Things TF2 Players Hate
By Wanky
Ever played TF2 and felt a furious burning sensation when you're dying and the medic doesn't even take a second look at you? Does your blood boil when scouts hog the teleporter? Do you get a headache because of annoying W + M1 pyros? Here I catalog all the annoying things that happen in TF2 that are almost unavoidable.

Ignorant Medics
Have you ever came into the situation where you're about to die and, in your luck, a teammate and his pocket medic is strolling along. Normally you'll yell "MEDIC!" for help and hope the medic notices, but the medic seems to be more interested in his partner then your own health.

They are usually inexperienced medics who care less about the "healing others in need" part and care more about the "pocket the best player in your team and steal a bunch of points off his kills and be obvlivious of everything and everyone around you" part of the game.

The typical signs of an ignorant medic is the common F2P GibusGoggles loadout with the ghostly gibus and pyrovision goggles equipped. That gives off the tell-tale sign that they're new to the game. They don't quite understand the true purpose of being a medic, and thus have odd weapon loadouts that makes pocketing easier like the Ubersaw and the Kritzkierg.

If an Ignorant Medic is trying to pocket you, just shake him off. They'll just try and steal your kills because that's what they think is more important. They care more about their own well-being than others, and don't care much about the benefit of the team, just the benefit of themselves. The Medic class which is very self-sustaining fits just that bill.

"NEED A DISPENSER HERE"
To most experienced engineers, this is quite common. It's the people who dont couldn't give a damn about using their feet and walking up to your dispenser thats only a few seconds away, but rather think you'll build one right where he stands and destroy your old one. Yeah, there isn't much to say on this one.

Normally, these people also consist of new players who do not have much experience at the game, but also consist of lazy people or just trollers. There's a major difference between both. As stated above, those are not trollers. Trollers are just plain and simple annoying, who think it's a funny "meme" to spam this voice command.

Not very common, they still occur frequently from time to time. One should be wary and never accept this voice command, but that is only if you do not already have a dispenser. If you don't, then put one down immediatly.
Scouts that use teleporters
This is pretty self-explanatory. Idiot scouts who use teleporters and don't wait for slower and more important classes like the Heavy to go first. Rather, he takes the first chance to go in. Normally also new players, it can also consist of lazy, ignorant or trollers. If you find one, there isn't much to be done. Just hope he stops.

But for Christ's sake, the whole purpose of the class is to be able to get to areas quicker than other classes can go, get into places that other ones can not, dodge enemy fire, and other agility-based things. This is the only agile class in TF2, and in this case, teleporters are completely useless for them. They're made for less-agile classes who can't get there at the speed that others can.

It has even gone as far that a lot of sprays saying that scout's shouldn't use the teleporters have started appearing. As an engineer, I use these frequently and they seem to work somehow. But some poeple are just too plain hard-headed to read signs, and cut in lines of people needing to use the teleporter. Yeah, it's annoying.
Medics that heal Spies
Never have I seen anyone actually damage the team in the way it does here. Medics healing disguised spies are the most full-blown cover breaker in the history of everything. Literally, why? Most of the time they are just trollers, but sometimes they actually heal the spy thinking he's in need. Sometimes they even pocket spies.

This is plain stupid, and has occured to me before. Although rare, it does happen. I've been blown several times by this, and even after finishing healing you the healing particles still float around you which can cause other players to blow your cover. Really, why would you do this? What's the benefit?

But the worst of them all are the ones that uber disguised spies. Yeah, the backstab can be overpowered in the wrong hands, but you're taking it in the wrong way. Although you might be invincible (depending on the medigun used), people will still know you're not a real spy, and the typical frail spy body will not withstand being killed undisguised, out of it's natural working space.
AFK players
Very common, it's people who leave their computer to do real-life things. Normally, quick ones that last 1-2 minutes are not much of a problem, but people who just full blown leave the computer and dont plan on coming back hours later are a big problem. Very, very common they can be a big nusaince to a team, taking up precious slots and chucking them away.

But honestly, if you're finished playing,

QUIT THE GAME.

How simple is it? Why in the hell would you just leave it standing? Number one, you're wasting the internet you or your parents are paying for. Number two, you're not benefiting your team. Number three, you're wasting energy. There's just so many things wrong with it. I mean, why do it? It doesn't make sense.
Medkit stealers
One of the most blood boiling things ever, when a teammate rushes in front of you to take a medkit so he can heal 20 HP, while you only have 10 HP left and you're on fire. Seriously, why do it? This is either done out of selfishness, ignorancy or revenge. Either way, it's annoying as hell. You're not benefiting your team in any way.

People who do this vary in experience ranges, from the completely new to the best TF2 player out there. We all do it, I've even done it once. But when it happens to us, we think it's completely unjustified and wrong. Kind of like overtaking someone in the traffic, we've done it once and didn't think twice. But when that white truck with the little "Baby on board" sticker drives around you and weaves into the front you feel like your head is gonna pop.

But seriously, check twice when you take a medkit. It can save your team precious seconds of time for the people you saved to kill other enemies.

Guys stop saying that the last one is wrong. He means that the guy takes to Medi it to heal himself by 20 hp, not another person.
