Yes this is updated. Note that the tier 3 units were changed to poland's tier 3 from the free catholic majors unit pack instead of milan's tier 3 as shown in the pictures (I need to update that one).

@Squirrelleh when I go to update it for 1.19 I'll take a look at that cavalry problem.
