For Precaution purposes, Don’t forget to backup your file before you modify it!
The only file you need to edit is named TASystemSettings.ini , located in :
# For Windows users: C:Users\Your username\Documents\My Games\Rocket League\TAGame\Config
# For Mac users: ~/Library/Application Support/Rocket League/TAGame/Config/

Open it with any text editor, make sure the Read only is not checked first.

/!\ Make sure to set back the display and the secondaryDisplay resolutions (ResX, ResY, SecondaryDisplayMaximumWidth, SecondaryDisplayMaximumHeight ) to their default states.
NOTE : Lowering your resolution also improves the performance.

/!\ Set back to 'Read only' after you saved the changes and before launching the game.

Personal ingame settings

I keep my Render Quality as 'Quality' to have a better idea what direction other cars are facing from a distance. 'Performance' works fine as well.

PS: Lowering the resolution helps boost the fps as well.

Guys, would it be able to got maps modified for example Farmstead look like Rocket Labs map, where I got like 30% higher FPS.

I'd say try modifying the first 6 texture variables and see for yourself.
