Fire Keeper
The Fire Keeper is located in the Firelink Shrine. She tends to the bonfire and assists the player character on their long and arduous journey through Lothric. Interacting with her allows the player to spend souls to level up, and later, heal the Dark Sigil using the Fire Keeper Soul.

Fire Keeper Information
The Fire Keeper can be killed, but will respawn when the area is reloaded.
Allows the player character to spend souls to level up. After the player has discovered the Fire Keeper Soul in the tower above Firelink Shrine and given it to her, the player can 'heal' the Dark Sigils located in their inventory.
The Eyes of a Fire Keeper can be given to her to begin the questline to trigger the Betrayal Ending. When she is in possession of the Eyes of a Fire Keeper, the music that plays in Firelink Shrine will change.
Killing the Fire Keeper while she is in possession of the Eyes of a Fire Keeper will cause the item to drop and be reclaimable by the player character.
Wears the Fire Keeper Set.

Location
You can find her in Firelink Shrine when you arrive (Video of Location).

Drops
Drops Eyes of a Fire Keeper upon death if you have given them to her.
Blacksmith Andre
Blacksmith Andre is located in the Firelink Shrine. Interacting with him allows the player to upgrade, infuse, and repair Weapons, Shields, and Catalysts. Estus Shards scattered throughout Lothric can be given to Andre to increase the player's total Estus charges (up to a total of fifteen). In addition, Andre allows the player to adjust the amount of charges granted to the Estus, and Ashen Estus flasks.

Blacksmith Andre Information
Interacting with Andre for the first time grants the 'Hurrah!' gesture.
Similar to the Fire Keeper, Andre can be killed and will respawn. However, upon respawning, he will refuse to enhance or upgrade the player's equipment until the next NG cycle, or if the player's sins have been cleansed at the Shrine of Velka.
In the dark Firelink Shrine in the Untended Graves, the Blacksmith Hammer is located where Andre normally resides.

Location
Firelink Shrine, down the hall from the Shrine Handmaid.
Shrine Handmaid
The Shrine Handmaid is located in Firelink Shrine. She is the prmary Merchant available to the player, and her inventory of items available for purchase can be expanded by giving her Umbral Ash scattered throughout Lothric.

Shrine Handmaid Information
Located down the hallway, against the wall, between Blacksmith Andre and the Fire Keeper.
Offers Merchant services to the player throughout their journey. See a full list of her inventory below. The player is able to upgrade her stock by giving her different types of Umbral Ash scattered around Lothric.
She can be killed, but will respawn when the area is reloaded. Every time she respawns, the price of her wares will increase by twenty percent.
Her original proces can be restored by visiting Velka's Altar located in the Undead Settlement and requesting absolution.
Closely resembles the Handmaids encountered at the beginning of Dark Souls 2, including the armor set she wears, as well as her voice.
In the Untended Graves there is an identical Shrine Handmaid, although she sells different items, such as the Wolf Knight Set and does NOT respawn when killed. This 'second' Shrine Handmaid drops the Priestess Ring if killed.
After killing Alrich of the Deep while completing Sirris' questline, Sirris will leave a unique Budding Green Blossom with the Shrine Handmaid with a note that reads, "Good-bye, dear Grandmother. I will visit Grandfather, in the Pit of Hollows". This seems to suggest that the Shrine Handmaid is Sirris' grandmother. Alternatively, Sirris' grandmother is already dead, and Sirris placed some flowers along with a note on her grandmother's grave, which was stolen by the Shrine Handmaid. After all, the Budding Green Blossom is available for purchase, and what kind of grandmother sells a gift given to her?
After the player has encountered the Shrine Handmaid in the Untended Graves, the Shrine Handmaid in Firelink Shrine will greet the player differently (the first time), as though she has already met you.

Location
The Shrine Handmaid is located in Firelink Shrine, in the hallway between Blacksmith Andre and the Fire Keeper.

Drops
She does not drop anything if killed in Firelink Shrine and will respawn upon reloading the area.
Priestess Ring will drop from her if killed in Untended Graves Firelink Shrine that's accessed after defeating Champion Gundyr.
Hawkwood
Hawkwood is an NPC in Dark Souls 3. He is a fugitive from both Farron's Undead Legion and his own duties as Unkindled, and admires the power of dragons.

Hawkwood Information
Gives "Collapse" gesture.
Can be summoned in the following locations:
In the Consumed King's Garden, for Oceiros in the plaza just before the 2 knights outside the boss fog gate. After dropping in from where the Hollow cleric is, turn left towards the central garden to find his sign (if you have already finished his questline, i.e. killed him, his summoning sign will expectedly not be available here).
In Archdragon Peak, just outside the Great Belfry Bonfire. Go left after spawning at the bonfire, and his sign should be near the wall. His aim is to reach the altar at the top of the peak. Once he does, he will use the Path of the Dragon gesture and disappear, presumably having acquired the Twinkling Dragon Head Stone. Note that if you try to trigger the Nameless King boss fight by ringing the bell, he will leave using a Black Separation Crystal.
Before departure he fights with a Bastard Sword, switching between two handing it and one handing it with his shield. Later on, he will leave his shield at Firelink Shrine, and use the Farron Greatsword instead.
In the final fight for the Twinkling Dragon Stones he has 6 Estus Flasks
He wears the Undead Legion Armor and the Chain Helm.
Easy to beat, he won't exit the Abyss Watchers room so you can just stand outside the doors and repeatedly headshot him with arrows or pelt him with magic. As long as you keep hitting him he'll just keep rushing to the edge of the room then slowly backing up while you're completely safe outside.

Location & Questline
First encountered at Firelink Shrine, but he may sometimes be found outside of the building, at a grave with a sword in it, to the left as you exit the main building. Hawkwood gives the player some items if talked to after defeating bosses.

After the Abyss Watchers, Curse-Rotted Greatwood, Deacons of the Deep and the Crystal Sage have been defeated, Hawkwood leaves the shrine, leaving his Shield for Andre to pass to you. (Fextra Video) [Hawkwood shield has also been found sitting at the gravesite with a sword leaning on it. May be triggered to spawn if you didn't talk to Blacksmith Andre after he leaves.]

If you talk to Blacksmith Andre after obtaining the Twinkling Dragon Torso Stone, he will have a message from Hawkwood requesting a duel via Hawkwood's Swordgrass.

Meet him at the Abyss Watchers arena and duel him for the other stone. If he kills you, he takes it. If you kill him, you get the Twinkling Dragon Head Stone. If he kills you and takes your Twinkling Dragon Torso Stone, you can get it back by killing him.

Take note Hawkwood will have seven estus when you fight him.

Drops
Souls: NG (1000), NG+ (5000), NG++ (??), NG+3 (??), NG+6 (??), NG+9 (??)
Heavy Gem after talking to him once the Curse-Rotted Greatwood or Crystal Sage is slain.
Farron Ring after talking to him once the Abyss Watchers are slain.
Ludleth of Courland
Ludleth of Courland is a Lord of Cinder and an NPC in Dark Souls 3.

Ludleth of Courland Information
Can be killed but will revive after you reload the area.
If you give him the Transposing Kiln, he will be able to transpose boss souls into weapons and items. Not giving him the Kiln before placing all the lord souls will mean you will not be able to transpose any souls until the next playthrough.
He dies after you place the 4 Cinders of the Lords, but you can still transpose great souls if you've given him the kiln beforehand. Interacting with his empty throne will prompt you to begin transposition.

Location
You can find Ludleth of Courland at Firelink Shrine, sitting on the second throne starting from the left side.

Drops
No Souls
Skull Ring.
Pickle Pee, Pump-a-Rum
Pickle Pee, Pump-a-Rum Crow is an NPC in Dark Souls 3.

You cannot attack this NPC and you cannot see her.
Location
You can find Pickle Pee, Pump-a-Rum on the roof of the Firelink Shrine, after you have obtained the Tower Key from the Shrine Handmaid.
You can get to the crow without a key if you jump on the roof via a tipped tree on the top of Firelink Shrine. (Screenshot) (Video Example)
See this map for details.

