

Difficulty: Easy
Achievement Description: Upgrade each of your Guild Wars Sentinels at least once in a single Guild War
How to get: This requires you to join a guild and be in a guild war. Guild wars start at the beginning of every Monday. Click the guilds button, then Battle. Click the sentinels tab, then upgrade each stat once. The achievement will unlock once you upgrade all four.
Shiny Distraction

Difficulty: Varies(Grind)
Achievement Description: Win a Vault Battle
How to get: In order to get this achievement, you will need a Vault Key which is dropped by a Treasure Gnome. Treasure Gnomes appear rarely in battles, and they have a chance to drop a Vault Key. Some events also have a Vault Key as a reward, so take advantage of that. Once you get a key, go to Games and enter the Gnome Vault. You can easily win this by having a Team Score of over 6,000 and playing on Normal Difficulty. This is a luck-based achievement.
Siegebreaker

Difficulty: Hard
Achievement Description: Defeat 50 Towers in a single Invasion event
How to get: An invasion event is a monthly event for the guild you're in. For this event, you can only use a certain race of characters (half-race included), but you can always use your hero character. If you complete stage 5 by wednesday, then you can have a good chance of getting the achievement for the week. Vault ravens(enemies that give you more battles) do not count unless you win the entire battle. The goal is to defeat 50 towers within the week. Even if you lose the battle and have a tower destroyed, it will still count and carry over to the next day.

It's recommended to have a team score of at least 6,900 with at least three slots(hero being one of them). The weapon, Mang, is HIGHLY recommended for this, especially in the first slot. The weapon can destroy the armor and add it to your attack, and since towers and enemies will have a lot of armor, this can make your battles much easier.
Silver Platter

Difficulty: Easy
Achievement Description: Reach level 25
How to get: Reach level 25. You gain a level after a set number of battles. Take advantage of guild events and armor bonuses in order to speed up the process. Explore, Challenge, and Quest modes at Normal difficulty are ideal ways to level. Even if the meter is not working on the achievement page, it will still unlock once you reach that level.
Soul Legion

Difficulty: Hard
Achievement Description: Unlock 200 different Troops
How to get: Have 200 unique troops/cards.
Student

Difficulty: Easy
Achievement Description: Finish the Tutorial
How to get: Finish the tutorial at the beginning of the game. After you finish, the achievement will unlock.
Team Player

Difficulty: Very Easy
Achievement Description: Join a Guild
How to get: Click on the guild icon outside the kingdoms and search for a guild to join. Simply join one to unlock the achievement. You can always leave if you like, but joining a guild has good benefits to your stats.
Team Synergy

Difficulty: Varies (Very grindy)
Achievement Description: Complete all guild tasks in a single week
How to get: Complete all 6 categories of guild tasks. There are a total of 12 tasks per category. The difficulty depends on the type of guild you are in so you have two ways of getting this: work as a guild to complete the tasks fully or save a total of 15,660,000 gold. Here is a table of the task levels and gold for each:

How to get: Have access to 20 kingdoms. Kingdoms are unlocked by using gold you earned.
The Hero's Journey

Difficulty: Medium
Achievement Description: Equip any hero class
How to get: Equip any hero class. You can unlock classes for your hero by finishing off available kingdom quests. This can be done in mid-game. After obtaining a class, click the hero button, then class, then select the class and change to that class. The achievement will unlock.
The Other Side of Dawn

Difficulty: Easy (Daily)
Achievement Description: Complete all of your Guild Wars battles in a single week
How to get: Complete all available guild battles. Your guild must participate in a guild war. To battle, go to guild, click battle, click the attack tab, then fight all available battles. The first battle starts tuesday and the final battle starts sunday. You don't need to win all battles. There are a total of 5 battles per day.
Treasure Hunter

Difficulty: Very Hard
Achievement Description: Finish a Treasure Hunt with 2 or more Vaults
How to get: This achievement is highly based on luck and skill. If you're lucky, you need skill. If you're skilled, you need to have luck. That's basically how this achievement goes. Focus on combos and 4+ matches to maximize your turns on the treasure map. Take your time and do careful planning. This achievement is possible, however, it's rare to even get 1 vault on a map. It took me 132 moves (last one making the 2nd vault) in order to unlock the achievement. Don't stress yourself and take a break now and then.
We are the Champions

Difficulty: Varies(Grind)
Achievement Description: Get to Champion Level 50 in a Single Class
How to get: Reach Champion Level 50 for at least one class. You can gain these levels by winning battles with your hero. To check your progress of a level, you can go to Hero>Class, then select your current class then go to Class Info. The difficulty depends on what type of battles you are doing.
A Whole New (Under)World

Difficulty: Medium
Achievement Description: Unlock a Faction
How to get: Complete the Sin of Miraj kingdom quest in order to unlock the Underworld. After that, simply unlock any faction(kingdom) in the Underworld and the achievement will unlock.

how about update all the other achievements?

You shouldn't have to purchase anything to earn the achievements.

Which DLCs are needed for the achievements?

Ok. Let me know if you find anything :)
DALCOhstangultion Oct 25, 2020 @ 8:09am
I'm about halfway towards saving the 15.6M gold I thought was the amount for getting the Achievement. But, with the new Tasks after the 4.7 update, I have no idea how much to save and can find no information anywhere. I've asked for help in the Discussion area, so I'll see if anyone knows there.
Jill of Trades  [author] Oct 25, 2020 @ 7:48am
The way it unlocked for me was I launched the game, and the achievement unlocked once I was on the world map. When I looked at the guild page, all of the guild tasks are done.

The best strategy would be to farm and save gold. Very tedious and long I know, but it's a good strategy if you're soloing or have a few people.
DALCOhstangultion Oct 25, 2020 @ 7:20am
I can't find anything specific on the full cost of Team Synergy, but by eyeballing the numbers that I can see in our Guild Tasks, your 15.6 million total is only for the 1st, Basic Guild Tasks (2.6M per color x 6 colors). The Epic Tasks appear to be totaling another 31.5M. Unfortunately, I can't see (or find) anything about the Legendary Tasks. Does the Team Synergy Achievement require ALL task all the way through all Legendaries? Or is finishing just the Basics enough? Even with a full 30 person guild with everyone contributing, it's got to be almost impossible for a guild to complete all of these tasks.
Jill of Trades  [author] Oct 24, 2020 @ 8:16pm
@Dalco I'm not sure since it's been a long time since I touched the game. If you find anything new, let me know and I'll add it to the guide and credit you:)
DALCOhstangultion Oct 24, 2020 @ 7:51pm
For Team Synergy, you mention the total cost is 15,660,000 gold. Is that still true? I see they added Legendary guild tasks with the 4.7 update. Are they included in your cost?
