I do see some potential to make a cheese max bleed build since the item does do an incredible amount of bleed damage (sadly over a very long time). This has its issue though since some enemy types will likely be almost immune to this effect and it would play much more slowly or involve a lot more effort picking loot up at the end. The idea would be:

Pick some ability that applies the bleed effect over a large area.

Use it on clusters of enemies.

Continue running through the map while the bleed effect kills them off screen.

Run around the map one more time to pick up loot and everything will have died to bleeding out.
If you're running something like this a lot of DEX terity and bleed damage of course would be desirable so something paired with hunting would probably be the go to.
Don't know but probably go Defense something since you'll be using a shield with it.
I'd probably go Conqueror (Defense/Warfare). Gets you lots of strength to boost the physical damage and lets you use the skil Onslaught for further damage buffs.
Don't plan your character around this weapon.
There are other items that give you more over all and you should build your characters around those items.
Then again if you want to invest dozens of hours theory crafting something my guess is you'll probably stumble upon some way to make this weapon extremely powerful but this would require a lot of theory crafting and testing. Unless you are that person I would not recommend it and if you are that person you're likely going to use cheats to test as quickly as possible which is is a gray zone in terms of if you know how to and also want to do that.