Trade
In order to trade with it/them, drop an item (by selecting 'leave' in the item menu) on either the roof nest or the nest in the shrine rafters, and pick up the item she gives you in return. Do not leave the area or exit the game or the item she dropped will be lost. If she doesn't want the item you offered, she will say no, and will return your item.

You may only trade one of each item per New Game cycle.

Note: You also learn the Call Over Gesture the first time you trade an item that gives a "Pickle pee" response from the crow. (eleonora, mendicant's staff and avelyn still needs verification)
Greirat of the Undead Settlement
Greirat of the Undead Settlement is a NPC in Dark Souls 3. Greirat will occasionally ask if he can go and "steal" items for you that he will then sell you.

Greirat of the Undead Settlement Information
Gives you the Blue Tearstone Ring and asks you to deliver it to Loretta in the Undead Settlement.
Appears as a vendor with an expandable inventory during his questline.

Location
Initially locked in a cell, below the Tower on the Wall bonfire in High Wall of Lothric. You can find the Cell Key inside of the workshop below the Pus of Man which erupts on the rooftop. After heading down the ladder and defeating the Lothric Knight, follow the stairs at the end of the hall down to the base floor. Several Starved Hounds and Hollow Soldiers will be patrolling the area. The key is located at the back wall, down a flight of stairs which leads to a Starved Hound and eventual dead end.
After accepting his request he appears at the Firelink Shrine as a vendor, asking you to remember about his request when talked to.
You can find Loretta's Bone past the Undead Settlement bonfire. It is on a corpse hanging from the balcony of the first house the player will enter, overlooking a congregation in front of a burning tree.
After delivering Loretta's Bone, he will tell the player to keep the ring, but other than that will not react. Once the world is reset, however, he will be in a curled up position and will give the player the Curl Up gesture, while remaining unresponsive. Once the player leaves and enters Firelink Shrine once more, he will ask for permission to scavenge for more items. He will return following the next boss kill and can return as early as after Curse-Rotted Greatwood.
Greirat's Questline
You must visit the Undead Settlement after sending Greirat on his first mission to trigger him to leave the Firelink Shrine for the first time. If you are having trouble getting Greirat to leave Firelink, try warping to the Dilapitated Bridge bonfire, cross the bridge and make your way through the ruins to the Road of Sacrifices.

To trigger his second scavenging quest, cross the bridge between the Catacombs and the Boreal Valley.

Steps that ensure Greirat's survival on his second scavenging quest (Irithyll of the Boreal Valley):

There are two characters who can save Greirat - but they both need the Catarina Armor Set. The first is the man who steals it - Unbreakable Patches. He can be found in the Cathedral of the Deep, and will trick you. If you confront him, and fall into his trap in the Firelink Shrine Belltower, and confront him again, he'll become a merchant. He'll also ask where Greirat went when he runs off to Irithyll, and actually owes the guy a favor. Telling him where Greirat went will ensure he'll be rescued by a "peculiar Onion Knight", in other words, Patches. You must send Greirat out to Irithyll and inform Patches of his destination before you defeat Pontiff Sulyvahn or he will cease to ask. Of course, if you buy the Catarina Set, Patches won't have a disguise to rescue Greirat , dooming him. [Tried this and Greirat was found dead in Irithyll: crossed the bridge, sent Greirat to Irithyll, told Patches about him (without purchasing Siegward's armor), then immediately killed the Old Demon King] (Greirat returned safely when I tried: crossing the bridge, sent Greirat to Irithyll, told Patches about him (without purchasing Siegward's armor), then immediately killed Pontiff)

Siegward of Catarina is the other character who can save Greirat, but he'll need his armor for that. After encountering Patches at the Cathedral of the Deep, you can find Siegward - armorless and stuck in a well outside the Cleansing Chapel Bonfire. If you did buy the armor from Patches, you'll need to throw it down to Siegward so he can get out. He'll escape on his own. Do not yet proceed towards the Irithyll Dungeon, because if you do, Siegward of Catarina will leave Irithyll of the Boreal Valley, and will not be around for saving Greirat's life - if you do, Greirat would die upon vanquishing another boss.

Don't explore Irithyll Dungeon (you can trigger the first bonfire, but no further, and do NOT talk to Siegward in Boreal Valley) or the Profaned Capital before killing one boss. This will cause Greirat to die.
If you owned Catarina Set from a previous walkthrough, Patches may not rescue Greirat on his own, in this case, give your armor set to Siegward and do NOT purchase Catarina Set from Patches until Greirat is rescued.
As a fail save, be sure to clear out the Sewer Centipede before proceeding to defeat Sulyvahn.
If you fail, Greirat's corpse will be found along with his ashes in the sewer area underneath the kitchen in Irithyll.
I made it all the way to "Church of Yorshka" bonfire before I sent Greirat to plunder. After sending him I immeditely went to "Cleansing Chapel" bonfire to give Siegward his armour before continuing on in Irithyll. I lit the "Distand Manor" bonfire, met Siegward in the kitchen and then after killing Pontiff Sulyvahn, Greirat was alive and well.

Greirat's Third Outing (Lothric Castle)

He will request to leave for a third time to Lothric Castle. He will die if he goes; there is no way to save him. Patches will ask where Greirat went, but this only causes Patches to disappear for a time. Patches will return later and add one Hidden Blessing to his shop inventory, while failing to save Greirat. Greirat's Ashes can be found on the roof at the Grand Archives, after jumping down where you see a group of Corvians. Giving Greirat's Ashes to the Shrine Handmaid will allow her to sell Exploding and Splintering Bolts, along with every other item he used to sell. Additionally, items which were sold by both NPCs (like Firebombs) are overwritten by Greirat's lower prices (50 souls for a Firebomb, instead of 100).

Greirat's Ashes will only unlock the wares that he was selling before he died.
Killing Greirat while both Patches and Greirat are in Firelink Shrine will make Patches hostile toward you.

Drops
Greirat's ashes and a Bandit's Knife upon death. (Doesn't drop a Bandit Knife if bought at least once)
Blue Tearstone Ring (unless he has already given it to you)
Emma, High Priestess of Lothric Castle
Emma is an NPC in Dark Souls 3.

Emma, High Priestess of Lothric Castle Information
Can be killed.
Items given by Emma: Small Lothric Banner, Way of Blue covenant.
After defeating three Lords of Cinder you will be warped back to Emma. She will be on her knees begging you to save the Prince of Lothric, she then dies and drops the Basin of Vows.
If killed she will drop the items that she hasn't given you yet, even the Basin of Vows which allows early access to some late game areas.
Upon approaching the altar behind her chair, with the Basin of Vows in your possession, the Dancer of the Boreal Valley will appear.

Location
You can find Emma inside the cathedral opposite the Vordt of the Boreal Valley fight in the High Wall of Lothric. A map is provided on this page.

Drops
Souls: NG (1100)
Small Lothric Banner
Way of Blue covenant
Basin of Vows
Ringfinger Leonhard
Ringfinger Leonhard is a NPC in Dark Souls 3.

Leonhard Information
Introduces players to PvP
Quest interacts with Rosaria, Mother of Rebirth
Gives you the Lift Chamber Key
Gives Applause Gesture.
Can be distracted using Alluring Skulls during invasion.

Leonhard's Questline

Start: You will first meet Leonhard after reaching the second bonfire at the High Wall of Lothric. Return to Firelink Shrine to find Leonhard leaning against Holy King Lothric's throne. Speaking to him will grant you five Cracked Red Eye Orbs.
After obtaining 1 Pale Tongue, and lighting the Cliff Underside bonfire or defeating the Curse-Rotted Greatwood in the Undead Settlement, Leonhard will give you the Lift Chamber Key to the locked door below the Tower on the Wall bonfire. (Note: Pale Tongue must still be in the inventory at this encounter, if you use it, he will not appear)
At the Tower on the Wall bonfire head down two levels and open the locked gate. Take the lift down and defeat the Darkwraith to obtain the Red Eye Orb. Then return to Firelink Shrine and speak to Leonhard again.
Once you reach the Cathedral of the Deep, find Rosaria´s Fingers in Rosaria's Chamber at the second floor of the Cathedral of the Deep and offer at least 1 Pale Tongue to Rosaria. Do NOT rank up in Rosaria's Fingers until the next event happens. Offering a Pale Tongue in exchange for redistributing skill points or changing appearance will NOT trigger the next event.
Speak to Leonhard at Rosaria's Chamber (over by the entrance to the chamber) and exhaust his dialogue.
After reaching the Profaned Capital bonfire, return to Rosaria's Chamber and pick up the Black Eye Orb in front of Rosaria's corpse.
Go to Gwynevere's bed chamber, above the Aldrich, Devourer of Gods bonfire. Here you will receive a prompt to use the Black Eye Orb to invade Leonhard.
End: Kill him here to obtain his hat (Silver Mask), Soul of Rosaria (use to revive her or to purchase Bountiful Sunlight miracle from Ludleth at Firelink Shrine), and the Crescent Moon Sword.

