Beskrivelse
Set amongst the city of Rangoon, Myanmar, Shwedagon Paya is one of the world's largest Buddhist Stupas at a height of 99 metres. It is largely known for the coating of Gold, which has been donated by generations of Burmese nationals. It is also rumoured to contain parts of the remains of 8 Buddhas, collected by travellers across the over 2,500 years of Shwedagon Paya's existance. Ingame, Shwedagon Paya provides +3 Faith from all sources of Gold worked by the city, as well as providing an additional +1 gold from each Artist or Engineer specialist in the empire, while it becomes available with Metal Casting.

Requires the Gods & Kings expansion pack, and credit to co-author Sukritact for the icon
V2 released 9 March 2013 - see changelog for details

Another civ built this and then my game crashed; is the gold recieved for not building the wonder input correctly? (I don't code so I don't really know)

Yangon and Rangoon are just different versions, Yangon is the original burmese name, Rangoon is a little westernized (if that's the word for it) I know because I lived there when I was a kid :) surprised to find a mod for this in Civ V :D

Rangoon and Yangon are different names for the same place, I didn't realise it had switched until after the release

Great mod but I agree, a bit light on the bonus. May I suggest a conditional bonus +3 gold and +2 happiness with the patronage policy.

I agree with +3 faith/gold source in the empire. That seems more useful, and also more imitative of the reality that the gold for the Shwedagon Paya was not necessarily local.
