Introduction
Important! One achievement has a major influence on other achievements. If you're planning on getting 100%, please see "Achievement Peddler" section first for details.

Welcome! Diaries of a Spaceport Janitor is an interesting game of exploration, and might be best enjoyed by discovering and trying things out on your own. For those who would prefer knowing things ahead of time or just ready to look up answers, this guide will list every achievement and explain how to unlock it. Though this isn't a very story-driven game, some of these might be considered spoilers if you'd rather keep things a surprise.

Any suggestions, corrections or additions in the comments are welcome, and will receive proper credit if used.
Progression Achievements

Bwah!
get cursed

This is earned by interacting with the cursed skull for the first time and cannot be missed.

Long Day No Pay
complete one day

Simply get through one full day and go to bed.

9 Days a Week
complete one week

Pretty self-explanatory, complete 9 days. The days go: Aggraday, Havalana, Theday, Onday, Sprenday, Delviday, Valday, Bebday and Lausterday.

Gross
get the first tablet piece

You will receive this as part of the main quest to assemble the tablet. After starting the quest, find Vyorba Toxxx in the Red District and he will ask you to give him "smut". Either purchase a book called "Gardens of the Galaxy" from the vendor next to your apartments underneath the "SMUT" sign, or if you're lucky you may find it on the ground as you go out and about. This will be achieved upon giving it to him.

Devotee
get a tablet piece from Rhiande

As part of the main quest to assemble the tablet, you will speak to a Necress in the Green District. She will ask you to find a fetish of each of the nine goddesses. The easiest of these two to find are the Fetish of Thedule, which will litter the ground during Theday, and the Fetish of Beb, which is incredibly likely to be a reward from a Lotto Shrine. Other fetishes may be found through Idol Merchants, Lotto Shrines, or possibly just on the ground as you go about. Once you speak to her after collecting all nine, she'll be waiting at the top of the Ziggurat and reveal a tablet piece after speaking to her again.

Not in the Job Description
return to the sewerdungeon

As part of the main quest, you'll need to return to the sewerdungeon once more to find a tablet piece. Purchase and consume an Eye of Beb from Heather, located near the Tower of Vala in the Purple District, and go through one of the various dungeon entrances scattered throughout the city, denoted by the small monitors on doorways. There's an entrance close to Heather that leads you right where you need to go. In the sewerdungeon (to the left if you've entered near Heather) you'll find a doorway that leads to a flooded area. Once you've entered this area, your notification becomes "you are being hunted" and must navigate through a maze without being caught by a floating mass. At the end of this maze is a tablet piece. If you're caught, you're transported to the top of the Ziggurat and have to purchase another Eye of Beb. Video below:

Strangely Quiet
transfer the skull curse

Once you've assembled a tablet, you'll need to pay an adventurer to take the curse. There are three adventurers you can choose from:
Vehva: A large pilot near the circular platform where the Onas shrine is. Vehva will accept the quest in exchange for 600 MC.
Ali Yaga: A thief lingering around the green district. Ali Yaga will accept the quest in exchange for a Mythic Spellswatch, which you can obtain as a rare item from Lotto Shrines or receive for giving 150 containers to the NPC gNormo near the sewer entrance by the bank.
I_AM_TECHNUS: A robot next to the stairs leading up the Ziggurat. Technus will accept the quest in exchange for five Megabatteries. Finding enough is a matter of luck; you could purchase them, but that's likely to be more expensive than paying Vehva.

Dear Diary
finish the game

Once you've paid one of the adventurers listed above, an event will occur after you sleep. You can choose to either go back to sleep or go outside and follow the path of lights to a ship. Continue walking past the ship and credits will roll.
MC Achievements

Making Ends Meet
lose 200 MC in one day

Once you've accumulated enough MC, making a large purchase or letting Redscarves eat through your credits should quickly lower it.

Rags to Riches
gain 200 MC in one day

This requires a bit of preparation as well as plain luck. The best way to achieve this in one day is to save up several high-value items in your chest and then sell them all on Theday, which has no curfew in effect and gives you plenty of time to look for the best place to sell certain items. Some valuables include: Bolts of Cloth (around ~10-200 MC), Nnnawi Bonecoins (~20 MC at the bank), Meskrat #9 (~5-15 MC)
Most vendors won't let you haggle the selling price of items, but exiting conversation with them and talking to them again should alter the price slightly and essentially lets you haggle. Be sure to check the average price of any other vendors that may be accepting the same item before selling, as the price may greatly vary between vendors.

Rags to Worse Rags
start the day poor, end it poorer

Very straightforward, and will most likely be achieved through normal play. Simply have less money at the end of the day than you had at the beginning.