Tips

This quest can be easily and quickly completed at the end of the game if the player chooses to complete Sirris' questline first. If the initial stages of receiving his Cracked Red Eye Orbs and the Lift Chamber Key have not been completed, perform these by talking to Leonhard in Firelink Shrine. Once he tells you to join Rosaria's Fingers, go to Rosaria's Bed Chamber and offer Rosaria a Pale Tongue. Leonhard will then appear at the entrance and you must talk to him and exhaust his dialogue. Then use a Homeward Bone or Coiled Sword Fragment to return to the last bonfire rested at (Bringing you to same place). At this point, Rosaria will be dead and you can loot the Black Eye Orb from her corpse. Now travel to the "Aldrich, Devourer of Gods" bonfire and use the elevator to go up to Gwynevere's bed chamber. Here you can use the Black Eye Orb to invade Leonhard and kill him. By this process you will get the Silver Mask, Crescent Moon Sword and Rosaria's Soul immediately.
Equipping the Rosaria's Fingers covenant item or turning in any number of Pale Tongues will halt you from progressing Sirris' questline, although you can finish his questline at any point after you do Sirris' questline. Simply asking to join and obtaining the Rosaria's Fingers will not halt the progress of Sirris' questline, nor will reallocating attributes or changing appearance.
If you kill Leonhard before you have killed the Darkwraith locked in the Undead Settlement, the Red Eye Orb will be replaced wih a Pale Tongue. It is recomended to wait until after you have defeated the Darkwraith before you attempt to kill him.
You can still use every one of Rosaria's services without returning her Soul, so it is recommended not to return it.

Drops
Souls: NG (1000)
Gives you: Lift Chamber Key
If killed upon invasion in Gwynevere's room in Anor Londo:
Silver Mask
Soul of Rosaria (use to revive her or to purchase Bountiful Sunlight miracle from Ludleth at Firelink Shrine)
Crescent Moon Sword (fires beams like the moonlight greatsword)
Leonhard's Set from Shrine Handmaid
If killed without finishing his quest:
Silver Mask
The other parts of the Leonhard's Set are obtainable at the Shrine Handmaid
Lift Chamber Key
Yoel of Londor
Yoel of Londor is a NPC in Dark Souls 3.

Yoel of Londor Information
You must obtain this NPC before you kill the Abyss Watchers or else you will find him dead and therefore unable to bring him back to Firelink Shrine. On the same subject, he will also die in the Firelink Shrine after you kill the Abyss Watchers. To start his questline, select "Draw Out True Strength" from his dialogue a total of 5 times before you kill the Abyss Watchers and when he dies, Yuria of Londor will take his place.

In the rare case that all stats are maxed out and you are fully levelled, you cannot "Draw Out True Strength", therefore you cannot procceed with his questline, making it impossible to get Yuria to spawn.

Gives the "Beckon" Gesture.
Offers services as a Merchant, see Items Sold below.
He will be dead if not recruited before defeating the Abyss Watchers.
Once you have defeated the Abyss Watchers and reach the hanging bridge in the Catacombs of Carthus, he will appear dead at Firelink Shrine. You can explore the catacombs without triggering his dead, just don't approach and do not cross the hanging bridge.
However, Yuria only appears if you have used Yoel´s service five times to receive "ample strength", as he puts it. Be sure to get all five Dark Sigil from him before you enter the area otherwise Yuria will not spawn.
Do NOT cleanse your Dark Sigil if you intend to complete these characters' storyline. Yuria will refuse to speak with you, and then will vanish from Firelink.
Appears dead after receiving all five Dark Sigils and resetting zone.
If you kill him after drawing out true strength 5 times, Yuria will still appear and her questline will continue as normal, except that Yoel's corpse will not be next to her.

Location
You can find Yoel of Londor at Undead Settlement, where he will offer you his service. He is located just below the Foot of the High Wall bonfire). After accepting, he will relocate to Firelink Shrine and operate as a merchant. To find him in Firelink approach Blacksmith Andre, and go left, and make a left down the far hallway.

Hollowing and Levels
After Yoel moves to Firelink Shrine, select "Draw Out True Strength" from his menu options to perform this. After you use this 5 times, he will die and Yuria of Londor will appear. The opportunity to receive these free levels is tied to your Hollowing stat, which increases each time you die by an amount equal to the number of Dark Sigils you have. The first level is available with no requirements, the second at 2 hollowing, the third at 6 hollowing, the fourth at 12 hollowing, and the fifth at 15 hollowing.

As amount of hollowing per death is equal to the number of Dark Sigils you have, you only need to die twice between each next level, except for the last where you only need to die once. You will need all 5 Dark Sigils from him to achieve the Usurpation of Fire ending.

Warning: Will die prematurely if removing/healing Dark Sigils prior to receiving all 5 sigils and furthering the Yoel/Yuria questline ending the possibility of completing that questine for that NG.

Drops
Hollow's Ashes (spawns at Untended Graves, see below) - but ONLY when he dies before the player draws out true strength five times. This can happen in three ways:
By giving the Fire Keeper Soul to the Firelink Shrine Fire Keeper and curing the curse.
By defeating the Abyss Watchers without 5 Dark Sigils in your inventory.
By killing Yoel without 5 Dark Sigils in your inventory.
Yoel does not "drop" his ashes where he dies like other NPCs. Instead, if he dies / is killed in one of the ways listed above, a corpse bearing Hollow's Ashes will spawn in Untended Graves. It can be found occupying what would be Yoel's spot in the dark Firelink Shrine.
Yuria of Londor
Yuria of Londor is an NPC in Dark Souls 3. A very mysterious character that appears after you find Yoel of Londor dead. She is a member of the Darkwraiths, with the primary goal of bringing about the Age of Dark. Her master is the primordial serpent, Darkstalker Kaathe.

She is one of three sisters (the middle one) leading the Sable Church of Londor and most likely the whole Londor, the land of the Hollow. The youngest sister's name is Liliane while the name of the oldest one is unknown. So far only Yuria can be met in-game, although two sisters seem to be present during the Usurpation of Fire ending.

Yuria of Londor Information
Can be killed.
Offers merchant services.
Teaches "Dignified Bow" gesture.
Gives the Morion Blade, after doing her Orbeck of Vinheim quest.
If you kill Anri before triggering her arrival at firelink shrine she will not appear.
Is wearing the Black Set and wields the Dark Hand and Darkdrift. Can also give the player the Morion Blade.
Replaces Yoel of Londor when he dies after he levels you up 5 times via the Dark Sigil, You must complete that before entering the catacombs of carthus or his death will not trigger her arrival.
If player cures the Dark Sigil before Yoel of Londor dies, she will not appear.
After her apperance, If the player cures the Dark Sigil at any point, Yuria will abandon Firelink Shrine and her questline will stop for that playthrough. However, the player may use purging stones to reset hollowing to 0 without any negative consequence.
Can be summoned for the Soul of Cinder fight if you followed her story for the alternative ending. This will also create a second summon sign to summon Pale Shade of Londor for the fight.
She will not attack you if you attack her after performing the wedding ritual with Anri, and will say a unique line when killed.

Location
You can find Yuria of Londor at Firelink Shrine close by Yoel of Londor after completing his quest line.

Drops
If you want to kill Yuria, beware of her fast movement speed, and lead her to the shrine main door, she will not be able to go through, and you can then easily kill her. Ranged doesn't seem to be effective to her, but at the same time she does alot of damage close range, so a spear, halberd, or melee weapons with range is recommended.

