Nadmod - Simple Admin Mod

NADMOD is a simple and efficient, chat based Admin management system.

Basically everything is powered by short chat commands, such as:
* !goto Nebual
* !bring Nebual
* !pm Neb Hey buddy this is pretty intuitive.
* !w Whispering lets you talk to players within 400 units of you.
* !setrank Nebual Godrank
* !god Neb
* !kill 3 [uses the userID's from `status`, useful for hard to type names]
* !kick Neb
* !map gm_excess_construct 15 [starts a countdown]
* !sbox maxnpcs 5
* !give Neb pistol
* Its easy to add more - I've included a sample plugin which is 10 lines long.

All commands can be run from the server console, simply put a space between the ! and the command. Thus, to get started, run "! setrank Neb Admin" in console after you've connected.
All commands which target players first attempt an exact (case insensitive) name match, then a userid match, and finally a partial string match. If no player is specified, they default to you (so "!god" will toggle god status on yourself).

The Rank system is a basic hierarchy, where each rank (or individual player) can be assigned various Permissions and a Chat colour. Lower ranked admins can't kick higher ranked admins, and so forth.
As an example, my server has the following config:
* [1] "Guest" Grey - can pm/tp, but nothing else.
* [2] "Tolerable" Faded Green - Guest, but by not being grey, you're moving up in the world!
* [4] "Respected" Green - Guest, spawn weapons, teleport others. People don't make fun of your colour anymore.
* [5] "Mall Cop" Pink - Green + can kick lower ranks
* [7] "Oldies" Blue - Everything except bans, for my users that have been playing since 2008
* [25] "Admin" Red - The works. Spawns with a stunstick for lore reasons.
* [50] "Owner" Purple - Yeah I just wanted my own rank

There's 3 convars:
* nadmod_whisperrange 400
* nadmod_maxplayers 1000 // If #current_players > nadmod_maxplayers, sv_password will be set so that your "Regulars" who know the password can still get in, but newcomers are locked out until the population drops a bit.
* nadmod_password ''

* What about Prop Protection?

* What about model/entity limits?
- I don't think those work to deter griefing; the only remedy to a determined troll is a kick/ban.
* Does this have anticheat?
- Nope. See FAQ #2
* Can I see the source? Extracting from .gma's is a pain.

* Why can't random DMers shoot me while I'm wiring up a train?
- Ranks without the CanDealDamage permission, can't deal damage. Best 4 lines ever.
* Is this compatible with X?
- Probably, unless its ULX, Evolve, other admin mods, or (potentially) mods that change clientside chat display.
* Hey I fixed a bug/added a feature, can I send it to you?
- If this actually happens, sure go ahead.