Scavenger
sell an item for more than 50 credits

This one seems to simply be a matter of luck to find a valuable item. Bolts of Cloth are among the only items I've come across that exceed this, as well as a generic green candle (mentions "auspicious" in the description rather than a specific goddess) which sells highest on Theday. Check Lottoshrines frequently for the best chance at finding rare items.
Luck Achievements

Charmed
get your luck index over 100

One of the easiest ways of accumulating luck is to pray at shrines and leave offerings. But you can't rapidly spam prayers or offerings to a goddess, as that'll annoy them and cause the luck you got from them to reset. An easy exploit to rapidly gain luck is to find an item that gives you luck by picking it up and click on it from your inventory; Hit Tab again with the item window up and the game will think you picked it up again, granting luck again. Repeat until your luck has skyrocketed. Some items that grant luck include: Luck charms, luck tokens, candles, and Icons. These items are often sold by Necresses around the city.

Goddess
get your luck index over 500

See the above for details.

Tough Luck
get your luck index below -100

Your luck will naturally drain over time, and to keep it low you should avoid shrines. Luck will also go down by picking up certain "cursed" items. The easiest way of getting a cursed item is to talk to the money lender at the bank, who will give you Nnnawi Bonecoins. You can repeat the inventory exploit listed above to rapidly drain your luck.

Doing Something Right
get your luck index below -666

See the above for details.
Spellswatch Achievements

Apprentice
sell a common spellswatch

Spellswatches are colored squares you may find as you go about your day. Each color is considered a separate item and vendors will only accept particular colors at a time. Several Spellswatch vendors are located at the center of the Purple District, and some vendors located around the Ziggurat may also carry spellswatchs. Frequently visiting Lotto Shrines is a great way to find rare spellswatches.

Spellcrafter
sell an uncommon spellswatch

Same as the other Spellswatch achievements, but of the Uncommon rarity. (It will simply be labelled as "Spellswatch.") See above.

Necromancer
sell a rare spellswatch

Same as the other Spellswatch achievements, but of the Rare rarity. See above.

Woah, where did you find that??
sell a mythic spellswatch

Same as the other Spellswatch achievements, but of the Mythic rarity. See above. You can obtain one by giving 150 containers to the NPC to the left of the bank.
Consumables Achievements

Delicious!
buy river weevils

River Weevils are a food item you can purchase from street food vendors. Food prices are lowest in the yellow district, and you should be able to find cheap (~5 MC) River Weevils for purchase at the stalls directly underneath the "FOOD" signs near your apartment.

Good Decisions
drink poison

Unfortunately I haven't been able to verify all the exact items which work for this, but many consumables you find on the ground are likely to cause you to vomit and eating these when you find them should eventually unlock it.

5 Second Rule
eat an item off the ground

Very straightforward, eat an item you've found on the ground.

Supernova
dank...

There's an item called the Mijradi Supernova that you may find for sale in the Green District. Consuming this will unlock the achievement.
Other

THANK YOU FOR YOUR OBEDIENCE
incinerate 100 items

Very straightforward, simply incinerate enough items through normal play.

Sick Burn
incinerate 50 pools of vomit

Eating most edible items you'll find on the ground will cause your character to continually vomit for a while. Simply incinerate enough vomit.

Spendthrift
incinerate one of each tier-one currency

Burn Nnnawi Bonecoins, Kqllli Shinebricks, Ez@lro Coinshards, and Ea##ndrian Slimeheads. The Nnnawi Bonecoins can be obtained for free from the money lender at the bank, and the other three are for sale next to the money lender. Each one will cost between 150-300 MC. You can also rarely find them on the ground or Lotto Shrines.

Daily Ritual
play 10+ minutes every (real-world) day, 9 days in a row

Just play a little bit each day for nine days in a row. You can manipulate your computer's clock if you don't want to wait that long.

Party Animal
stay out late on Theday

Simply stay out at night on Theday, which has no curfew in effect like other days.

Your Money, My Lunch
get mugged 3x in one day

Get your money taken by Redscarves three times in one day. Keep approaching Redscarves and picking a random reply, they will typically eat a portion of your credits. Redscarves are plentiful at night on any day but Theday.

Black Market
trade with Shifty Sallamot

Buy or sell items to the merchant Shifty Sallamot. Sallamot will show up at night in an alley called Chemdrain Backalley, close to the Thedule shrine and Heather. Items you can sell to her include: Xenome Jelly, Jar of Blue Fluid, Mijradi Mind-Oil, and Necropolis Cocktail. Additionally, she has a Haggle button that lets you randomize the prices without having to close the window.

Romanceable
feed 5 dirt to dirt girl

A short distance from your apartment, there's a worm thing in an alley who will accept Piles of Dirt. Giving them at least 5 should unlock this achievement.

Overachiever
stay inside all day

This is unlocked by completing a full day without exiting the apartment. By holding E while on your bed, time will pass rapidly. You'll need to eat food before you can sleep at the end, so be sure to stock up on some non-perishable food (typically stuff from a Food Kiosk rather than a stall) the day before trying this.

