How To Fix The Error:

Step (One): Goto "Eset Nod32 Antivirus"[i.gyazo.com]

Step (Two): Click "Setup"[i.gyazo.com]

Step (Three): Click "Computer Protection"[i.gyazo.com]

Step (Four): Click The Gear, And Select "Edit Exclusions"[i.gyazo.com]

Step (Five): Click "Add A Exclusion"[i.gyazo.com]

Step (Six): Goto Your Steam Directory, And Add The Whole "Steam" Folder [i.gyazo.com]

Step (Seven): Next Add The "CS:GO" Game Folder [i.gyazo.com]

Step (Eight): Then Add The "CSGO.exe" [i.gyazo.com]

After all that, all you have to do is click "OK", and launch and play Counter-Strike, and you won't get anymore of the annoying "Vac Auth Errors"
