If you put the file to

SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons

it will start together with the game, not with the other addons. You can find the file in your

SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop.


Use the number of the picture to identify the vpk file and turn off the subscribed version in the game menu by the addons (if you have the file duplicated ). Have fun.

had to come back after having subbed to this after an unknown amount of time. best main menu mod i have along side urik menu and l4d2 in game map sfm backgrounds. truly fantastic mod