Angering her will cause the Londor Pale Shade to invade in Farron Keep and Irithyll, dropping the Manikin Claws on the first encounter and the Pale Shade Set after both invasions. The invasions occur as long as you are kindled, and the bosses of those respectective areas are not defeated. This will normally void the Ursurpation of Fire Ending. However, if the player hits Yuria three times to aggro her, then pays for Absolution after both invasions, they may have both the invasions and the ending. Absolution is done by visiting the Statue of Velka in the Undead Settlement, just before the Dilapidated Bridge bonfire. To reach it, the Grave Key is required and may be purchased from the Shrine Handmaid for 1500 souls.

Souls: NG (3000)
Weapons: Darkdrift
Upon Death: Yuria's Ashes
Allows the purchase of her Black armor set from the Shrine Handmaid after death.

Questline - Usurp the Flame Ending
Start: Complete the quest line of Yoel of Londor to get Yuria to appear in Firelink Shrine and to begin her quest line.
The player will need to meet with Anri of Astora in the Road of Sacrifices and will need to progress Anri's questline. You will need to keep Anri alive and so you must avoid mentioning Horace to Anri at all, or defeat Horace in Smouldering Lake.
After meeting with Anri in the Catacombs of Carthus near the wooden bridge before High Lord Wolnir, meet Anri at the Church of Yorksha Bonfire in Irithyll of the Boreal Valley. In this room there is an assassin disguised as a statue tasked with killing Anri. You must exaust all of Anri's dialog and progress to the area's boss fight without killing the assassin.
After defeating Pontiff Sulyvahn, talk to Yuria at Firelink Shrine. She will inform you that your spouse waits for you in the Temple of Darkmoon. To access the temple of Darkmoon, the player must break through an illusory wall behind a statue of Lord Gwyn at the bottom of the rotating lift in Anor Londo.
After entering the assassin will greet the player and offer the option to perform a wedding ceremony at the tomb. If you accept, the player must use the sword given to you by the pilgrim assassin to kill your spouse waiting for you at the end of the room. This will marry Anri's Dark sigils to the player. (You may also now acquire Chameleon from the assassin.)
Note: If you kill the assassin camouflaged as a statue in the corner of the Church of Yorshka Bonfire in Irithyll of the Boreal Valley Yuria will depart Firelink Shrine. Saving Anri of Astora from assasination is the equivalent of healing the Dark Sigil.
Afterwards, talk to Yuria at the Firelink Shrine. She will congratulate you on your ceremony and will tell you that when the time is right to take the fire instead of linking it. At this point you may also return to the Tomb to find Anri's Straight Sword.
End: You must now complete the game with all of the Dark Sigils you have obtained. After defeating the final boss, interact with the fire to start the cinematic (You can also return to her spot before the cutscene, you only need to have killed the final boss).
If you summoned Yuria to help you fight the final boss WITHOUT letting Yuria die, and you have not chosen to continue into a new game, you may find Yuria's Darkdrift and Black Set where she was standing in Firelink Shrine. She will remain in Firelink post-game if she was not summoned for the battle. Should Yuria die during the final battle, she will be found standing in her original spot in firelink shrine.
If you killed the final boss and walk back to Firelink Shrine without link the fire, you still can find Yuria's Darkdrift and Black Set where she was standing in Firelink Shrine.

Optional Questline - Assassinate Orbeck of Vinhiem
Start: Complete the questline of Yoel of Londor to get Yuria to appear in Firelink Shrine and to begin this optional quest.
After meeting Orbeck of Vinheim in the Road of Sacrifices the player must send him to Firelink Shrine after obtaining 10 or higher intelligence. This may need to be completed before the "Marry Anri" step of Yuria's main questline for her to offer the player the next step, even if you've already killed Orbeck and taken his ashes. Killing Orbeck prior to him visiting Firelink will also halt this questline.
Yuria tasks the player to kill Orbeck as she fears he may challenge your position as lord of the hollowed.
End: After killing Orbeck you must give the ashes to Yuria in order for Orbeck's death to register. She rewards the player with the Morion Blade and praises you.
Note: You DO NOT have to kill Orbeck at all. This is done by simply progressing though Orbeck's questline to very end at which you find his ashes in the Grand Archives after you summon him to help you in the fight against Lothric Younger Prince.
Siegward of Catarina
Siegward of Catarina is a NPC in Dark Souls 3. He wears the Catarina Set and wields a Zweihander, along with the Pierce Shield.

He is also called "Onionbro"

Siegward of Catarina Information
This NPC can be killed.
Assists in the boss fight with Yhorm the Giant.
Gives "Toast" gesture.
Gives "Sleep" gesture.
Gives "Rejoice" gesture.
Rewards you with Titanite slab if you free him in the irithyll dungeons.
Gives you free beer or "Siegbrau", maybe its rum, who knows?

Siegward's Questline
Please note there are bugs in this questline addressed with patch 1.05

Step 1: You can first find Siegward of Catarina at Undead Settlement (see page for map). He will be located just past Eygon of Carim, and he will be coming up the lift. After speaking with him and exhausting his dialogue, he will move to a ledge nearly at the top of the lift. You can roll off if timed right and speak with him again. Help him fight the Fire Demon here to get some gestures and a Siegbrau.

NOTE: If you didn't talk to him when you first saw him on the elevator, he will despawn. However, if you go to the Fire Demon, his dialogue will appear, and he will join you to fight the demon. If you die during the fight he will spawn again. If he dies during the fight, he will not respawn

Step 2: Next, he will be found in a well outside of the Cathedral of the Deep's Cleansing Chapel bonfire (see page for map). You won't be able to speak to him until you have completed these steps:

You must open the big double blue doors across from Rosaria's Bedchamber Bonfire leading out to the graveyard (these doors can be accessed by either using the golden lever in front of Rosaria's Bedchamber bonfire, or by using an elevator to the left of the boss fog gate).
Reload the area, then speak with him.
Obtain his armor from Unbreakable Patches Then return it to Siegward in the well. (If you have the Catarina Set from NG, you may use that instead)

Step 3: After saving him from the well, he can be found in Irithyll of the Boreal Valley (see page for map), through a small sewer connected to the lake near the Distant Manor bonfire, resting by a fireplace. He has made some Estus Soup and toasts with the player again. You can get gestures here if you missed them in the first encounter (Toast and Sleep).

Note: He may not appear here if you have entered Irithyll Dungeon, instead his quest-line continues at the next location. However if you don't meet him there he doesn't join you for the Yhorm fight.
Note: If you did not speak with Siegward in the well outside the Cleansing Chapel you can still have this meeting with him even if you went to Irithyll Dungeon. Simply go talk to him in the well and give him his armor and immeidately after he can be found by the fireplace.

Step 4: In Irithyll Dungeon, Siegward will be locked up in a cell. You do not need to talk to him to free him, but if you wish to do so make your way to a pit full of rats and a sleeping giant standing in the pit. There is a dungeon cell window, where you can find Siegward locked up. You need to free him. Be careful of the rats while talking to him, as they respawn many times.

From here you must find a sewer area with two chests, one of them contains the Old Cell Key, which you will need for step 5. Beware of Basilisks that spawn afterwards.

Step 5: To get to Siegward's cell door, head to the Profaned Capital bonfire area. Take the ladder down and bypass some rubble, a Headless Gargoyle will show up right before a series of narrow corridors. Go through the corridors and be careful not to fall through the holes in the floor. You will emerge to find a church located in a swamp. The church is surrounded by Sewer Centipedes and the sticky water causes Toxic buildup. Take the ladder on the right of the church and make your way to the roof of the church. On top of the roof is a hostile NPC who drops Logan's Scroll. From the roof towards the stairs, there is an open window in the wall that you need to jump through. You will have to jump from the roof to enter, and it leads to the cell. Using the Old Cell Key frees him and nets you a Titanite Slab. You'll also find Covetous Gold Serpent Ring in his cell.

If you have already vanquished Yhorm the Giant OR if you skipped one of the encouters from his questline, and if you want to get his Armor set (non-permanent drop, gets lost upon refresh) instead of an additional/equal Storm Ruler only, then Siegward of Catarina has to die here by your hand. Be sure to get your Titanite Slab through conversation first.

