Try to save the ship as a part, and put that onto an empty huge-hull basis...
If the editor doesn't botch up (likes to miss saving some conmponents into the part), that should give you what you want. :)

The D'deridex is longer by 100m, the Scimitar is wider by 600m. If you want the D'deridex as a huge ship I may suggest you build it

Well the D'deridex IS bigger than the Scimitar, the Scimitar had the edge in being more advanced in design, which made it more powerful.

As much as I want it a huge ship, it doesn't leave room for the Scimitar, so made it a large hull. I might revisit this design another time, but for now I have many other things that demand my attention.

The D'deridex class is probably the hardest to recreate. everything has to be perfect, and even when it is, some games still spoof it.

It's gotta be the huge size combined with the hollow areas

lol, yes, I do want to remake it again. Its like the 9th version, very hard ship to get right. IF all goes well with the release of the crusades, I should be very busy.