Booster Pack
collect every trading card

There are five rare trading card items in the game you can come across. These can be purchased from merchants at a high price (often around 100 MC) or rarely obtained from Lotto Shrines or found on the ground. The five cards are:
"Clouds over Birthworld" (pink)
"Crystal Caves of Mijrukal" (teal)
"Suns-set on Old Qaerwasa" (blue)
"Magma Clouds of the Qorrnz Reach" (yellow)
"Chemical Forests, Megacity X-79" (red)

Something Happened
collect enough blue gems

Blue Gems can be purchased by a vendor next to the dungeon entrance near the bank. After having 10 Blue Gems stored in your apartment, an event will occur where Redscarves have come to raid your apartment which will unlock the achievement.

Windowshopper
peruse the market's wares

Leave the game idle for approximately one hour with a merchant's purchasing window up.

Pilgrim
worship every goddess in the same day

Head to each of he nine goddess shrines and pray. This is best accomplished on Theday, when no curfew is in effect. A detailed map of the city showing where each shrine is located is uploaded to the community hub by Urotsuki, available here: map link

Every Nook & Cranny
explore every area

Visit each named region of the map. There's a helpful map uploaded to the community hub by Urotsuki, available here: map link

Off Limits
parkour out of the map

The method I've found for this achievement is to get onto the bank by walking onto the fin left of its entrance. Stand slightly behind the point of it, near the rock, and attempt to walk onto it as pictured below. You should be able to clip onto the fin and from there walk onto the roof of the bank, which should grant the achievement.

Achievement Peddler
Several achievements are bought from the Achievements Peddler, located to the left of the Ziggurat in the red district. The merchant offers increasingly expensive consumables that each unlock a particular achievement. Beware; as he warns you in a dialogue option, the most expensive item "Astergold Coin" can reset your other achievements for this game. See below for further details.

Instant Gratification

Purchase and consume a Strange Rusted Coin from the Achievements Peddler. Costs around 30 to 50 MC.

Cheater

Purchase and consume an Ancient Coin from the Achievements Peddler. Costs around 70 to 100 MC.

Totally Worth It

Purchase and consume a Nepteul Coin from the Achievements Peddler. Costs around 200 to 250 MC.

Buy One Get One Free
get a random achievement from the merchant

Purchase and consume an Astergold Coin from the Achievements Peddler. Costs around 300 to 400 MC. This coin will randomly unlock one other achievement and will grant you this in addition. Beware, this coin has a chance to randomly wipe the rest of the achievements for this game, and in fact is the only way to unlock the achievement below. Use with caution.

Sucks to Suck
lose all your achievements

This achievement is shockingly as straightforward as it's description suggests. As described in the achievement above, consume Astergold Coins until it wipes your other achievements, unlocking this. If you aim to get 100% of the achievements, it's advised to unlock this as early as possible. It's important to note that this will also wipe "Buy One Get One Free", so you will need to consume another Astergold Coin after this for completion.
History
September 25th - Created

September 26th - Updated Romanceable (Thanks Captain Scoresby for confirmation) Supernova (Thanks amy for confirmation) and Overachiever (Thanks GreekStapler for the information)

February 6th, 2018: Wow, it's been a while. Checked back on this game after over a year and see that the achievements were fixed. Tidied the guide up a bit for what'll likely be the last time unless new content comes out. (I do have a video of the maze segment to upload later though)

I don't think anyone knows how windowshopper works, because its certainly not how the other two say it is. It might be an accumulated amount of time looking at an object in a shop that you can't afford, because I got it after about 5 minutes. That being said, I don't know how much time it is.

Where can I find the Mijradi Supernova? I tried the Green District many times and no luck.

Really handy info, thanks @Sauce_Saucisse_Sans_Sel.

Over 1500 luck, you can eat Astergold Coin without fear to unlock a random acheivement. Get 400MC, go buy eat a Astergold Coin, then reset the game and do it over and over until you get all or the acheivement you want. Especially the buggy acheivements
Sauce_Saucisse_Sans_Sel Apr 7, 2022 @ 3:45pm
You should write as advice for players who want to do the achievements honestly not to do the Sick Burn and Romanceable achievements until they get the sucks to suck achievement. because the count doesn't return to 0 and the achievements can't be unlocked anymore.
Feral Chicken Apr 2, 2022 @ 7:39am
I got the "Windowshopper" achievement by leaving the buy window up for ~30 minutes(not sure exactly how long, I was away) at weapons guild in red district. I have previously tried to get the achievement by afking for hours at a random shop to no avail.
"Romanceable" was bugged for me after "Sucks to suck" too, but got it randomly again by eating the astergold coin.
Mr. Buckaroo Jun 15, 2021 @ 9:56pm
I ate the astergold coin and I got an achievement but it was just the "Lose 200 MC in one day" (doi, it costs 300-400)

It did not however give me the Buy One Get On Free achievement. I started the game over (to get my money back, and tried again) I did not get any achievements.