Step 6: After saving him from his cell, upon entering the fog wall that leads to Yhorm the Giant, a cutscene will trigger with Siegward walking along side the player into the boss arena. He will not join you in the fight with Yhorm if you skipped an encounter with Siegward, but you can still get the Titanite Slab at the end: the only requirement is that you save him from the well.

If Yhorm is killed, before freeing Siegward from his cell, returning to the Yhorm boss arena will have another Storm Ruler on the floor, the armor set is lost in this case.

Step 7: (If this is your third Lord of Cinder, do this step as soon as you can move) Talk to Siegward one final time after Yhorm is slain, the conversation after Yhorm leads to him making a toast and then taking a nap. If you proceed to walk towards the bonfire without resting at it, and continue onwards towards the throne, he will collapse behind you dying, and leave his gear behind for you to pick up. (If he does not collapse after walking to the throne, walking towards the door should yield the same results).

Variables:

If Yhorm is defeated while Siegward is still trapped in the well in Cathedral of the Deep, freeing him will still trigger his appearance at all the subsequent locations. When you meet him in the kitchen at Irithyll of the Boreal Valley he will thank you for completing his task (killing Yhorm) in his absence and gift you with Emit Force and a Siegbrau. You can then find him in his cell in Irithyll Dungeon, even if you had already unlocked it, and he will give you the Titanite Slab. Finally, you'll find him in the boss room of the vanquished Yhorm the Giant, where he will toast you again (gifting you another Siegbrau) before having a nap. If you return after picking up the Storm Ruler next to the bonfire he'll be gone, leaving behind his Storm Ruler and a Pierce Shield for you. If you reload the area, there will be the Catarina Set on the ground to be picked up.

Irina of Carim
Irina of Carim is a NPC in Dark Souls 3. She can teach and sell Miracles to your character in a certain area of the game.

Irina of Carim Information
Can be killed.
Sells Miracles, see Items Sold below.
Teaches the "Prayer" gesture.
Accepts all divine tomes, but her questline will vary accordingly.
Purchasing any Dark Miracles from her causes her to fall to darkness, and be taken away by Eygon of Carim, to be protected from you.
Purchasing ALL Dark Miracles causes her to stop being a vendor, and initiates a gloomy dialogue. (If you speak with her whilst equipping Morne's Gauntlets, she will have more things to say.)
Purchasing ALL Holy Miracles instead (without buying any dark ones) turns her into a Fire Keeper.

Questline
Start: You can find Irina in a cell near the entrance to the Road of Sacrifices in the Undead Settlement. She can be reached by dropping down the cliff next to Eygon of Carim or purchasing the Grave Key from the Shrine Handmaiden for 1500 souls and going through the sewers next to the Dilapidated Bridge bonfire.
Once you free her and accept her services, she will relocate to Firelink Shrine. If you approach Blacksmith Andre and head down the stairs to the right, she can be found at the end of the hallway.
Dark Path: If you give her the Londor Braille Divine Tome or the Deep Braille Divine Tome, and subsequently purchase any Dark Miracle from her, Eygon will take her from you. They can then be found just after Iudex Gundyr's bonfire, and Eygon will be hostile. If you kill him, he drops Morne's Great Hammer and the Moaning Shield. If you cannot find her after killing Eygon simply warp out and back and she will be where Eygon was standing. Talk to her twice and she will return to her spot in Firelink Shrine.
If you didn't buy ALL of the Dark Miracles you can still access her inventory and buy Miracles. BUT will not trigger her Dark Dialogue.
If you purchase ALL of the Dark Miracles from her she will no longer sell you Miracles. However, you can still speak with her, and must purchase and wear Morne's Gauntlets to finish the dark version of her questline. BE CAREFUL! After defeating Eygon and speaking to her once she will wake up and ask if anyone "is there."
When returned to her usual spot Irina will not sell anything and will only beg the charcter to touch her. If he/she does without Morne's Gauntlets she will not recognise the touch, asking again for someone to touch her; if you're still wearing the gauntlets she'll believe that you're Eygon and will ask you to kill her, as Eygon promised. Killing her drops her ashes.
Light Path: If you instead purchase ALL the other Miracles without purchasing any Dark Miracles, she will become a Fire Keeper, and move to the bottom of the Tower outside of Firelink (the one where Blade Master was standing). If you had given her Londor Braille Divine Tome or the Deep Braille Divine Tome, but didn't purchase any Dark Miracles, these will be laying next to her on the ground. You can then give them to Karla to purchase all the Dark Miracles. After this happens, she will be able to level you up, much like the Fire Keeper inside the Shrine.

Eygon of Carim
Eygon of Carim is an NPC in Dark Souls 3.

Eygon of Carim Information
After freeing Irina of Carim from her cell in Undead Settlement, Eygon will become allied with you.
If you kill Irina of Carim at Firelink Shrine he will show up there when you return, hostile.
If you aggro him for any reason, and wish to stop him from attacking, visit the statue of Velka to pardon you for [your level x1000] souls. It is located in the Undead Settlements sewers next to the Dliapidated Bridge after purchasing the grave key.
If you kill Eygon, you can still talk to Irina.
Upon his death, his armor set will be purchasable from the Firelink Shrine Handmaid.

Location
You can find Eygon of Carim in the Undead Settlement near the lift that leads to your first encounter with Siegward and the arrow-shooting giant.
Can be summoned behind a stone pillar, just before where you jump down the hole for the Crystal Sage fight.
Can be summoned in the chapel to the right of the boss arena for the Dragonslayer Amour fight.
He will appear in Firelink Shrine after the Abyss Watchers fight and the player has exhaused dialogue with him at Irina's cell. He will not be available for summoning for boss battles whilst he is here.
Can be found hostile just after Iudex Gundyr's bonfire upon purchasing any Dark Miracle from Irina. Drops Morne's Great Hammer and Moaning Shield.
Will appear dead in Irina's old cell after exhausting all his dialogue and defeating Dragonslayer Armour and the Abyss Watchers.

Cornyx of the Great Swamp
Cornyx of the Great Swamp is an NPC in Dark Souls 3. Cornyx teaches pyromancies, acts as a merchant, and upgrades the Pyromancy Flame.

Cornyx of the Great Swamp's Information
Gives "Welcome" gesture.
Can be killed.
Can be a Merchant, see list of items sold below.
Can't teach from the Quelana Pyromancy Tome, it requires a female teacher. See Karla for more information.
Can't teach from the Grave Warden Pyromancy Tome as it contains dark pyromancies. This tome must be given to Karla.

Location
You can find Cornyx at the Undead Settlement, where he will offer you his service. He is located in a cage at the top of the building that has 3 firebomb throwing Undead. In order to get there you will need to drop down from the cobblestone bridge that is near the Cliff Underside bonfire and ascend to the top of the building to reach the balcony where his cage is.
After accepting, he will relocate to Firelink Shrine where he operates as a merchant and provides Pyromancy training services. To find him in Firelink, approach Blacksmith Andre, and head right down the stairs. He will give you a Pyromancy Flame and speaking with him a second time will unlock the Welcome Gesture.
If you summon White Phantom Great Swamp Cuculus (right outside Old Demon King fog) in the Smouldering Lake and defeat the Old Demon King, you can find the Spotted Whip, and a set of Cornyx’s Garb where you rescued him in Undead Settlement.

Drops
Cornyx's Ashes upon death

Holy Knight Hodrick
Holy Knight Hodrick is an NPC & NPC Invader in Dark Souls 3.

Holy Knight Hodrick Information
Hodrick is the leader of the Mound Makers
He invades the player as a mad spirit in the Undead Settlement and can be summoned in Road of Sacrifices.
Location
Invades near the Dilapidated Bridge area at Undead Settlement.
If boss is alive, can be summoned as a mad dark spirit near the Crucifixion Woods bonfire in the Road of Sacrifice.
You can speak to Hodrick in the Pit of Hollows and join the Mound-Makers. You must hop into the back of the large saw wielding enemy with an empty cage in the Undead Settlement and you MUST do this before having the floor break in the fight with Curse-rotted Greatwood. Drops nothing if you kill him here, although he has some interesting, yet brief dialogue.
As part of Sirris of the Sunless Realms story she will summon you to help her fight Hodrick. After killing him together, you can find his corpse near the Pit of Hollows bonfire with his armour set.

