Description
Adds a merchant to the Silver-Blood Inn in Markarth that sells some stuff and has a lot of gold. NPC was made by following this tutorial: http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/Adding_a_Merchant_NPC_to_Skyrim

I'm mostly just uploading the mod so I can have access to it.
