Draft/Booster Pack Generator

Description
A simple script to create draft and/or booster packs for any card game really, very simple to use.

Simply put the card pools into the infinite bags and adjust the controls to how you see fit.
You don't have to use all 5 bags.


Adjust the cards per pack, per bag with the buttons underneath them.

After that, you can decide how many packs are to be generated with the + and - buttons to the left of the Button.

i *think* you can unlock the object that "create packs" is on ad the bags, and select and copy\paste the whole thing to use it for different sets. havent tested this though

Been using this to test a draft out for a game of my own im working on, and its been amazing! i did have a question though. Is there a way to duplicate the mechanics with a different pool of cards to generate from? I have two different sets and it would be great if i could keep the card pools separate. If not, that's cool too, just curious.

This worked for a while, but just today it started just spitting out one of each of the decks I put in, saying "Error in Script (Draft Pack Generator - 88a197) function <createDraftPack>: Object reference not set to an instance of an object" Does anyone know what went wrong or how to fix it? I've tried unsubscribing, uninstalling the game, and a file integrity check and nothing worked.

Works pretty well for creating the pack, seems like an image is missing on the placeholder deck though. So even when I replace the decks with my cards every time I generate a pack it spits out an error about missing image. I can't reset the 5th bag that I don't use to remove the missing image from the placehloder deck or the deck build script does work at all.

I got it to work, but if I create any more than 3 10-card packs, the 4th always becomes 6 cards large, the last one always 4 cards and anything in between just 1 card.

I did read your warning that too many cards per pack or too many packs would be an issue, but I can't use the default of 6. Not a big deal, just thought it'd be something to report to you.

Also, now I know why you say to leave the 5th bag alone if you dont need it. I reset it and set the number of cards needed from it to 0, but the first 4 bags then spat out the full pools in them every time and not boosters. When I reloaded and set only the first 4 bags up it was fine.

To get the odds I wanted I couldve used more bags to be honest, but at the same time, it works now and im super glad that it does, cause I could never program this myself. Mad props, you hero, for making this ^^

Ah, nevermind, that's a tabletop simulator problem... alright, this can be worked around.