Vertebrae Shackle

Combat Information
When summoned, he wil attack the player and AI enemies. Lead him to other enemies, and let them weaken him.
On NG+, when summoned in the Crucifixion Woods, he is EXTREMELY dangerous. Almost all of his attacks will instantly kill most players, dealing up to 2000 damage. He will attack enemies, but they can swarm him easily. However, he only drops 1000 souls on death, so summoning him is not recommended. Proceed with caution.
Can be distracted by Alluring Skull.
Wields: Flamberge (RH), Sunset Shield (LH), Pyromancy Flame (LH).
Casts: Warmth and Power Within.
Other: Red Tearstone Ring, Blue Tearstone Ring.
Giant of the Undead Settlement
Giant of the Undead Settlement is a NPC in Dark Souls 3.

Giant of the Undead Settlement Information
Will help or attack the player by firing arrows into areas where there are White Birchs.
Can be killed
Friendship with him persists into New Game Plus, or as long as you have his peace offering or the burial gift branch in your possession.
Once he is friendly, his arrows will not damage the player.
Location
Top of the tower in the Undead Settlement
The tower has two elevators. One that goes middle-bottom and one that goes middle-top. If you are at the middle level, and the wrong elevator is there, simply activate it and roll off. Then you can wait for the other elevator to arrive.
See This Map for location.
Befriending the Giant
If you choose the white birch branch as your burial gift the giant will automatically be friendly and there is no need to speak to him at all.

Otherwise, find him and quickly speak to him, choosing "Make Peace", so will give you a token of friendship. This is a White Birch Branch that does not stack with the others, and includes the phrase "Good friend, no hit" in the item description. The way how he tells you apart from other hollows is by seeing the text carved on the branch, which is why you should keep the branch in the inventory instead of using it. If you use this branch, he will be hostile again, and you will need to make peace with him again.

Alternatively, if the player collects the 6 Young White Branches, 2 beside each white birch, as well as the Saint-Tree Bellvine and the Crown of Dusk, the giant will inexplicably be found dead when you visit him (all the items leading to his death have an "examine" prompt for pick up, instead of the normal "pillage").

Anri of Astora
Anri of Astora is an NPC in Dark Souls 3.

Anri of Astora Information
Is affiliated with the Blue Sentinels
This character is crucial to some Endings.
Gives the Ring of the Evil Eye.
Teaches the "Quiet Resolve" gesture once their dialogue is exhausted when speaking to them at the Church of Yorshka bonfire.
You can summon Anri at the Deacons of the Deep and Pontiff Sulyvahn boss encounters.
Anri's gender is always the opposite of your character's gender. This is not affected by Reversal Ring.
If Horace is killed in front of Anri, the Astoran knight will cease to fight, drop to their ironclad knees and fall into depression. Should this happen the questline will fail as Anri will not move to the Catacombs.

Questline A (Slayer of Aldrich Ending)
Start: You can find Anri at the Halfway Fortress bonfire in Road of Sacrifices. Speaking to Anri and Horace will unlock the Blue Sentinels Covenant.
After defeating the Deacons of the Deep Anri and Horace will appear at the Firelink Shrine. After talking with Anri in the Firelink Shrine they will head towards the Catacombs of Carthus.
Anri can be found twice in the Catacombs of Carthus.
Just before the staircase with the rolling Skeleton Ball there is a room with two large skeletons wielding giant curved swords. Defeat the skeletons and find a path leading down. The path will be on the right side if you have your back towards the Skeleton Ball. Anri will be in the corner lamenting the absence of Horace.
The second time Anri will be at the end of a rocky path in the room with the collapsable wooden bridge. After bypassing several minor skeletons (beware, a small army of them rises when you make your way towards the bridge), go past the bridge instead of crossing it. There is a ledge to the left offering an alternative path across the chasm. Do not jump off the lege and instead continue right to find Anri standing at the end of this path, still looking for Horace.
If the player looks down from Anri's second location in the Catacombs, there is a long drop to a pool of some sorts littered with items. That's where Horace is. Head across the bridge and attack the posts anchoring it to the cliff. After the animation completely ends the bridge will function as a ladder. Climb down the collapsed bridge, kill the Fire Demon or run past it and head into Smouldering Lake. Once you've made it to the lake hug the right wall and look for an alcove. Horace is inside here, and he will be aggressive. If you don't kill him, Step 5 may result in Anri's death.
Note: It is still possible to meet Anri in the Catacombs if you defeat High Lord Wolnir before the Deacons of the Deep
Go back to the Catacombs to tell Anri that you found Horace in the Smouldering Lake. After this, Anri presumably leaves to go look for Horace in the Smouldering Lake. Anri will still be in the Catacomb's second location after you have killed High Lord Wolnir, but progressing into the Valley, or waiting for awhile, may cause Anri to leave.
If Horace is dead: Anri will give you the Ring of the Evil Eye. Anri will then progress to the Church of Yorksha, and will then tell you that Horace couldn't be found in the catacombs.
If Anri is told of Horace's location and Horace is not killed: Horace kills Anri. After killing High Lord Wolnir reload the area and return to Horace in the Smouldering Lake. You will find Anri's corpse holding Anri's Straight Sword. Horace will still be hostile right where you left him. This is a premature end of the questline.
Note: If you neglect to talk to Anri throughout the entirety of the catacombs and kill Wolnir, Anri will be in the room with the wooden bridge. You can then kill Horace and tell Anri about it, triggering Anri to move to Church of Yorksha the next time you load the area.
Note: If you have already killed High Lord Wolnir, never told Anri where Horace was, and they left the catacombs, Anri can be found near the Church of Yorshka bonfire in Irithyll of the Boreal Valley, where Anri will give you the Ring of the Evil Eye if you did not get it before, and the questline will continue.
If you kill the pilgrim in the corner of the room at the Church of Yorshka bonfire (she is disguised as one of the statues in the corner of the room), the pilgrim will drop the Chameleon spell and Anri's summoning sign will appear in front of the Pontiff Sulyvahn's boss room - to the right if facing away from the fog gate, on a little pathway, ending with a pillar.
Note: Killing the pilgrim causes Yuria's questline to fail.
End: Anri's summoning sign will appear outside, in front of the large, golden cathedral door in Anor Londo. Using this sign will cause you to be summoned as a phantom to help Anri kill Aldrich. This fight can be attempted any number of times, regardless of either your death or Anri's. After killing Aldrich together, you can talk to Ludleth to receive Anri's Straight Sword that were left for you as a gift.
After receiveing the sword from Ludleth:
If you told Anri about what happened to Horace, you can find Anri hostile where you killed Horace in Smouldering Lake.
If you did not tell Anri about what happened to Horace, you can find Anri, again hostile, up on the hill where you find the Crest Shield near the Cathedral of the Deep bonfire.
Video showing the last part of Anri's questline A

NOTE: If you help Anri with Aldrich after Ludleth turns into ashes, you will NOT be able to get the sword and locate Anri in either location, in Smouldering Lake or Cathedral of the Deep.
NOTE : If you don't kill the pilgrim, you can find Anri dead in the Darkmoon tomb, where you can obtain the sword from Anri's corpse, if Yuria is not hostile towards you.
NOTE: If Aldrich is killed before you find Anri in the Catacombs, Anri will still go to the Church of Yorshka. However, there will be no pilgrim in the room, instead the pilgrim can be found dead outside the Darkmoon tomb and Anri's corpse will be found inside the temple with their sword if Yuria is not hostile towards you.
NOTE: Anri's summon sign for Aldrich will not appear unless Horace is killed in Smouldering Lake
NOTE: Helping Anri defeat Aldrich will only defeat him in Anri's world, not yours.
NOTE: Killing Yuria and then letting the pilgrim live can result in both quests failing after Pontiff Sulyvahn is killed.

