Breezehome Mannequin

Description
My first (simple) mod made for myself and friends, though anyone is welcome to use it!

It adds a mannequin under the stairs in Breezehome, removing 1 crate. I've always felt that Breezehome could do with a mannequin, but I didn't want to include loads of them, as it is designed to be a small house. I think the mannequin fits well under the stairs, but let me know what you think.

Will this work with DLC, specifically, with Hearthfire? The other mods that add a mannequin either come with a bunch of extra ruckus, don't work with Hearthfire, or are in German...

Thanks dood! I tried making a mannequin via creation kit but could not get mine to stay in place. So I will be using yours..Good work!

The armour and helm are from the Thieves Guild questline, gloves are Dark Brotherhood, and the boots are Dragonscale.

Need someone to test my latest revision - Anyone with a character who hasn't bought any Breezehome upgrades, could you please check to see if it appears when the dining room upgrades are bought?
