Psijic Mage Clothing

Description
This mod adds craftable, unenchanted Psijijc Mage Clothing to your game under the Misc. tab by the forge, but you can also buy it from Enthir at the College of Winterhold. Now with Circlets! I also fixed the Hood enchanting problem.

In vanilla the psijic gloves have a glitched 1st and 3rd person view when you only have the gloves on, does that happen in this mod?

Do the Soul Gems have to be empty? I have filled Soul Gems and it seems they aren't needed.