Questline B (Lord of Hollows Ending Trophy)
Start: Find Yoel of Londor near the Foot of the High Wall bonfire. Recruit him and talk to him at the Firelink Shrine.
Request his "strength" by allowing him to level you up. Do this 5 times. Make sure to do this before defeating The Abyss Watchers. Also, do NOT cure your dark sigils at any point in the game; it is fine to cure hollowing (the stat) through purging stones and the statue, but you must always have the five dark sigils in your inventory. If you need help to understand the concept of hollowing and the dark sigils, please go to the hollowing page
Find Anri of Astora at the Halfway Fortress bonfire. Exhaust all dialogue. Speak to them again at the Firelink Shrine bonfire after defeating Deacons of the Deep.
Find Anri in the Catacombs of Carthus in a hallway before the first rolling skeleton ball. Exhaust all dialogue. Choose dialouge options "no" and "do nothing."
Do not tell Anri of Horace's whereabouts at any point before killing Horace. Doing so will get Anri killed.
After this, speak to Anri again on the ledge by the side of the wooden bridge before the High Lord Wolnir boss. Note that it is not necessary to have killed Horace in order to progress.
Anri will eventually leave for the Church of Yorshka, even if you do not meet in the catacombs. The turning point is whether or not you kill the Pilgrim in the next step.
Find Anri again at the Church of Yorshka bonfire. Exhaust all dialouge. DO NOT kill the pilgrim in the corner of the room when talking to Anri at the Church of Yorshka bonfire. Doing so will void the ending.
After defeating Pontiff Sulyvahn and opening the path to Anor Londo, speak to Yur
Horace the Hushed
Horace the Hushed is a NPC in Dark Souls 3. He is standing to the right of Anri of Astora and gives you the Blue Sentinels badge unlocking the Covenant.

Horace the Hushed Information
Gives you the Blue Sentinels Covenant.
Places to summon this NPC: Cathedral of the Deep
Wears the Executioner Set

Location
You can find Horace at the Halfway Fortress Bonfire in Road of Sacrifices.
Horace can be summoned prior to fighting the Deacons of the Deep.

Horace's Questline
Horace is a companion to Anri of Astora, and will turn hostile after you progress into the Catacombs.

To locate Horace again, continue the game past the Abyss Watchers. Head into the Catacombs of Carthus and find Anri who will ask you about Horace's location. If you speak to Anri here and tell them "NO", She/He will move further into the Catacombs by an old bridge. You can speak to Anri again here, but it is not necessary. Horace is located in another area across the bridge. Once there cut the rope on the bridge by hitting it with your weapon, wait for it to collapse, and then climb down. Past the Fire Demon is a bonfire, and past the bonfire is Smouldering Lake. In Smouldering Lake hug the right wall until you see a small passageway with two Crystal Lizards. Horace will be at the back of this area and will be hostile. You can see a map here.

If you kill him here, he will give you the Llewellyn Shield. If you kill him, it won't matter if you tell Anri where he is. Anri's questline will continue and you will receive the Ring of the Evil Eye in the Catacombs or at Anri's next location. If you don't kill him and tell Anri, Anri will be killed and their questline will end. If you don't kill him, but don't tell Anri his location, Anri's questline will continue.

If you kill Horace before speaking to Anri in his/her first location in the Catacombs, she/he will only be found at the second location.

Orbeck of Vinheim
Orbeck of Vinheim is a NPC in Dark Souls 3.

Orbeck of Vinheim Information
Sells Sorceries, see Items Sold below
Accepts the Scrolls: Golden Scroll, Sage's Scroll, Logan's Scroll and Crystal Scroll.
Can be summoned for the Lothric, Younger Prince fight.
Gives "Silent Ally" gesture.
Gives Young Dragon Ring and Slumbering Dragoncrest Ring.
Is wearing the Clandestine Set.

Location
You can find Orbeck of Vinheim in Road of Sacrifices in the second floor of the near by ruins near the Crucifixion Woods bonfire. Go to the ruins that lead to the Crystal Sage boss, You will reach a room that has 4 doorways and an enemy with a spear and sheild. One leads to the boss, one leads to a cystal lizard, one leads to a room of enemies and the other leads to the second floor of the ruins and Orbeck.

He will relocate to Firelink Shrine after talking to him, but only if you have 10 Intelligence.

If you lack points in Intelligence you can use the Scholar Ring to boost it to 10. Once he's at Firelink he will no longer care about your intelligence level being too low.

Orbeck's Questline
Once Orbeck is at Firelink Shrine, if Yuria is also there she will ask you to "deal" with him and will reward you with the Morion Blade if you bring her his Ashes. Don't do this if you wish to continue giving him Scrolls to unlock new spells. Orbeck's ashes can be given to Yuria after he dies of natural causes, and she will still reward you with the weapon.

Speak with him after buying more than three Sorceries, giving him one Scroll and being any Non-Sorcerer starting class he will thank you and give you the Young Dragon Ring. (after testing, it's just three spells, not more than three).
After purchasing Farron Flashsword, Pestilent Mercury, Aural Decoy, Hidden Body and Spook he will ask you if you like gimmicks and will give you Slumbering Dragoncrest Ring, along with the Silent Ally gesture (testing shows you can get the gesture and ring with just Flashsword, Mercury, Decoy and Spook).
He will disappear permanently from the game should you defeat Abyss Watchers or any 4 bosses after recruiting him without giving him a single scroll for study. Only one scroll is required to prevent him from leaving. If he disappears from the game, you will not be able to get his ashes, and won't be able to complete Yuria of Londor's optional quest. Both the Golden Scroll and Sage Scroll can be acquired in Farron Keep.
Once all spells are purchased from him, he will acknowledge you as a friend and well-trained sorcerer. He will then leave firelink shrine, and once you beat an other boss, you will be able to summon him for the Lothric, Younger Prince boss fight, just outside the large gate leading to the boss fog. You will also need to have defeated the Curse-Rotted Greatwood to see his summon sign.
After the defeating Lothric, Younger Prince, Orbecks's corpse will show up sitting at a table at the Grand Archives, on the upper floor where the four sorcery-using candlehead enemies are. From his corpse, his ashes can be looted.
If you do not purchase all his spells prior to this bossfight he will remain in the Firelink Shrine and will not die. However, in NG+ and beyond, if you talk to him after giving him all four scrolls and having learned all of his spells in a prior playthrough, his departure will be triggered. Note that learned scrolls may be sold, so if you want Orbeck to remain in the shrine, you might want to sell a spell which is of little use to you (not tested if this will work, needs confirmation).
If you do not proceed directly to the next NG, his corpse can be found at said location even if you did not summon him for the boss fight.

Orbeck's Ashes
Sirris of the Sunless Realms
Sirris of the Sunless Realms is an NPC in Dark Souls 3.

General Information

Can be killed. Once dead, the player can buy her Armor Set from the Shrine Handmaid.
Gives "Darkmoon Loyalty" gesture.
Equipment and Spells in combat: Estoc, Sunless Talisman, Darkmoon Blade, Great Heal, Magic Barrier.
Can be summoned for Abyss Watchers, Deacons of the Deep, Dragonslayer Armour and Twin Princes after meeting her for a second time in Firelink Shrine.

Questline
Start: Road of Sacrifices trigger. Speak with Sirris of the Sunless Realms in Firelink Shrine after you speak to Horace and Anri of Astora.
Find and give the Dreamchaser's Ashes to the Shrine Handmaid in the Firelink Shrine.
Speak with Sirris at Firelink Shrine and gain the Darkmoon Loyalty Gesture.
Kill the Sulyvahn's Beast at the bridge near the Irithyll of the Boreal Valley bonfire. Reload the world and find her summon sign in the middle of the bridge. Use it to be summoned into her world and help her kill Creighton the Wanderer.
If her summon sign does not appear killing the Curse-rotted Greatwood makes it appear.
If you've already killed the Cursed-rotten Greatwood and her sign doesn't appear, warp back to Firelink after activating the bonfire after the bridge then go back to the beginning of the bridge. Her sign should appear. If you haven't crossed the bridge and lit the bonfire on the other side, her sign may not appear.
Talk to her at Firelink Shrine to receive a Blessed Mail Breaker and the Silvercat Ring.
After defeating Aldrich use the summon sign outside the Curse-Rotted Greatwood boss area to be summoned into her world and help her kill Hodrick.
Note: For this step, a unique Budding Green Blossom will appear within the Shrine Handmaid's shop inventory. The item description has a special notation that reads: "Good-bye, dear Grandmother. I will visit Grandfather, in the Pit of Hollows." Sirris probably left the item with the Shrine Handmaid, before confronting Holy Knight Hodrick, her Grandfather. Its appearance in the shop can be used to confirm your progress in the questline, but purchasing it is not required.
When you return to your world, Holy Knight Hodrick's armor (the Sunset Armor Set) will be right by the Pit of Hollows bonfire and the Sunset Shield will be at Hodrick's grave. Both can be obtained before talking to her.
Speak with her for the final time at Firelink Shrine, and she will swear fealty to you. If you decline her offer she will stay in Firelink Shrine and give you the option to accept her offer again if you speak to her. After you accept her vows, she will not fight back if you choose to kill her, allowing the player to easily get her equipment.
While speaking with her in Firelink Shrine, she says that she can die in peace. Hodrick's grave is between Firelink Shrine and the Iudex Gundyr boss bonfire, where the hollow standing at the edge of the cliff can be found. The Sunset Shield can be found on his body. NOTE: You may need to log out and then back in for it to appear.
After defeating the Twin Princes her corpse can be found at her grandfather's grave containing the Sunless Talisman and her armor can now be purchased at the Shrine Handmaid.

