Enlarging the macrobuilder / building menu.

You like that sidebar that let's you do all sorts of things, like building, coring and diplomacy? Think it could use a bigger bite of the screen? Well, you're in luck.

Descendant of Polarka's "Bigger Production Interface". Originally this enlarged the building menu to fit on a 1080 resolution size. It now serves multiple resolution sizes.

Cut-off sizes in height are:
- 1023 pixels. For instance 1280x768 (vanilla size, small) vs. 1280x1024 resolution (medium).
- 1050 pixels. For instance 1280x1024 or 1680x1050 (medium) vs. 1920x1080 resolution (large).

Iron man and achievement compatible
