Tales of Zestiria - Normin guide

A guide to finding all 50 Normin hidden throughout the game with pictures, for those that want to find them as they go along, or might have missed some somewhere and don't want to go looking all the way back everywhere in search for them.

About Normin

** Going to say this here, This guide comtains spoilers! Not much, but names of locations, parts of the main story via quest blurb and the image of the area the normin is at. If that's too much, maybe consider hunting for Normin at the end of the game before the final boss, or on your second playthrough.**

Normins are npc creatures in the game that you can collect, and if serving a lord of the land, enable you to have an increased chance at recieving an item drop with that specific perk (they are named for these perks) in the area of that particular lord of the land.

You get one normin by default, and after that, they become collectable. Each have a different level, and each impact enemy levels differently (as in, one might increase the enemy levels in the area to be +1, where another might increase it +10 in the same area, as in the pictures.) though you can only have one Normin active at any given time with a single lord.

You can access the normin menu when you unlock the lord of the land for a certain area, and hit 'Set Normin'


I spent a lot of the time wandering the landscapes of the game, finding all the normin, Some of which are near hidden from view. The easiest way you can find them by walking around, is equiping the 'Normin for the win' support skill that comes with Edna. Be sure to check ever nook and cranny, any locked doors in dungeons. As I said, while most are in the open where you can see them from a distance, some are nearly invisible, and I almost walked right past them if it wasn't for the skill.

Phoenix **This one is the last Normin you can get. After sleeping at the inn after dealing with a certain someone, You'll get a challenge in the form of a note. Go to the boss room and it'll be a boss all it;s own, so reccommend doing it before fighting the final boss of the game, or on your second+ playthrough as it's a toughie, the guy can resurrect.**