Questline Quirks and Failures
She leaves Firelink Shrine and becomes hostile if the player gives Rosaria a Pale Tongue to increase her covenant's level and may leave if the player kills Company Captain Yorshka. (as of regulation 1.05, simply changing your appearance or respeccing does not fail her questline.)
Doing this ^ before looting her body will result in her turning hostile.
You need to talk to her at least once for the failure to happen. So speedrunning your way from the Road of Sacrifices to Rosaria without going to Firelink let's you do both her Questline and get the Proper Bow gesture from Heysel. (patched. no longer possible?)
She'll skip first encounter dialogue if the player gets the Dreamchaser's Ashes before talking to her once.
Rosaria, Mother of Rebirth
Rosaria, Mother of Rebirth is a NPC in Dark Souls 3.

Rosaria, Mother of Rebirth Information
Rosaria is the leader of Rosaria's Fingers, an invasion Covenant in Dark Souls 3.
You can turn in Pale Tongues to deepen your devotion, re-allocate your stats, or change your appearance.
Re-allocating stats or changing your appearance counts one "rebirth." You can only be reborn 5 times per NG. Each rebirth costs one tongue.
Backing out of the rebirth does NOT use up one remaining times you may be reborn.
You cannot change genders nor change your name during a rebirth.
If you have been reborn 5 times and request to be reborn again, it says "Further rebirth is not possible during this lifetime. Persisting will transform you into a grub."
NOTE: Offering Pale Tongues to rank up or equipping covenant ring will make Sirris hostile.

Location

To find Rosaria, go to Cathedral of the Deep and make your way up the shortcut elevator on the left side of the Cleansing Chapel, head outside onto the ledge, turn a corner and climb up the ladder. Head to the hole in the wall at the opposite side of the room and drop down onto the tiled-roof of the cathedral support below. Head up to the top of the support. Enter the cathedral through the first passageway to the right of the support. Traverse the precarious stone arches and reach the opposite side of the room from where you entered. Jump down to a stone platform below, then jump down a second time, to the area with guardrails. From here, simply hug the right wall until you reach Rosaria and her bonfire, past a broken fence and large iron doors.

Questline
Step 1: Rosaria has a quest event related to Leonhard. Progress his quest until Leonhard moves to her room, then the next time Rosari'as Bedchamber is reloaded she will be dead with a black eye orb, and Leonhard will be missing. However, her bed can still be approached for you to be reborn or offer pale tongues.

Step 2: Use the black eye orb in the room above the Aldrich boss room to invade Leonhard's world. Use one of the elevators in the back of the room to gain access to what used to be Gwynevere's quarters. Defeat Leonhard and obtain Rosaria's Soul from him.

Step 3: You can chose to perform Soul Transposition and obtain a miracle from her soul, or return it to her. Alternatively, return her soul to revive her. Afterwards, the Bonfire will not be accessible. Kill the man-grub next to it to relight it.

Unbreakable Patches
Unbreakable Patches is a NPC in Dark Souls 3.

Unbreakable Patches Information
Unbreakable Patches can be found within the Cathedral of the Deep disguised as Siegward of Catarina. His spawn trigger is to open the main doors, on the left of the boss room, reload the area and then return. You MUST do this before lighting the bonfire at Rosaria's Bed Chamber. He will trick you into entering the bridge which he will then lower down to the giants. If you meet him again on the other side of that bridge infront of Rosaria's chamber, he will apologize for tricking you, and if you refuse to forgive him you'll earn the prostration gesture and a rusted coin. He will then become a vendor in that spot until he moves to Firelink Shrine.

If you climb up onto the rafters at the very top of the Cathedral before he tricks you to cross the bridge, he will not show by the bridge. Only cross the rafters after you have been tricked. After dropping down, he will reappear in his normal attire by the lever that raises the bridge (across from where you first met him in the Catarina armor).
If Patches lowers you down to the giants in the Cathedral of the Deep, he will not show up to lock you into the Firelink Shrine tower until you talk to him again on the other side of the bridge in the Cathedral.
An alternative method of meeting him is to buy the Tower Key and access the lift above the Firelink Shrine. He will trap you here. After escaping his trap he becomes a merchant in the upper floor of Firelink Shrine. Chose to not forgive him for a Rusted Gold Coin and to learn the gesture Prostration. After reloading the area he will be squatting down. Talk to him to learn the Patches Squat gesture.

Patches Questline
Patches can have an important effect on the questlines of NPCs Siegward of Catarina and Greirat of the Undead Settlement.

He has Siegward's Armor after trapping Siegward, which is needed to save Siegward in the well outside the Cathedral of the Deep. Opening the Cathedral doors is not the trigger for Patches to have the armour, you need to actually reload the Cathedral area. You do not need to talk to Siegward in the well first. You can buy the armor from Patches or just kill him for it.
When Greirat leaves on his second scavenger mission Patches will refuse to sell you any items until you tell him where Greirat has gone. If you have not yet bought the Catarina armor off of him and tell him where Greirat has gone he will save him. After killing Pontiff Sulyvahn, Patches ceases to pester you for Greirat's location. If you have bought the armour off of him and given it to Siegward in the well, Siegward will instead rescue him.
After Greirat has left to scavenge in Lothric Castle, Patches will ask where he has gone. If you tell him, he will stop selling you items and will leave Firelink Shrine until you defeat a boss. He returns with a Hidden Blessing which he sells for 16,000 souls.

Notes:

If Siegward dies before or during the fire demon fight, Patches will not show up for the rest of the game cycle.
If you kill the Giant before being tricked by Patches, you will get additional dialog. Patches is irritated that you killed the Giant, shames you and curses a lot.
Patches has a number of triggers than cause him to appear in a given area.
He will appear in the Cathedral of the Deep after its front door is opened and you travel away and return to the area.
If the Deacons of the Deep are killed or you take the shortcut to Rosaria, Patches will disappear from the cathedral. He will next appear if you go up the bell tower in Firelink Shrine and locks you in.
Opening the front door of the Cathedral of the Deep and then going up the bell tower in Firelink Shrine will trigger Patches' event early.
If you meet him at neither the cathedral or the bell tower, he will appear as a merchant after you defeat the Abyss Watchers.
If you give Siegward his armor before you meet Patches if you kept it from a previous playthrough he will not spawn in the Cathedral and will spawn in the tower in Firelink Shrine.
If you can't find Patches at all, save Siegward and then talk to Siegward inside the well outside the Cleansing Chapel bonfire. This triggers Patches story to continue.
His dialogue at Cathedral of the Deep and the bell tower at Firelink Shrine varies based on your character's gender.
If you talk to Patches in the Cathedral and then proceed to the ceiling rafters to the drop off point near Rosaria, the event will no longer occur upon crossing the narrow pathway, and he will not be present till the Firelink event.
Attacking Greirat will aggro Patches.
If you tell Patches where Greirat has gone after you send him to Lothric Castle, after defeating every boss in the game, you will have no way of getting Patches to return to Firelink.
